Anna barely suppressed the victorious grin from spreading across her face, Tsaba had risen well to her offer. This was good, it saved Anna a great deal of effort in trying to subtly push her in the direction she wanted. The wizard knew how initiation worked, her own initiation still very fresh in her mind. Undead might respond to it differently though, one never knew how racial difference effected magic after all. It hopefully wouldn't be too much of a problem, if it was then other alternatives were possible. A clever Chaon always kept their options open.
The goal here was not to get an apprentice, though that would certainly be nice. Rather she was going to attempt an experiment along with this initiation, to see the fullest extent of her Rhysol given powers. She wanted to see exactly how much it could twist someone, how much could she change then with continuous curses over time. What effects might curses over the course of the initiation do? Was is possible to perhaps curse her own res when she went though the process with Tsaba? If so, could the curse's power be carried on through that? Would a seed of corruption be left, waiting to flower when time was opportune? In essence this was her way of worshipping Rhysol, to betray the bond of student and teacher and corrupt Tsaba into embodying some of his qualities.
"I cannot initiate you here today, the process is extremely taxing and highly intricate. I will need to invade your body with my res in order to grant you the ability to form it yourself. It is extremely intimate and often traumatic, though likely no more than returning from the dead." The wizard stated, standing slowly and slinging her pack over her shoulder.
"Meet me here on the 5th of Fall, 9th Bell. Bring a knife or dagger with you as there will be cause for bodily injury in the initiation process." With that Anna turned and set off towards the city on tired legs.
The gears were in motion, if she could pull this off then it would be a great victory for Rhysol as an agent of chaos would be planted in the Nuit. If it did not, then Anna still gained more out of this relationship than she had given in the long run. Sahova was now a destination, to expand her magical knowledge and offer more chances to push the agenda of Rhysol. Without Tsaba, the true worth of the isle might have escaped her for some time. Now she had a true goal for the first time in seasons, not aimless plotting but a destination and an ambition.
"You might want to follow me, Tsaba. The Wilds can be quite dangerous for a little girl on her own." The wizard called back with a nearly inaudible chuckle bubbling from within.
OOCThat would be my last post, unless you want to keep this one going that is.
