As Winter casts a shadow across the rustic scape, things slowly return to normal. The crowds regain their spirit as the people rebuild what was lost, still managing to find cheer beneath the ashen skies. In light of starvation in Wind Reach, the city orders a surplus of stone in exchange for much needed food and supplies. This is key to the mass reconstruction effort, where community members step up to rebuild that which was lost in the earthquake. The Towers step up to spread cheer by jointly holding a masquerade ball on the 82nd, catered by the Shooting Star Inn and hosted by the Ethereal Opera House. Local tailors scurry to create quality outfits, while businesses prepare special deals for the event. The Azure Festival is quick to follow, keeping the city in a state of perpetual celebration, eager to usher in a new year. Industry takes an upward turn. Meanwhile, the city holds annual "garden days," where volunteers flock to the Sharai to help with the preparations for the what remains of the Winter Harvest.

Seasonal Thread Goals The Winter Season lasts through December, January and February of real time. For each real month there are four different goals, twelve goals total. Completing all twelve rewards a medal, while completing the thread goals for all four SEASONS awards an even cooler medal!
These thread goals may be combined into the same thread or may be done in twelve separate threads, but all twelve goals must be present in order to receive credit. Threads do not need to be completed in the month they are posted in - they simply need to be finished to count.
Now the fun part! Thread Goals were created to help give you a nudge should your inspiration be lacking. They can inspire a PC to do something they normally wouldn't, have them meet new and exciting people or even explore things that you as the writer might not even be aware of yet! These are supposed to be fun and creative. Just keep in mind the prompts listed below are just that: prompts. They can be applied anyway you choose. If a goal is to get your PC into a fight, but alas! Your PC doesn't fight? Perhaps they get into a fight with themselves over something they think they did wrong, or regretted not doing. It's really up to you how creative you get with it!
December
1. Imbibe some alcohol. 2. Engage in physical exercise. 3. Take part in a local celebration. 4. Volunteer! January
1. Buy something in-thread. 2. Indulge yourself. 3. Meet someone new. 4. Eat something delicious! February
1. Give a gift. 2. Pray to a deity. 3. Dance at the Masquerade! 4. Pay homage to the new year.
Build a House! In light of the present and following seasons, I'm offering an exclusive deal to the players of Lhavit! In exchange for construction threads, I'm allowing players to actually build their houses for up to fifty percent off! The requirements are as follows:
These threads should satisfactorily detail the events of construction. They do not have to be the same style as a job thread, but they should be in-depth. All residential construction is a mesh of dry-stone masonry and wooden supports. Residential houses do not incorporate skyglass.
When the required threads are completed, they should then be submitted to Grading and Requests. If satisfactory, the player will be awarded their very own place, which will be added to the list of private residences! At this point, they should deduct the kina from their ledger accordingly. All houses can be written up as locations and submitted to the Remarkable Things development thread.
