Elia confused and scared ran away from her home. Her legs shaking as she ran. In her animal form she carried her bag in her mouth. Her breath showing in the cold winter air as she pants from running. She had no clue where to go or what to do. She was very hungry and felt so alone and lost. She stopped in the middle of the street looking around for anything. Anyone who could possibly help her. As she stood their snow flakes began to fall and land on her nose and eye lashes. She looked around and the streets were almost empty but the few people there were looking at here with confusion. They aren't use to seeing animals running around let alone a big white tiger. Elia crouched down in fear. She was so overwhelmed with everything that had happened. She felt frozen and just needed a way out.

Syna's light reined down upon the streets of the city, and a feeling of disgusted welled up within the soul of the Immortal that stood within the shadows of the world. Evalin, the Immortal Witch, stood in the shadows of the alleyway, eyes searching over the streets of Sunberth for... Children.

Evalin smiled as she saw a group of three run past where she stood, and those eyes red as blood followed their path down another street, "So many there are. Their thumping life, their pulsing blood..." Evalin touched a hand to her head, closing her eyes as the thrumming in her mind grew with the craving. Sighing she shook her head, glancing down at the icy gem that hung around her neck. We have our pick of so many. It is rare that such things occure.

A chill pressed against her mind, and a slow voice soon followed, echoing from the necklace, "Be it so... Yet let not the simple tasks dull the senses.

To this Evalin chuckled, Be it ever known that such would never happen.

An ordinary day, a simple day so like all the others spent in the cursed city, yet then something appeared to break the monotony. Suddenly from no where it seemed there appeared... A tiger? A tiger with fur of white and stripes of black, looking like night fought to claw free of the day that raced through the city with a bag clutched in its jaws. A curiosity indeed.

Evalin's eyes narrowed, turning what could have been an innocent childs face into a mask of darkness fitting some long forgotten nightmare, Well now... This is not of the norm, and it threatens to break the simplicity of my task... A hand rose to touch the necklace, We cannot have that.

What would you command...?

Evalin paused for a moment, absently fingering the sealed familiar, Bring her to me. She is an annoyance, one that must either be contained, A small smile broke free upon those pale lips, Or be rid of.

The necklace shimmered, rising from the girl's chest as it reformed, shaping itself into a blue orb, no bigger than a bluejay. A perfect sphere which reflected the world around it on its surface. With out need of further command the Familar, Tsenrika, flew out. Out into the full light to light near the Kelvic's face. Revolving once around her head it would whisper softly, "Come... Come to safty..." before floating back to the shadows of the alley. Tsenrika would bring the Kelvic to his master, a figure cloaked and hooded that carried a beautifully ornate staff. She looked to be about 7-8 years old with raven black hair, but her eyes... Eyes of crimson that spoke of deeper wisdome and knowledge from more than 200 years of life. Eyes of a creature otherwordly. From her came a feeling of unease born from the make placed upon her by Uldr, God of the Undead. A tingling in the spine, a raising of the hair on the back of the neck.

Evalin would smile from beneath her hood, "Well then... Who are you?"

As Elia crouched down in the cold snow a blue sphere like ball floated around her head and whispered to her "come...come to safety." Elias eyes followed the ball as it floated to this little girl in the dark shadows. Filled with curiosity Elia slowly walked over to the little girl and laid her sack down in front of her. Elia sniffed the little girl wondering who she was. This girl had a weird smell. It was different. Something Elia never encountered before. This made Elia a little uneasy so she stayed in her animal form but she examined the little girl more. Then the little girl asked who are you? Elia sat down in front of the little girl and kinda tweaked her head in wonder. How can I tel her my name she thought. So Elia took her claw and in the cold snow wrote "Elia."
