Anyways, Hello everyone! As you can clearly see, I am Orchid and here to roleplay. I happened across this place on a site with numerous rping places listed, though the name escapes me at the moment. I hope to befriend many of you, and to participate in plenty of rps, though I'm not really sure how to go about joining one. None the less, I'm glad to be here and I think I will enjoy it.

As for questions, I do have one; How do I go about joining an rp. I know the matchmaker section is one way, but are there any others? Do you just post in people's OoC threads, or go directly to any thread labled 'open'?

You should pick a domain (usually a city) to start in, post in the city gates, then once your pc is there, they can just jump into any open thread thats listed, post your own open thread, or come hang out in chat... meet people... and make friends to thread with there. It's really quite easy. The more people you talk to the easier you'll find it.
