Sir.Nicholas The Fallen [ Basic Information Race: Human Birthday & Age : Fall of 480, 31 Gender:Male Languages Language 1: Common-Fluent Language 2: Kontinese-Fluent Language 3: N/A Physical Description Nicholas stands at 6'5 and normally weighs at 160 ib's. Nicholas Has straight dark brown hair that goe's down to his shoulder's. Although he is slender and in shape, he is muscled build. He is generally very handsome when not wearing his armor or is covered in blood or dirt. A large amount of people considered him divine through his looks or with skills with a blade although he heavily disagree's with this and claims just to be a regular human. Nicholas surprisingly doesn't have much hair on his body naturally although some women tend to think he shaves or cuts. Character Concept Nicholas is considered a Hero Type. He's friendly towards people but is very serious. He's for freedom, justice and liberty and will uphold and fight for them. He can be a bit sarcastic and cocky towards dumb people. He alway's fights for what he believes in and will not fight for topic's he doesn't agree with or doesn't like. He's known to be sexual towards women despite that he respects women more then most. He tend's to be an ass toward's people who tell him thing's or topic's he already know's. He's a quiet man most of the time, keeping to himself like a loney but will speak when the time comes. He is extremely fearful of his order or any large number of people he is friendly with is killed. He dislikes bloodshed and war but understands war and that this was his path, he has no regrets. Character History Nicholas was born Lord Knight Waltis and Lady Lois of House Nigriso. Shortly after he was born, he was set by his parent's to an arranged marriage to Lady Lacus of house Stalinsa after he would become of age and would come a knight. At the age of five, his father Lord Knight Waltis began training him in the art of war and battle. He progressed quickly in his training, excelling especially in longswords and close combat. Seeing this, His father began training him to be an elite foot soldier rather then a mounted warrior like regular knights. At age 11, He finally met Lady Lacus at a tournament where he duled in her honor. While he didn't win, he did come close and was givem recognition for his effort. After the tournament, he had a friendly duel with Lacus and lost on purpose to let her win. They began having feeling's for each other but they put those aside at least for now. Shortly after Nicholas turned 15, The War of the Red Diamond began and his father was summoned to take command of an army and strike. While his mother and Lacus told him to stay and train, being a young man he wanted adventure as much as any another squire. He joined his father with the 2nd and 3rd wing's and traveled throughout the land with his father. During one of the many small battles in Darva, Nicholas became a widely known warrior after he shielded two injured knights from a breath of fire and slew the very beast that was summoned by it's master.Nicholas would befriend these two young knights and become close over time. After some time, at 17 Nicholas became proficent in his arts as a warrior and was promoted in the field to Knighthood since they were too far away to make the trip home just for knighting even if it was important for a knight. As the War of the Red Diamond dragged on into Cyphrus with the Knights of Order, Nicholas was offically knighted in Slyiras a year later. Although much changed around him, he was still the squire that wanted glory and battle. His father saw his eye's on fire for battle so he descided to give him one of the families heirlooms which was a set of Ancient Syliras Steel Plate and chainmail Armor and a Longsword and shield crafted by a master craftmen offered to Tyveth himself. Before He left for the battles in Cyphrus to battle the Knights of Order, he married Lady Lacus and took her to bed for several nights. When leaving Lacus tried to convince him to let her go and be at his side. While she herself was a squire ready to be knighted soon, he would not risk her life. This stained there relationship but would later disappear after the battle of Hero Mountian. Nicholas wouldn't come back until he was 22 and during that time, He had been given enough respect and skill to be promoted to Stewart Knight and was given his own squad of bodyguards. His father had became protective of his son despite him being able to hold himself in a fight. Eventually the second biggest battle of the war began, The Battle of Hero Mountain which would end in much bloodshed. In the battle, Nicholas and his father led the charge into battle. After only hours of fighting, most force's of both sides were killed, wounded or fled the fighting to others. Nicholas father was eventually cut down by the knights of order in a desprite attempt to end the battle in there effort. Seeing this made him go into a bloodrage. Nicholas led the last groups of knights right into the thick of the fighting was. While Nicholas responsible for killing almost entire Company of soldier's himself, He became serverly wounded in the fighting and almost fell to the ground, only his sword kept from falling. He told his bodyguards to flee without question and tell what had happened. While they did what they were told, they had broken there code to protect there lord. He watched as the last of his knights were killed and the enemy commander began walking towards him, Nicholas tried to build his strength up one more time for the sake of the Empire and everything he loved. He wasn't going to lose hope that easily. The Goddess,Priskil feeling Nicholas battle harden feeling's choose to give him her gnosis mark with Luminance. Priskil felt they were similer in there virtues. The enemy commander became surprised at the fallen knight that stood only yards away from him. Using the last of his strength, Nicholas had an adrienne rush while he activited Luminance he reacived from Priskil. Using her gift and pushing his body to his lemits, He charged the enemy commander while he screamed "I will not Fall while Lady Priskil Aids Me!" He performed a jump attack with a quick side step attack and went in for a horizonal slash attack. As he attacked the enemy commander like a war god, he eventually slew the man that had killed his father. The enemy knights seeing this fled as Nicholas gave out a warcry after drawing his sword from the corpse. The remaing force's of both sides withdrawed there force's as battle ended in a stale mate. The Battle of Hero Mountain ended the The War of the Red Diamond as both armies were nearly destroyed in the fighting including there leadership. Nicholas afterwards collasped from the pain and did awake for an entire week. When he awoke however he was in Syliras in a chapel being treated by healers. he surprised to be even alive, let alone be in his city. After he was able to walk, he went directly to the castle and reported to Loren Dyres himself and gave his report and the news. Loren Dyres couldn't believe the news when there army was nearly crushed and the enemies army was nearly killed in the battle and with him being the only widely known suriviver of the army. He was also surprised how he ended the battle himself when he killed the enemy commander who was going to exacute him and was given a mark from the Goddes, Priskil. However Loren Dyres became impressed with Nicholas Feats as a soldier and gave him the title of Hero of Hero Mountain and a promotion to Captain Knight. Nicholas Gladly accepted his new position and title after Loren Dyres convinced him otherwise. Nicholas became widely respected throughtout the land of Mizahar and the Syliran Knights and was even considered a hero by a moderate amount of people for a time. Nicholas disapproved of this however since he believed he was just doing his duty as a knight. Nicholas then went to his home where his mother resided afterwards to tell of his father's death. She was shocked and became depressed as Nicholas had become. She codmitted susicide only day's after since she couldn't live without her husband. Nicholas had became depressed and broken over his father's and the entire army's destruction. A few week's afterwards,while Nicholas was heading to the castle for his daily duties, a beautiful woman having blonde hair and in polished steel plate armor on her horse approached him. After he had looked at her for a full moment, then he realized it was Lacus, he embraced her once she had gotten off her mount. They were both quite happy to see each other. Nicholas was surprised to find out that his wife wasn't just a knighted but she had became a Sergeant Knight in only a short period of time. Lacus then moved in his family manor offically and finally became widely known as his wife. Nicholas eventually found his bodyguards who had survived the Battle of Hero Mountains and had them move into his manor also. Eventually Nicholas had constructed a shrine to Priskil to dedicate himself to her for all what she did for him at the Battle of Red Mountain. His followers began worshiping Priskil soon enough. Eventually with Nicholas being depressed and broken to a degree still from the Battle of Red Mountain, he started to strain from the slyiran knights and over the course of some year's he,his bodyguards,his wife and even some knights that were good friends and followers of him eventually resigned from the syliran knights after not being able to handle anymore pressure. The Syliran knights tried to convince him to stay however it didn't work. He was no longer a believer in Sylir or Tyveth or the recent actions of the order. So he then he sold everything he had besides his armor and arms and took to the road with his followers. The Syliran Knights would now call him the Fallen Knight of Syliran or simply the Fallen. Over the course of a few year's he and his follower's traveled throughtout Mizahar, seeing each culture and enjoying life to the best they could. They eventually made there way to Konti Isle which they seemed to like alot,especially the men for obivous reasons. Eventually they stumbled into Mura where they were greeted friendly, especially Nicholas due to his status. They spend a few months there before his followers begun speaking of forming there own order of knights. Nicholas now no longer depressed or broken wanted to hear nothing of this since he was afraid of the same thing happening again but after some drink's and day's of planning and discussions Nicholas finally agreed after hearing enough. He named the order The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights with him being picked Grandmaster of there new order. Using the remaining money they had using there muscles for labor, they constructed a large sized chapel within a few year's. After there chapel was constructed, they named it the Ark with the words freedom,justice,Liberty,hope, vigilance and light inscribed on the chapel for all to see. Nicholas quickly organized the Priskil Knights like the Syliran Knights but with some twists. Shortly afterwards many Konti wanders and female warriors became interested in the Priskil Knights and eventually joined them. Eventually the order's number shoot to 350 members in only 3 years although most are just squires. Due to Lacus being a Master of the order and being one of the Master's of the table of Masters, She often never see's her husband so Nicholas over time began having multiple Kelvic,Konti etc. concubine's if not more to have close to romantic relations. Up into the current day, Nicholas became like Loren Dyres where he became the polictical master of the order and as a result, his skills have begun to worsen. Moderator's Note: Hi! Okay, we need to go over some things about your CS since there are some fairly big discrepancies. 1. The wiki clearly lists all of the top-ranked knights. You can't just make up someone to be in the second most powerful position in the city and then say your character was their son. There already IS a Lord Knight, and no you can't play his kid. 2. Every child who joins the order is given the same training. There aren't elite foot soldiers, just knights and warrior-mages. You only specialize once you become a knight, unless you join as an adult and have some incredible skill that they want to utilize - and then you still have to meet the regular knight requirements. 3. The Knights don't have tournaments with dueling. They're too busy fighting real enemies and keeping their people alive. 4. There hasn't been a war in Mizahar in several hundred years. You get to make up your character's history, not change the entire history of the Syliran Knights and Mizahar itself. 5. You don't get promoted to knighthood on a whim in the field. You have to complete a quest given by the windoak. Did you even read the Wiki on the Syliran Knights? 6. You don't get to just give yourself a thousand gold mizas' worth of armor, weapons, and horses. Please read the starting package regarding an heirloom item and it's cost limit. 7. Hero Mountain? Really? 8. Priskil doesn't award a gnosis mark for being battle-hardened. Please read Priskil's page, and the page for Luminance. Also, you don't get a gnosis mark without approval from the Help Desk. 9. Really? You're the ONLY survivor of an ENTIRE WAR? Seriously? Single-handedly slew entire regiments? With a starting character's stats? REALLY? 10. Hero of Hero Mountain? I... REALLY? 11. Okay. Let's be clear on how the knights work. You don't resign from the knights. You swear an oath to serve them your whole life. If you can't be of use alive, they'll throw you at something with a bunch of other fodder knights until you're dead. Most knights don't survive past the age of 35. You don't just retire. And you certainly don't take ten or twenty knights with you. 12. I'm just going to say that the entire last paragraph didn't happen. You don't get to just say you founded an order of 350 people. 13. Your points don't really add up. You only start with 65 total: 50 plus your racial bonus of 15. So really, the over-arching note here is: please read the Starting Package, the wiki on the Syliran Knights, and remember that this game has rules and that as a starting character you can't just make up half a world's worth of stuff as you go along. If you need help or have questions, please PLEASE ask me. I'm more than happy to help. But this is going to have to be seriously overhauled before you can start role-playing in Mizahar. EDIT: Also, 6'5" and 160lbs is not lean and muscled, it's freakishly gaunt. You'd look like a victim of starvation. Try to keep it realistic please!
