Appearance: Pale skin. Short, messy bright, blond hair that is spiky of nature. Wears half body robe that has a hood, that reaches down to the side of my knees and has sleeves extending to wrists (sleeves of robe look too big on me and hangs past my hands slightly if I straighten my arms). The robe is predominantly dark blue in colour, with the lining done in white and gold. The robe has the snowflake symbol of Morwen in white printed on the chest part of the robe. He wears tight fitting beige pants and black shoes.

Character Concept

My character’s parents were struggling to have a child so they went to see the Morwen for her blessing. She told the parents that she would bless them if they would dedicate him to her as a servant from the time that he was 17 years old. The parents agreed and 9 months later he was born. At his birth, one of the most magnificent displays of Northern Lights ever seen appeared in the sky, his hair was blond and his skin pale (a sign that Morwen’s mark would forever be on the child). Because of this, he was named Aeridrius (Child of winter’s light) in Vani. The character has an interest in magic and would like to honour Morwen for his birth by becoming skilled in the elements of Water, Wind and Earth especially. He also has an interest in crafting and sculpting. He’s main mission in life is to become strong enough so he can fittingly serve Morwen in her endeavours.

Character History

After birth, he was raised in a stable, loving home and educated in Morwen’s ways from a very young age. He had weekly scheduled “guidance” meetings with Morwen as he grew up and (some speculate that this is part of why he excelled at school) he completed school with top grades, with his best subject being sculpting. Lived a fairly normal life until age 17, when he was escorted to Morwen’s Ice Palace, to be initiated by her as an official “Steward of Talvi” (Talvi means winter in Vani). She encouraged him to go attend the University of Zeltiva to go and learn more about Djed and how it can be manipulated. Upon completion of his first certificate, he had to return to her to learn about the next phase of his journey. His story continues now where he just enrolled at university.

Hello there!

I'm Crosspatch, one of the friendly CS Liaisons on Mizahar! I've been looking over your Character Sheet, and I have noticed some major issues that need to be resolved and fixed. Sadly these need to be done before you can continue roleplaying, so let's take a look at them shall we?

• Vantha characters must have their Hold name also in their account name (without an underscore), i.e. your account must be Aeridrius Skyglow. You can achieve this can be done through the user control panel.
• Please link your CS to your profile. This can be done through the user control panel.
• Vantha hair colour is of dark colouration, normally black with a shimmering aura colouraiton in it. It is not blonde. Please correct this.
• Vantha eye colours are of bright vibrant hues that change depending on their mood - you may wish to add a list stating what these are on your CS.
• Vantha never have pale skin tones, instead they range from olive to almond to almost golden brown.
• At creation a Vantha can apply for their racial gnosis mark (Ice Reaving) from Morwen at creation - or more correctly when they come of age. If you wish to gain this please put in a request on the Help desk with a polite note as to why and then link your supplied Storyteller Secret Thread to your profile.
• While she is the Vantha patron Goddess, Morwen would not leave her mark on Aeridrius in the form of blonde hair, she also would not help a struggling pair of parents sire a child. There would also be no single "most magnificent display of the Northern lights" on his birth. Please take this into consideration with your history. In relation to that matter all the Vantha in Avanthal seek to serve Morwen in some form or another regardless on whether the Goddess requests it.
• Aeridrius would not have weekly scheduled "guidance" meetings with the Goddess, she is far too busy ruling her city. He would be treated like any of the other Vantha while growing up nor would he receive special recognition at such a young age. While she may task him to travel and experience the world, she would not send him out as one of her stewards.
• For that matter, how did your character actually get to Zeltiva? How did he travel there? It may pay to highlight this in your history, and if it is over land travel you may wish to have some points in Wilderness Survival as wandering and travelling the land without it is strongly discouraged. Please take this into consideration.
• Regardless of the fact that as of Winter 514 AV, the University no longer taught any magic due to the destruction of the College of Djed (however, it still offers mundane courses and lessons) it would require storyteller permission to obtain entrance to the university. Please take this into consideration with your history.
• You are allowed only one fluent language at creation with an optional basic and poor language option. Please choose between Vani or Common for your fluent and place the other as a basic should you wish to keep it.
• It is required that you clearly state which skills are Starter Package (SP) skills and which are Racial Bonus (RB).
• Due to being Novice in Reimancy can you please clearly state somewhere the one element type your PC is familiar with? (These being: fire, water, air and earth).
• How was your PC also initiated into Reimancy? How did he learn it? Who taught him it? Please explain this in your history.
• Please choose a cloak or coat. You cannot have both.
• As a note, you may wish to consider a different material for your character's pendant as Icestone struggles in warmer temperatures - see the Icestone lore for more information.

Thanks for the critique I'm very new to all of this and was not sure exactly what would be acceptable and what would not. I think I might try a completely new character concept
