Zuthra Physical Description Name: Zuthra from the tents of Mounun of the sons of Rapa Race: Human (Benshira) Age: 20 Birthday: 46th day of Spring, 492 AV Height: 5' 7" Eyes: Blue Hair: Black, Scraggy, Patchy Facial Hair Character Concept Zuthra comes from a line of beloved Rapas, a fact he does not forget. He is constantly trying to prove himself by his intelligence both to men and the gods. Youth is not an excuse for the lack of complete mastery. Always a teacher, never a student, mistakes are not his fault. How can you be liked if you're not better than everybody? Character History Zuthra wandered the deserts of Eyktol provided the services and guidance of Yahal to the tents in greatest need. He studied relentlessly taking breaks only to read and play his wooden flute. He wished nothing more than to become as great a priest as his father, Mounun, and be respected by all that could hear. But when his father began experimenting with Alchemy to cure a tent of hunger, a prophet appeared and a desist was ordered. Mounun believed this prophet to be false and continued his altruistic pursuits until Yahal himself appeared to take his life and leave Zuthra with a mark of shame, a black gnosis of swirled words reading "ignorant coward" upon his chest. He fled the deserts and leaped into a watchtower hoping to find a way to vindicate his father and prove to Yahal his mistake. Let Me Help You Hello, Zuthra! This is a friendly note to help you fit into Mizahar. I have reviewed your CS and caught a couple things! First off, don't forget your money! You get 100 GM to start, and anything beyond the starting package you begin with/ bought is deducted from this (like your mortar and pestle, wooden flute or book). Also you get an heirloom, so make sure to point out what of your possessions is the heirloom. It should be worth no more than 50 gm. For your lores, I would recommend something more detailed and narrow. Eyktol is a big place with a lot of stuff! Knowledge of Eyktol is a bit too broad. Might I suggest something like knowledge of Eyktol topography and Worship of Yahal. Your XP is accurately portioned out, but could you please signify which points are from your SP or RB (racial bonus)? This will make it easier for you and mods down the road. Lastly, prophet is a specific term in Benshira culture and "priest" isn't used often either. For your history, I suggest being in a line of well-loved Rapas. I have replied to your gnosis ticket as well, so check that for feedback. Let me know when you have made these changes and I will remove this note.

The money I've left intentionally low for my own masochistic role playing preferences (I obviously have a good amount left over from my inventory purchases).

I've noted the heirloom, fixed the lores and redefined the heritage.

I've fixed the skill sources, however, I'm still failing to see it's purpose. Could you explain or guide me to the proper page? (Will it matter where I apply my racial bonus? And if so can I split it up?)

No problem . Thanks for responding so well.

The XP is just so we can keep track of where all the points came from in the future when you start to earn them IC. You'll eventually make note here of what threads the xp came from. This is just to make sure everyone is being honest about skill levels.

Racial Bonuses can only be applied to one skill, but starting package xp can be spread around as long as there is more than 5 xp in one skill. So your arrangement is good.

Ok! Remove the gnosis story until we get something approved and I will take away all these little notes.
