New Stuff in the Wiki and Game!

A link to your "Storyteller secrets" is now available in your profile. If entered, it will go under the Character sheet link in the sidebar. As a reminder, you don't need to do anything - someone will give this link to you if it's needed and you won't be able to view it anyways.

A rather large selection of poisons has been added to the Price List. It is complete with descriptions, effects, skill level requirements for making the poisons and how long they last. There are some that actually have benefits tied to their drawbacks with equal effects on both sides. The idea is that someone could earn a living and be quite a skilled, interesting character; dangerous too, by specializing in poisons.

Today I installed a rather major upgrade adding Search Engine Optimization to Mizahar. While the back end is pretty sophisticated, very little changes for you - except you should be seeing more human-friendly URLs in your browser (but the old ones should be working still). This is part of my ongoing effort to make sure Google actually indexes more than just our front page.

Please let me know if you encounter any strange errors or "page not found" links. This thing was working just fine on my computer but Goss found a bug right away!

I have just finished fleshing out the Poison skill entry. This compliments the entry for poisons in the Price List. I may still tinker with pieces and parts of it but otherwise it is in.

There is now a list of Wiki Rules in the wiki so that if people feel the need to start roaming and submitting within its boundaries, they have some simple guidelines to follow.

We've got a brand new bbcode: [youtube], which you can use to embed YouTube videos into your posts. The typical usage is to add your PC's theme song to their Character sheet if you so wish.

It is used as follows:

with "video code" being the last characters in the video's URL. For example, if your video's URL is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx, you'd put xxxxxxxxxxx between the tags.
