PC requested Retirement so this Business is on Hold. If PC chooses to become active again, this business plan need only be bumped for consideration.

Initially though, some of the items offered need to be removed as they are suitable more for higher skilled characters. More advanced, full-suits are beyond Novice ability with most being reserved for high-end Competent or greater. Also, Isurian Steel would not be possible outside of the Kingdom of Sultros unless specific arrangements were made with places like the Southern Border Post. Even then, such an arrangement would be limited to tiny weapons and tools. Also, to be able to forge weapons of pure gold or silver, one needs a relatively high blacksmithing, weaponsmithing or armorer skill to work with it or at least 2 marks from Izurdin or more.

If the PC is wishing to simply sell the items without making them on their own, the up-front cost of every item must be paid for in order to have it in stock and on-hand.
