The Jungle Wilds, 14th of Bell, 14th of Summer 513 A.V
Aka was hungry, dead hungry. Her last three days had been filled with hard work... working at the tunnels, sparring against Senka, and patrolling the jungle complete with killing her first Myrian. She had been using her reimancy in three days in a row, while she was really careful not to overgive herself, it was still really tiring. She wanted to eat something... something alive and beating, her Dhani instinct kicked in, she craved to swallow some fresh meat.
"Uuuh..." Rubbing her stomach in hunger, Aka exited Zinrah through the eastern tunnel, passing by some constrictor guards along the way. They just scoffed at the tiny Dhani, the only reason she was accepted here was because Mamuro, one of their kin, brought her in and she also worked under Senescaaspia. She was accepted, but that didn't mean she was respected, Aka would have to work hard to appease her giant siblings.
"Hungry... uuuh, why can't they just give me some food..." She was complaining again, like usual, Aka needed a good smack on her head to learn that in this place, she needed to work for the things she got, especially since she's an outsider, Dhani or not, she's not one of the Constrictors. Aka walked for a few chimes before she looked around and decided that hunting for a delicious tapir would be easier in her viper form. She was much quicker and agile in that form anyway... and she was also smaller, harder to be detected by her prey.
Aka easily removed her sash and simple black dress, neatly folded them, and put it on a rock, she didn't wear any underwear so she could immediately began transforming. Her arms and legs fused, hair disappeared, red scales with constant black spots adorned her body, and finally after thirty seconds, the black-haired pale woman was gone, replaced by the crimson hissing venomous snake. Now... what should I do first... Aka slithered forward, her tongue licked the air for any scent of a herbivore... preferably a capybara or a tiper. Meeting a boar would be a challenge... meeting a panther would be very dangerous... and meeting a Myrian tiger would be... well, let's not get to that part.
She flexed her body and leaped forward to travel faster, curling her serpentine body to soften her landing. Even in this foreign land, Aka still loved to do one of her favorite activity, acrobatics, the defining trait of a Viper. Aka kept jumping around until the scent of an animal reached her. Using her excellent sense of smell, taste, and hearing, only available to her Viper and Dhani form, she tracked the smell and concentrated to hear her target's footsteps. It was not too heavy... Aka could only hope it's a tapir or capybara and not a panther or... *shudders* tiger.
