Out on the Town (Vuil)

The small moan that escaped her lips as he played with her ear sent a shiver down his spine and kindled his already exceptionally playful mood.

As he danced away he heard her grind out," What the petch is wrong with you?!" With the question came a slight blush and he smiled all the wider," My girl there is nothing wrong with me Im reacting naturally to such a beautiful creature as yourself." As he talked his eyes slid with obvious relish from one feature to another noting everything about he could about her; Her wild eyes so like his own, the scars running across her shoulders as his eyes continued down that line she seemed to notice where he was looking and attacked again.

With a quick feint that Rail easily blocked she spun bringing momentum for her next attack a nasty kick to his ribs. It connected with a vicious thud that was heavy enough to actually knock Rail to the side. It was not, however, enough to deter his giddy mood and with another giggle he grabbed her outstretched leg before she could pull it back," What a view." He said huskily as he ran his fingers tenderly up her thigh.

With a regretful sigh he lifted her leg up into the air above his head and kicked her remaining foot out from under her pushing her leg away causing her to fall flat on her back. Just as he had done so many nights ago he dropped down on her chest, though far more gently than the time before, and grabbed her hands pinning them above her head," Now give me a reason not to press herder hmm?" he whispered mischief dancing in his eyes.

Her kick connected with the man's side, the force of the impact felt all the way up through her leg. Her lips twisted up in a bit of a smile, pulling her leg back to regain her balance and attack again. Or at least, that's what she had been planning to do, before the man had grabbed hold of her leg. Green eyes widened slightly, having to hop on her other leg to try and keep her balance. She should have seen this coming, pulled back fast enough to escape his grasp. Stupid mistake.

Vuil could feel his eyes running over her body, trying her hardest to wrench her leg out of his hold as his moving fingers sent shivers crawling over her skin. A small shriek left her lips as her leg was lifted up higher, throwing her off her balance. It made it much easier for the male to knock her over, landing on her back for the second time that day. Before she even had the time to think about moving, he had his knee pressed down on her chest. Again, with her hands pinned above her head.

She struggled against the man's hold, finding that, once again, she was trapped, helpless. Her eyes burned up in a harsh glare. "You're an ass." She spat, resigning to throw insults instead of play along with his game.

He had her pinned. She knew that there was little chance of escape and showed it with obvious rage. When she began spitting out petty insults he just couldnt help himself nor could he hold in his ecstatic laugh," I may be an ass, little one, but at least im a mighty fine one."

With that he gave her another peck on the cheek far too fast for her to try and bite him and hopped up yanking her up with him. As she landed on her feet he turned her around and gave her a slight push on her lower back forcing her to take a few steps forward so that he could jump back and away before she could retaliate.

When she whipped around he was already a good bit our of arms reach," Now pray tell me why such a beautiful girl would deign to make this stunning morning all the more bright?" He asked innocently.

She wasn't able to comment about the kiss to her cheek, being pulled up with the male as he stood. He turned her around, pushing her forward a few steps to put some distance between them, likely thinking she would take the opportunity to attack him. She didn't, just turning around to face him, red in the face and glaring daggers. "Honestly, I wasn't expecting to find anyone in here." She growled, resigning herself to stand a good distance away from the male.

"I came in here to hunt. Saw you and decided to repay you for the gift you left me last time we saw each other." She rolled her left shoulder to emphasize the scars he had left. "You know I couldn't move for a week after that?" Truthfully, it probably should have been a lot longer, what with having a broken rib, but she could not sit still for any longer.

For a moment he could not even comment, he was too busy trying to hold back a laugh," Girl I think you may have given me a bit of payment already. Do you need a reminder?" He said playfully running his hand across the hem of his trousers," Once all the adrenalin from our little... spat wore off the pain was excruciating." Another small smile played across his lips," It was fun though." His voice rueful.

" Well no matter. That was then this.. this is now." He said euphorically gesturing around them. With a shudder he breathed in the smell of broken grass and crushed flower that was slowly rising around them," This day... it is far to bright and beautiful for a grudge. Dont you think?" As her stomach growled angrily he added with a laugh," And... it may even be a good enough day for a little forgiveness?" He asked innocently.

Turning his back on her was and obviously bad move but, no matter how much fun he was having with this game, he wanted her to think a little better of him. The deer she had disturbed to draw him out was still lying where it had fallen and with a quick jerk it was resting lightly on his broad shoulder," A peace offering, if you wish." He said lying the deer down in between them," Maybe even a pleasant conversation if you wish it."

She couldn't help the slight twist of a smile that graced her lips as she was reminded of the pain she had inflicted on the other. "I didn't feel it was enough. I didn't leave you with any broken bones." She reminded, stretching her arms in front of her. "Well, glad you enjoyed yourself while I was broken and in pain." There was a hint of annoyance in her voice. It was short lived however, seeing how the male seemed to bask in the spring morning splendour. He was right, the day was too bright and beautiful to have its entirety spent hating this one person.

She could be mad at him later.

Green eyes blinked in confusion as the man brought his half eaten deer over, eyeing the meat in hunger. She hadn't had much to eat that day, and her stomach was being fairly vocal about it. It came as a bit of a shock when he offered the deer as a peace offering. While it wasn't the best offering, it was a surprising olive branch, considering the fights they had been in earlier. She let out a sigh, the tension releasing from her shoulders as she relaxed. "Maybe there's room for some forgiveness... A small bit."

She stepped forward, around the deer to his side, giving him a pleasant smile. "And you may stay, if you like. The company would be appreciated."

"My girl you can attempt to break me any time you wish so long as you always come with similar...attire." He chuckled looking her up and down again.

"Ah so you will except a truce then? Thank the gods." He said with a smile," You were beginning to tire me out." Once he was certain the tension between them had he allowed her to step closer," Even a small bit of forgiveness is worth all the trouble." His teeth flashing in a bright grin.

"A day like this does for a good outing I think. It is good that we both seem to have that opinion." Another small chuckle," Let us have a little snack then." Tearing of a haunch of deer meat he lifted it up in a mock toast," To small gifts between friends." He said with a wink.

The male's comment about her lack of attire earned him a playful swat to his shoulder. Not nearly hard enough to hurt or cause them to break out fighting again. "Stop staring, you're going to start drooling." Vuil gave him a cheeky grin, turning her attentions to the deer carcass, following the man's lead and tearing herself a piece.

"To friends." She echoed the mock toast, not being able to hold back a fit of giggles afterwards. It just seemed so strange to her. Or maybe spring fever had finally taken hold of her. "Mm, though friends usually know the names of their friends." Her free hand came up, gently poking the man in his forehead. "So what do they call you?"

The sudden companionable air was exceedingly refreshing and he was happy to know that she might be interested in him. With a devilish smile and a slight raising of an eyebrow he said," Ah but there is such beauty to behold. How could I possibly look away?"

When she returned his little toast he chuckled with delight. When she finished her fit of giggles and finally managed to get control of herself again she poked him lightly in the forehead as she asked for his name. With his sweetest smile he gently grabbed her hand from his forehead and brought it down in front of his gleaming eyes," My name madam is Rail. It is a pleasure to finally be able to properly introduce myself."

With a bit of a flourish he lifted her hand to his lips and kissed it, lightly playing his lips across the back of her hand. He suppressed a shiver of excitement as he lifted his head back up to stare deeply into her shimmering eyes," And you my lady?" He said huskily as he ran his hands lightly up her arm to lovingly caress the scars he himself had left upon her beautiful skin.
