“I think your great evil is that way…,” he smiled warmly, “but you seemed to have done a rather good job vanquishing it. Even though it...actually still stands.”

Feeling himself getting turned in the right direction of his imaginary “foe”, Vaas laughs to himself and gives friendly nods at the helpful young man. It is nice to hear Aela was fine during the storm if the city wasn't in such disarray. He would of found her much sooner, but after the storm the debris made it a nightmare for him to navigate anywhere in the city. Let alone find one of his few friends in the aftermath. However, he should of looked for her sooner, but he got caught up in his music studies and falconry. During the last two years, time just flew by for him trying to prefect his skills, but he regrets not popping by Aela glass stand.

He decides to stay silent as he listens to the introductions. The young man introduces himself as Avon. He couldn't help his smile creep up his face when the young man forgot to ask his other companion her name. However, he quickly counters with a suave response. Vaas ears perk up when she introduces her name as Euthisa. Her name and voice sounded familiar even though he never met her till today. He will definitely have to find how he recognizes her name of the voice before the night ends. Vaas attention switches back to Aela when she introduces him as a interesting guy. He grins to himself at Aela's interesting guy comment. Vaas is happy someone is thought him as interesting because most of the time, people are taken back by his jovial nature and carefree way of looking at life. He heard most people in Wind Reach describe him as eccentric. It most likely true, but interesting is a much nicer way of saying it. Curiosity catches more Vaas' attention when she mentions her talk about practicing at the archery range, but his attention shifts back to Avon when he says, ““I just came back from a hunt not too long ago…But yes, I am merely visiting for the moment. Should I find a reason to stay then my residency will be a bit more permanent. Perhaps if I were exposed more to the marvels of this city, it might help my decision as well.”

Vaas smiles widens when Avon mentions he is a foreigner and asks politely, “Where are you from friend? I am curious because once I become skilled enough in my music. I would like to travel Mizahar and listen to the outside world.” He pulls his hair back revealing his cloudy green eyes and says with a smile, “I would say see the world, but my eyes are stubborn. I am Vaas, and I am inspiring bard if my friend Wind Dancer stops biting my fingers maybe I will become a falconer someday.”

Vaas turns to Euthisa, and he decides to take a shot in the dark on where he heard her voice before. He smiles and asks her, “I might need your help in the near future Euthisa. I need to find a book on descriptions of small woodland creatures. Honestly since I am blind, I can't tell the difference between a wolf and a cat. All I know is a cat barks and wolf makes the sound of a meow, so if you could help me next time I am in the Enclave that would be wonderful.” He laughs to himself and says jokily to Euthisa, “Honestly you don't want to hear what my imagination thinks a rabbit looks like.”

Aela noticed the traveler named Avon watching her, and found herself amused by him. His youthful and charismatic attitude was refreshing and it was something she could admire. When he told her that his stay might be short, she smiled a bit to herself at her own thoughts. He didn't seem like the type to stay in one place, especially not something as structured as WindReach. This was the home for those who were forever at work. Avora's more than anyone else held a longer more hectic schedule, even working into the late nights at times. Learning that he was a hunter also peeked her interest. She pulled her arms across her chest and brought her hand up to comb through her hair a bit and push it off her shoulders.

"Really? Have you ever hunted Elk? They have really good meat and the pinions are worth the job."

He was a curious guy and seemed genuinely interested in the people that he had just met. Aela wasn't shy but she wasn't the type to go on about her life. One reason for that was because her daily routine was spending most of it in the hotshop, sweating away as she took in order after order making glasswares. The second reason was because her mentor Perith, said that she talked too much as it was. This only irritated her and made her want to talk even more.

"Hunting is something I do when I have the extra time, but my job is glassblowing. I'm still an apprentice but I'm very talented, you should stop by my booth sometimes once the court yard is cleared."

With quick thinking and a eye for a potential customer. She smirked and brought a single finger to her cheek as she looked between Avon and Euthisa. "Maybe you want to buy a few beads for Euthisa here? I have a new design, one that you won't find at any other booth, and I'm sure it would look lovely in her hair."

She turned to look at Vaas again as he began to speak. When he pulled back his hair, she noticed his eyes. The cloudy green, deep and mysterious, almost like a quiet storm that seemed to go on forever, spinning into nothingness. She remembered the first time that she saw his eyes. She thought they looked very lonely, and she imagined that it must have been sad to live in a world where there was no light. After meeting him, she realized that it wasn't true and that he was probably the most cheerful person that she had ever met. As Vaas continued, Aela found herself bewildered by his thoughts on what sounds belonged to what animal. It wasn't the first time he had made that mistake, and now she was starting to believe that he really didn't know the difference.

"I thought you looked familiar, you work in the enclave right?" She said with a smile in Euthisa's direction.

Stating her theory accurate, the hunter woman told them that she met the other man a few years ago. Euthisa smiled and nodded to them both in acknowledgement. Vaas remained silent through initial introductions, and then Avon spoke of his recent activities. At the mention of being a hunter, Euthisa was immediately impressed. The woman, name still not exposed, had asked him if he was just visiting or planned to stay in the city, and his answer was fairly neutral. He mentioned if something snagged his attention more thoroughly, he may stay permanently. Euthisa hoped she could do whatever was in her power to help make that decision.

Avon was different. Fresh. He wasn't the same fiery haired, work oriented person that all of her race was. Granted, Euthisa loved Wind Reach and all of her people, and she had no doubt that Avon's willingness and ability to work would fit him into their society well, but the air around him cackled with an intense spontaneity that was contagious. And just something about him drew her close, closer than she'd really ever been to anyone besides her mother. Euthisa never had very many close friends growing up or throughout her life and so she couldn't even count them. She wanted Avon to stick around for a while for this reason.

Pulled out of her thoughts by the sound of Vaas finally speaking up, Euthisa listened as he questioned Avon's upbringings and spoke a little of himself. He mentioned being a musician, intently peaking Euthisa's interest, and spoke of also being a falconer, referencing to Wind Dancer, who Euthisa presumed was the bird she saw with him earlier. He then turned to her, asking her help the next time he was in the Enclave. He mentioned dogs sounding like cats and vice versa and at his statements of what his imagination thinks a rabbit looks like, Euthisa couldn't contain herself. She giggled aloud, albeit trying not to let her voice carry too loudly. She liked him. He was humorous and light-hearted, something she wouldn't have expected a blind man to be. His lack of sight didn't seem to bother him at all, he even seemed happy without it. Euthisa wondered if he'd always been blind or if something caused his vision to fail, and she mentally noted to ask him at a later date. His shaded green eyes reminded Euthisa of billowing grassy fields, the wind racing through them, changing the shade of their color as they bent in the light.

The Avora woman picked up conversation with Avon, speaking of hunting. Euthisa remained silent as she spoke, keeping her manners in mind and interested as she spoke of her profession. Euthisa always admired the work of the city's glassblowers. The creations you could make were endless, and the pure originality and creativity involved were especially kindred to Euthisa. She was a strong advocate for originality and creativity's part in that. Thoughts interrupted once more, an unstoppable look of shock and embarrassment spread across Euthisa's face when the woman presented Avon with the opportunity to buy a set of beads to adorn Euthisa's hair with. She blushed deeply, feeling that her subtle affections towards Avon were suddenly in a lighted display case for everyone to marvel at. Recovering, she swallowed her anxiety in order to respond accordingly to the woman's questions of Euthisa's work. She'd had no previous notion that she was so "well known" for simply being a librarian. The thought touched her.

"Yes I do work in the Enclave. My mother was a librarian and I used to go there with her when I was a child. Something about the written word of authors and our ancestors soothes me. I write a little myself, and the more I read, the more I learn for my own writing purposes. I was brought there again when I turned fifteen, and I've been there since. I eventually wish to rise in the caste system, but I don't yet know what higher profession I wish to have, therefore I'm content in the Enclave for the time being. It's peaceful in there. Turning to Vaas, she responded to his previous question. "Vaas, I will most definitely help you out with that book. I'll keep an eye out for your appearance and we'll get right to it." She smiled at him, even though she knew he couldn't see it. Hopefully he heard it in her voice. Directing her attention towards Avon again, gently flipping her head to the side to remove her bangs from her eyes, she questioned him as Vaas had. "Care to share your story as we all walk?" Euthisa remembered the Avora stating that she was about to go for a walk. Why not get the ball rolling?

“Thank you for your help Euthisa. I'll most likely need your help reading them for me too,” He waves his hands in front of his eyes signaling his lack of sight and he laughs to himself. Euthisa is definitely a likeable person. He likes the fact she enjoys the simple pleasures of reading and the stories of our ancestors. He will definitely have to ask her to tell them to him sometimes. He can relate to her passion because he also very passionate about music and the songs our ancestors sung in the old days. Voices to him are like faces to him. He will remember these voices till he dies. He looks up at Euthisa when she speaks to Avon about going for a walk. For some reason, he is not talking as much, but right now, he is just enjoying the friendly banter of a old friend and possibly new friends. He waits until Aela is finished talking with Avon and asks her with a smile, “Aela I haven't introduces you to Wind Dancer yet, but I think you two already met. One second, let me grab my flute.”

Vaas uses his staff to guide his way to the backpack by the tree. He kneels down sets the staff, besides his backpack, and fishes around for his flute and some dried meat. He opens the case and pulls out a wooden flute. He brings to his lips does a few forceful blows into the instrument. When it is warmed up to his liking, he brings the flute to his lips and blows loudly a certain high notes to get the birds attention. Vaas hears rustling in the canopy of the tree. He smiles to himself and thinks to himself, “I hope he doesn't bite me in front of all of them.” He stands up, brings the flute back to his lips, and plays another sequence of notes the bird to recognized as feeding time. He puts the wood flute in his belt and lifts his leather gauntlet arm in the air. He makes sure his arm is straight, so the red tail hawk has something to land on. He hears a loud "Kree-eee-ar." screams the hawk from the tree, and the hawk fly lifts off from the tree and lands on his used leather gauntlet with his beak opened for food. He holds out the dried meat to Wind Dancer, and the hawk eagerly eats the meat with biting his fingers. Vaas smiles proudly at his friend and snaps the jesses on his legs.

Vaas turns to his companions with his hawk and introduces Wind Dancer, “Wind Dancer I would like to introduce you to Aela, Euthisa, and Avon.” He smiles at the bird and says to all of them, “Wind Dancer is the only one in my small little family. He is like a brother to me.” The bird looks at him and tilts his head. Wind Dancer notices he is the center of attention displays his wingspan for all of them.

A flash of admiration flickered boldly in auric-green eyes in reaction to Vaas’s strong declaration of his goal, impressed by the convection in that playful voice, and the obvious show of an unbreakable will. It wasn’t often that Avon had the pleasure to encounter such people that knew what they wished to achieve in life without the coverage of words guising the true falsity behind their words. It was a very likeable trait and he had no doubts that Vaas could accomplish his goal if he truly put his heart and will into it. Avon was going to offer his support when the aspiring bard revealed his sightless forest-green eyes to him, smiling confidently and seemingly unbothered by his lack of vision. It was surprising but the Kelvic felt it somehow suited Vaas’s optimistic disposition, knowing that it wouldn’t hinder his journey to be a famous bard or even a falconer. Besides, if he had his faithful friend Wind Dancer at his side, there was virtually no obstacle that he couldn’t overcome.

“You can do anything you set your mind on Vaas. I have no doubt you’ll be a great bard of Mizahar or a famous falconer someday. You have my support.” Avon eyes shimmered with a promise, his grin speaking of his confidence he held in the young man. “And to answer your earlier question, I’m from Lhavit.” At the mention of his home, Avon felt that troublesome homesickness stir again, inwardly shaking it off so it wouldn’t get distracted easily.

"Really? Have you ever hunted Elk? They have really good meat and the pinions are worth the job."

The dark-haired Kelvic returned his gaze back towards the huntress when she spoke to him, feeling a surge of interest and enthusiasm in his body at her words, the prospect of another type of prey sounding promising. He had hunted elk before, but only the ones who habituated the forest surrounding Lhavit. He hadn’t the pleasure of hunting nothing but the mountain goats around here, so he was sure that the elk would be a little different here than at home. “I have hunted elk before, but only the ones around my home,” he said lightly, offering the huntress a diminutive, challenging but playful, smirk. “But…if you aren’t busy, we could hunt together sometime.”

Even though Avon was sure she would accept, he became-for the briefest moment-disappointed when he realized that this might prove to be difficult when she told him of her glassblowing profession. Apprenticeships where usually hard work and he was certain that she often had her hands full with whatever job her master placed on her. Avon was going to comment on this when he froze in surprise at the implications of her suggestion to purchase her wares and gift them to Euthisa, immediately becoming flustered as his heart intimated the brutal tempo of war drums. Curious and hesitant, the Kelvic’s golden-green eyes shifted towards Euthisa to check her reaction to this as well, chuckling softly at her silence and the amazing flush that had spread throughout her skin like wildfire. Interesting. With an unreadable look in his eyes and giving the glassblower a mysterious smile, Avon replied in a low tone of voice:

“It would be my pleasure to buy some of your work. I too feel they would look exceptional in Euthisa’s hair.” Casually, he ran his fingers through his spiky hair, wearing a pleasant expression. “Expect a visit from me at any time.”

With that much said, Avon let out a quiet sigh as he sucked in a breath and exhaled in contentment, a sense of satisfaction and happiness flowing through him because he had met such wonderful people. It was always gratifying to meet new people and he was sure they would all be great friends, his ears perking up in interest when Euthisa began speaking about how she came to be in the Enclave, Wind Reach’s impressive library. It suited her, being amongst the books and shelves of a place with infinite amount of knowledge and different adventures hidden in text. He enjoyed books himself but reading could be a bit of a chore for him a lot of the time, so he preferred to listen to others read for him when they felt like it, knowing that it was a privilege. But Avon was most curious when the Liberian expressed her desire to rise up in Wind Reach’s caste system, sensing a healthy amount of ambition in her words that made him smile knowingly. Whatever path she chose to pursue, he would be sure to lend his assistance if it was needed.

When Euthisa finished her tale and promised her help to Vaas, Avon found himself again on the end of that emerald gaze, the flare of crimson hair stealing his attention for a second before his attention returned, thrown off by her request for his story. It wasn’t one that was often directed his way and he wasn’t sure how to react, looking off to the side as they made a move to start walking. “Well…I…,” Avon paused almost shyly, thankfully distracted when Vaas had ventured back towards his conquered opponent, the tree. Rustling was heard in effect at the high, assertive notes of Vaas’s wooden flute, a red-tailed hawk gracefully descending from the shroud of leaves with a mighty screech as it landed on the falconer’s outstretched arm. With a few rapid movements of its beak, the hawk snapped up the pre-offered meat hungrily, pride reflecting in Vaas’s cloudy, green eyes.

“Wind Dancer I would like to introduce you to Aela, Euthisa, and Avon. Wind Dancer is the only one in my small little family. He is like a brother to me.”

Avon observed with delight as Wind Dancer spread its wings in greeting, those intelligent eyes ferocious and focused as he enjoyed their attention. The hawk had an impressive wingspan and Avon would’ve enjoyed seeing him in flight or in a hunt. Laughing good-naturedly, Avon bowed in respect towards the majestic creature as custom in Lhavit, never breaking his eye contact with the bird. “Hello Wind Dancer. It’s an honor to make your acquaintance.” Animals and he both shared a special connection, even if that was more apparent in canines. Despite this, Avon was sure they would make good friends.

She nodded toward Avon as he continued, she didn't know that the Elk were so much different in other parts of the world but it wasn't impossible to believe. She was a bit surprised and delighted when he asked to go on a hunt with her. It was the first time anyone had wanted to go on a hunt with her and she had to bury her excitement into a simple smirk to hide it. "Alright, summer will be sure soon and it's the best time for a hunt."

As the conversation continued and Aela, seeing a chance to sell her wares jumped into action. She was tickled by their expression which only proved her earlier assumption to be correct. There was something growing between them and it was something neither of them were good at hiding. When he agreed to her proposal, Aela smiled, and folded her arms across her chest. "Great, I'll see you there....as soon as the market opens again."

Aela listened as Euthisa told them more about herself and what she wanted for her future. She smiled when the young librarian spoke of rising above her station, an idea they both had shared. Although Euthisa wasn't sure of what she wanted to become, Aela was all to sure of what she wanted, and would stop at nothing to obtain it.

She was amused when the shy librarian spoke of how the enclave was peaceful. This was obvious being that it was a library, but Aela wished that she could say the same. Although her job did give her piece of mind, knowing that she would eat that day, but the hotshop was anything but peaceful.

Aela stood back and watched as Euthisa now spoke to Vaas. He seemed to have a way with people, a certain charm. His kind and gentle nature made him likeable to almost anyone. As she waited, she adjusted the strap at her shoulder again. The quiver wasn't bothersome on it's own, but with the weight of the long bow constantly pulling on it made it worse. Looking back to Vaas as he spoke to her, she watched as he brought out his flute and started to play. She had heard him play before, when he played for her once at her booth. That day didn't turn out as she had planned but she had made a friend and that in itself was worth something.

Looking up, she watched as Wind Dancer descended from the tree and landed on Vaas's gauntlet. She watched the display as they all did, and wondered if after he was done with the dried meat, would he turn and bite Vaas's finger like before. Instead, seeing that he was being watched, the bird decided to show off a bit and expand his wings. The relationship between Vaas and Wind Dancer was very unique, but Vaas saw his charge as his brother, a member of his family and that was something she aspired to have with her own.

"It's nice to meet you Wind Dancer."

Standing quietly as the others talked, Euthisa idly listened to their words and let the rhythm of their voices soothe her. Vaas asked Euthisa to read to him in the Enclave when he visits, something Euthisa would be more than happy to do. She sensed that he knew this, not feeling the need to interrupt their conversation to tell him as much. Aela and Avon agreed to hunt together at a time when Aela was free from the hotshop, and this peaked interest in Euthisa. Being an Inartan, she was taught longbow just like everyone else was, and she was pretty decent with it, but she knew she didn't possess the skills to be a hunter. Perhaps she could tag along and learn a few things from them. Maybe hunting could be a key in Euthisa becoming an Avora. Who knew. The possibilities and thoughts stirred within her, causing Euthisa to quickly reel them back in before she went mad with plans.

Avon then answered Aela's question of buying beads from her shop for Euthisa's hair, readily agreeing that they'd look grand in her hair. A hot tingle spread throughout Euthisa, pinking her cheeks and raising goosebumps along her skin, standing her hair on end. She beamed inside from the statements and compliments. The life of an Inartan was always busy, in some way, shape, or form. Just as Euthisa's social life had been lacking and nonexistent, so had her love life. She had crushes and flings as she'd grown up, but nothing concrete or serious. Not the way she wished anyhow. Even in a friendship stage, Euthisa couldn't deny that she somehow felt more concrete around him than she had with anyone. That didn't mean stages had to progress, or necessarily that she intended them to, but the thought more than definitely crossed her mind. Hurriedly, Euthisa dismissed such thoughts until a later date and refocused on the conversation at hand.

Finally responding to her question of his story, Avon began to speak, seemingly unwilling to share his story with them, when Vaas called his hawk to him to introduce among the group. Wind Dancer's impressive form appeared from the tree, eating from Vaas' fingers without biting him this time, and then fluffing himself up and spreading his strong wings for them to see. Euthisa could already tell that Wind Dancer had the personality of a show bird. Earlier, not knowing anyone watched, he picked at Vaas, not the most common action for Inartans and their birds, yet now with an audience before him, he showboated himself to them. The thought made Euthisa giggle to herself. Avon bowed to Wind Dancer as he greeted him, something Euthisa wasn't accustomed to seeing, while Aela just sweetly greeted him. Knowing she was the last to say hello, Euthisa gently greeted the avian animal before her. "Hello there Wind Dancer. Very nice to meet you."

Following Avon's motion to start walking, Euthisa took a couple of steps away from them, however remaining near Avon's side as they had originally approached before. Noting that Aela had yet again shifted her belongings at the strap on her shoulder. She had to be uncomfortable standing there holding it this whole time. Then, an idea struck Euthisa. Turning and flashing a sweet smile at Aela, Euthisa addressed the problem at hand. "Aela, did you have a destination in mind for your walk? I had thought perhaps we could go put your bow and quiver away so you don't have to hold it any longer, and then we could all head off somewhere. Maybe go have fun at Inclement Weather, or go hangout in the Courtyard? Just some ideas running through my mind."

Vaas stands still patiently as Wind Dancer puts on a little show for his audience. Vaas didn't mind Wind Dancers display and dance, but he definitely put some stress on Vaas' arm. He winced a little as bird happily started footing around his leather gauntlet. Vaas realized Wind Dancer wasn't the most well behaved birds, but the bird had spirit if Vaas can only focus his spirit will be the biggest test. He listened to every ones greetings to Wind Dancer, and after he teases the hawk with a smile on his face,“Are you quite finished Prince Wind Dancer?” Wind Dancer turns to Vaas displays his wings and screeches loudly at him, “Kree-eee-ar!" Not expecting the hawk's loud verbal command, Vaas makes a surprised face, slow turns his head to the group, and says a hint of sarcasm, “His Highness gives his regards to us simple folk, and he will be done showing off when he damn well feels like it.”

Vaas and listens to the conversation with between Aela and Euthisa, and he overhears Euthisa mention something about Aela's quiver and bow being uncomfortable. He decides maybe he should be a gentleman and offer to carry her quiver to relieve her burden. Wind Dancer starts watching ravens land on the building next to them, and he looks at the ravens, opens his mouth, and chirps softly to Vaas. Vaas on the other hand listens to Wind Dancer's chirp and decides to do something clever. He turns to Aela and acts like a common noble servant to young woman, “Lord Wind Dancer commanded me to stop being a lout, and offer a hand to the pretty young a hand.”

The bird tilt his head at Vaas wondering why he paying attention to the human female and not the ravens. He turns his attention back to the ravens chirps louder at the other birds. Vaas ignores him and continues his offer, “The Prince wanted me to help you and take the burden of your quiver from you, Lady Aela.” Hoping his balance doesn't falter, he offers his free hand to Aela.

Also hearing the other half of the conversation, Vaas attention perks up at opportunity to listen to music and unwind, and he never been to Inclement Weather. He heard it was the place to be to drink, listen to music, and dance. He was meaning to go there, but he either spent all his time practicing his music at the Cedar Amphitheater or work on his falconry. He decides to comment to Avon with a grin, “Avon, I heard that the Inclement Weather as a pretty good drummer, and also, I heard his music is easy to dance too. It could be fun.” Hoping Avon gets Vaas' subtle hint that this is Avon's chance to dance with Euthisa. He doesn't have to be blind to notice the young man growing infatuation with Inarta librarian, so Vaas being a hopeless romantic. He decides to help the young man out.

Aela jumped a bit as Wind Dancer let out a sudden screech and looked back at him. It would seem that the proud bird wasn't done with his performance and required their full attention. Folding her arms, Aela watched as the bird continued to strut around before them, as if he were showing off his talents for a female that he wished to mate with. "Wow..He is really hyper." Looking closer, as the bird still danced about, she saw Vaas's leather gauntlet and noticed all of the marking on it. It was most likely the same one that he had when she first met him and had taken quite a beating.

"Oh Vaas, I don't think that gauntlet can take much more. You should have that looked over."

She reached for the strap at her shoulder again to adjust it, and as she looked up, she noticed that Euthisa was talking to her. It was a kind gesture, but she didn't want to bother them to follow her back to her room just to put down her gear. "I'm fine, really." She smiled and pulled the strap higher on her shoulder.

"But the Inclement Weather sounds like fun, we should go."

The burning sensation in her shoulder was only mild, and the last thing she wanted was to look weak in front of a foreigner. Her Inartan pride aside, there was another reason that she decided not to return to the Common rooms. Winter would be coming soon, making hunting a lot harder for everyone. In those stressful times hunters would have to travel much further into the forest to find game. She needed to be focused on the hunt and not distracted by anything. She also needed to be light on her feet while carrying her gear and all of that came with practice.

She looked back to Vaas and Wind Dancer, who had now made enemies with the crows. She was surprised and touched that he offered to carry her bow. He certainly wasn't the average Inartan male, and that set him a part in a good way. Even though he couldn't see the appreciation in her eyes, she hoped that he would hear it in her voice. "Thanks Vaas, but I think I can manage." Seeing that Euthisa and Avon had began to walk, she motioned to Vaas to follow by lightly tugging on the arm that Wind Dancer wasn't attacking.

"Come on, I'll let you buy me a drink."

Euthisa’s suggestions through the Kelvic off for a split second, considering the ideas, and finding his opinion pretty neutral in these regards. He wasn’t opposed to amassing around in the Courtyard and spending quality time with each other-although that wasn’t too far off to what they were actually doing in the first place. It was either that or venture to this mysterious place called Inclement Weather for a unique chance to experience its own variation of entertainment. From what he learned from the many gossipers that loitered around the streets, unable to keep their voices to a minimal to hide the secrets they juggled around loosely, it was some form of Dance club housed in one of the darkest depths of the mountain, never having seen the light of day in favor of keeping a nightly ambience. It sounded swell to Avon at first, another adventure that he could mindlessly cast himself into if stress levels grew dangerous or he needed to pass time, but he was quick to register what the words Dance Club implied.

Bodies. Lots of sensuous, grinding bodies lost in heat of passion and the thrill of the forbidden.

And that wasn’t all; not to him at least for there was an underlying layer to things that concerned him, unconsciously darkening his warm gaze as he grew lost in thought. What he worried about, something that probably never occurred to most humans lost in the mesmerizing world of the club, was the actual scent that permitted the atmosphere of the place. His sense of smell was powerful and he was a bit certain that it would affect him immediately the moment he stepped into the darkened threshold of the place, like a drug almost. The enticing scent of dancing, intermingling bodies; the natural, heady fragrance of lust; and perhaps the intoxicating, curious aroma of alcoholic beverages and superfluous drugs sounded as dangerous as it did enchanting. Avon was a wolf…no matter how human he appeared; there was always going to be a different way he reacted to things. He was afraid that being in those surroundings…might influence him in the most unpredictable ways. And it wasn’t like his newfound friends knew about that part of him, the animalistic, wild part of him that thrived in the wilderness, the part with the fangs and the claws. To them, he was just an ordinary human, a foreigner no-less, but still very much human. Although, he thought that Aela might've sensed the wildness in him from her earlier gaze.

Inwardly, Avon smiled whimsically.

Shaking his head to dismiss the tide of thoughts threatening to bring him under, he settled for observing and listening to his companion’s opinions on the Dance Club idea. With much amusement, Avon watched with calculating eyes when Vaas’s offered to carry Aela’s equipment-at the behest of Prince Wind Dancer-in a true gentlemanly fashion, free hand extended temptingly, his expression genuinely helpful. Although, the comment that the blind, professional falconer-to-be sent his way threw Avon into a mental loop, the subtle context of the remark was not lost at him at all. The guy was crafty; the Kelvic could him give that. A good drummer meant good music, and good music meant dancing. Dancing…with Euthisa possibly? The idea stunned him, in a pleasant sort of way as he directed his gaze onto the suddenly interesting ground.

“Alright. You don’t need to convince me Vaas; I’m in. Let’s go dance.”

Apparently the local consensus favored the Inclement Weather option, looking curiously to Aela to clarify her agreement to the new plans. Even though she had gently denied Vaas’s courteous gesture and choose to soldier the burden of carrying her gear, she spoke of her agreement to the road their plans have taken. Avon had caught a flash of her strong pride in those eyes when she insisted seconds ago that she was fine. It interested him a lot actually, this being the first time of witnessing the infamous Inartan pride his friend had spoken of and he wandered, if said pride was truly infused in these fiery haired people. For now, he was content to watch, almost grinning when he heard Aela give Vaas the permission to buy a drink for her, lightly tugging the blind man along to catch up. The chemistry between them was something worthy of note, filing it away in his memory for later.

Turning his attention back towards the Inartan Liberian, a passive, observant expression shaping his fine features, Avon effortlessly gave Euthisa an encouraging grin, even though he was feeling anxious. “I guess we’ve all reached an agreement to go to Inclement Weather. If you guys don’t mind leading the way, we can get going. I still don’t know where everything is here.” Still, the Kelvic couldn’t squash the caution burning in his stomach, knowing that the allure of the club might bring out a completely different side of him.
