Savio looked at his group with worry. Could they fight a Wailer should they come across one? He knew that he was somewhat capable of fighting and Sayren too, but he knew next to nothing about the Sym and the Isur’s fighting skills.

Savio stroked his chin in thought as he considered their options. They needed a plan. To just charge after a supposed Wailer was just asking for death. Savio then looked to the monk. “Are there others investigating the case? They need to be notified immediately.” He hoped that the Wailer hadn’t escaped or disguised itself in a new form already.

A Matter of Murder (Savio, Assilsa, Sayren, Kallos)

"That would explain it..." mused Franjo. In response to the questions of a Wailer's lethality, the monk replied, "If it's got flesh, we can kill it. The problem now is finding it. Like the Isur said, it could be anyone. No doubt Runath's got his own ideas..."

If the group decided to look out the window, they would indeed see a monk of Uphis playing a lyre- poorly- in the street and eyeballing passers-by. "Though maybe he could use some help narrowing the field."

A Matter of Murder (Savio, Assilsa, Sayren, Kallos)

Her brain began to imagine what this beast would look like, whether it had thousands of eyes, legs or something just as creepy. Whatever it looked like it still sounded Dangerous to Assilsa.

“A wailer…”

Assilsa’s voice barely came out as a whisper, beginning to spin her mother’s ring to calm her spinning thoughts, would she actually be able to take on such a beast with such power, would she even be able to help with her limited skills? Honestly Assilsa couldn’t see how they could use her skills in anyway…
Walking with numb legs to the window, she attempted to calm herself more by watching the colour crowd moving bellow. Sounds dulled by the walls of the hostels still registered in Assilsa’s mind, normal chatter filled more of the sounds but one particular noise made the Symenestra cringe, A lyre played terrible, scanning the ground below for the creator of the noise. A monk was the one attempting to play the instrument, however Assilsa noticed this wasn’t the only thing he was attempting to do, Assilsa could only notice this because it was something she was doing herself, He was attempting to look normal, to fit in. Tapping the window Assilsa hissed slightly wondering whether she should mention it.
“A monk? They Have access to everywhere right? What if the wailer was to disguise itself as a monk? Only with second glance you would know something was odd right? Like, um this guy?”

Sayren watched as Savio said they must warn the others in the investigation about their findings. The monk agreed telling them that the monk would probably need a few extra hands in narrowing the field of where the wailer would be. If that were the case, they would need to stay in numbers, because the chances of them taking on a Wailer on their own and coming out alive were slim. Least from what she could tell. "I could probably help. I know a few songs from being in Endrykas. Maybe I could hum of few of them while going about the building?"

Franjo laughed at Assilsa's suggestion. "Ha! Not likely. We're trained to deal with these sorts of threats... Though yes, some of us are better at it than others."

After a moment's thought, he shrugged. "Guess it wouldn't hurt to launch an internal investigation, though. Shouldn't take more than a week or two to run through everyone. You folks can probably figure the rest out." Looking down, the monk sighed and motioned toward the door with his head. "We best leave. Some sketch artists will record what the room's like, and then the other ambassadors will probably want to dispose of the body."

OOCWow that took longer than it should have... Sorry 'bout that! Anywho, another round of posts and we'll end on Sayren, then?
