The Simpering Seacow:

ImageThe simpering Seacow is Sunberth's only open air cafe and with a small recessed alcove for guests in the rain. Otherwise, all tables are outside, and the back of the shop is expressly forbidden save one side room where Trayto practices his craft of tattooing. Travel to the second and third floors are expressly forbidden unless you're one of the ones 'in the know.'

His waitresses are both sweet, and sassy, and yet quite capable of stabbing a man dead if they decide to eat and run. He sells a variety of drinks including the "house special" a sweet rum of honey, bourbon and scotch mixed with a dash of lime called the "Sunberth Shanty." Although you can find all your typical alcoholic beverages here, people don't come here for such drinks. The specialties, or even the serving girls, are the reason to go to the Simpering Seacow. Being a stranger here can occasionally have its consequences, as the common patrons view themselves as a group.

The Simpering Seacow is also a party place. For the right price

Goods for sale:
Glass Bottle of Honey - 4 gm
Sunberth Shanty - 2 sm
Tatoos by Trayto - Varies by size, and design
Beer - 4 sm
Ale - 3 sm

Trayto Sykkes
ImageName: Trayto Sykkes
Age: 38
Race: Eypharian
Gender: Male
Title: Owner/bartender/tattooist
Skills: Tattooing 51, Drawing 51, Business 53, Philtering 51, Brewing 51, Cooking 30, Beekeeping 30, Longsword 30, Brawling 30, Singing 20, Musical instrument: Guitar 20

Info: A former six armed sailor turned "Land lubber of his own design", Trayto is a master bartender of sorts, self taught truth be told, yet none of his customers ever have a complaint. He's a charming man

Trayto is known for producing his own honey, and selling the exquisite jars to the public. People say that's because he grows his own bees in a hive on the roof of the building. which helps prevent wanton thieves from scaling the rooftops. That is true, as some suppose, but his favorite thing to use them for is when Kallina needs someone to talk. Normally filling a burlap sack with the nasty buzzing critters and placing it over someone's head is a frightful enough situation to get them to squeal.

The Eypharian tends to be arrogant towards others who aren't buying, or those he is unfamiliar with, but charming to his regular customers. He's even been known to pick up his guitar and sing old sea tunes once in a while. Everyone always seems to compliment him on his performances whether he does well or not, for it is unwise to anger this six armed Eypharian.

Linellia Ferral
ImageName: Linellia Ferral
Age: 32
Gender: Female
Title: Barmaid
Skills: Stealth 65, Intimidation 60; Intelligence 56, Investigation 53, Persuasion 52, Larceny 51, Dagger 51, Observation:48, Throwing dagger 45, Seduction 40, Acrobatics 30

Info: Linellia is the one woman that can ferret out any scrap of information in Sunberth, no matter how big or small. Armed with a sharp mind, quick wits, and a passion for her craft Linellia can be one of the most intimidating women in the whole city, at least with those that know her. She takes pride in this fact.

The woman tends to be present within the Simpering Seacow, either sleeping in one of the upper rooms, or found at one of the few indoor tables the walk in delicatessen/bar has. Linellia is obviously a waitress at the Simpering Seacow, and judging by her and Trayto's displays of public affection for each other, is a lover to the Eypharian owner. The two of them run the business together, though there are noticeable times when one or the other is missing. They always seem to have an excuse or plausible reason for this though.

Bad News Everybody. School is picking up, Exams are beginning to happen, homework is growing time consuming, I may soon be evicted from my apartment, I'm dealing with severe and physical fights among several of my best friends, and I can't seem to find a time to get much needed sleep. I'm terribly sorry, but don't expect to see much of me for a long while.

1 Winter 511Av

A young man drabbed fully in paupers clothing walked the dreaded streets of Sunberth. Yet, he was anything but that. He was Darik. He was much more than a regular miscreant, the belt under his clothes proved that. On this belt was a pouch containing twenty mizas. This was only a fraction of Darik’s wealth, he had much more hidden in his locked chest at Killroys.

He had planned out his route carefully so he wouldn’t meet anyone. The pouch softly clanged against his leg, making a jingling sound. Any inhabitant of Sunberth was trained to pick up the sound from at least hundred yards away, and would take it in an instance. Usually he wouldn’t even risk bringing this much money in the streets, but he didn’t know how much the product he wanted to acquire. This product, was a tattoo. Darik didn’t know why he wanted it, maybe his manliness was demanding it from him. Or because he was Darik, and he always tried to keep people guessing. Whatever the reason, he just hoped the tattoo artist wouldn’t find his request…unusual.

Darik came into sight of the place were he knew the artist resided; The Simpering Scarecrow. That’s all he knew about the establishment, everything else was a clean slate in his mind. He had no idea which person was the artist, and why there were tables outside. Though…the waitresses were eye candy.

He slowed his walk to a creep so the money wouldn’t make the clanging sound. He finally inched over to a table with only two seats. They were both unoccupied so he didn’t have to carry on a mandatory awkward conversation. And with the looks he was getting, he didn’t want to talk to anyone unless he had to. He leaned on his chair a bit waiting for someone, or something to come up to him.
