At Aren's kiss, Meera felt much better. The Drykas was working under the assumption that he did not wish to copulate whereas Meera did - or so she thought. Had Meera been sober like Aren, she could have realized that she would not owe Aren anything strictly because they were now courting. She could, if she wanted to, but Meera was acting under her own pressure, and intoxicated. Meera may not necessarily want to jump into the act so quickly - she had no sexual experience other than kissing and thought there should be an in-between point - but Aren had kissed her and she quite enjoyed kissing him.
Meera wrapped her arms around him and she applied her lips to the most pleasant task of kissing his, her tongue becoming a daring pilgrim. Her breaths were heavy and gave way to a small satisfactory, happy purr. Meera's head started to feel heavy against Aren's mouth. Her small purr and noise of a unknown, growing desire was transformed into a low moan and suddenly she jerked her head back.
Meera had started to grow quite tired.
Meera turned her head to the side and yawned, her eyelids falling and she struggled to keep them open. The bed was just so comfortable compared to hard ground and her bed roll. It didn't take much for Meera to grow weary, warm as she was in her ale-induced stupor.
She cocked her head and gave Aren a lazy grin, staring at him for a few moments and holding him as though to keep herself steady.

"Tired. Warm." She said lazily, the silly grin on her face still from Aren. A part of her deep inside, drowning in the ale, thought all of this was quite ridiculous. Too sappy. This was ... too easy. Meera suspected more trials and tribulations in a relationship. She had not expected relationships to be so smooth and easy. No wonder people got married, fell in love, had children.
