Well maybe it wouldn't be bad... Just Hadrian have to take care, Elaine hates human society(not like she is that powerful....), buuut since Elaine from Zeltiva, she can search things around her old house's ruins At the moment I'm stick with Noaru! XD

Well, it would be lame if everyone was Caspar the Friendly Ghost. But Elaine will need soulmist to maintain her cohesion and develop her powers, so she might have to put up with one spiritist despite her distaste for human society. Necessary evil, maybe? And if Noaru vouches for Hadrian, maybe she'll deign to ask for Hadrian's help. They don't have to be friends, but they could work together, you know? Like, "Oh, fine. Help me with this and I'll help you with that." Maybe?
