| As the pair exited the bazaar, Jischa subtly began to steer them in the direction of the Golden Dragon Inn. It was a bit of a surprise that he'd been to the Golden Dragon before but hadn't noticed the bracelet around her wrist before asking what it was she did for a living, perhaps he hadn't noticed. Whatever the reason, she was quite pleased to have found him tonight; both the rustlings in the darkness and the chill settling over her bare skin were held at bay by his presence, the warmth he generated decidedly masculine. 'Not that I can't handle myself,' she thought immediately, defensive even in her own mind. Out loud, she spoke in a somewhat teasing tone, "So, you've been to the Dragon, and yet I've never seen you." She pretended to pout, looking up at him as they again passed through the shortcut alleyway, the location of where she'd first caught his attentions, a fact of which she remained unaware. Had she known he'd followed her, she might have been faintly alarmed, but possibly flattered as well; she wasn't the type of girl who balked at attention, even potentially dangerous attention - especially from dark and handsome strangers. "Did I never catch your eye, then?" She disentangled her arm from his, twirling in front of him and walking backwards for a few paces. "Am I not your type?" she asked this with a hint of challenge in her tone, she'd not yet met one whose type she wasn't. Even men who prefered busty redheads found their attentions swayed by the diminutive blonde, even women who'd never entertained thoughts of daliances with the fairer sex gave a second thought to the idea in her presence. Certainly she was beautiful, there was no doubt of that, but more importantly she possessed the allure of the Konti, and that did wonders toward swaying preferences she'd discovered. Her joviality was faintly dampered by his request that she tell him of Mura, the subject wasn't one she wanted to broach even in her own mind, much less with a stranger, no matter how handsome. "Mura is beautiful, it's dazzling white and all who visit it claim that it exceeded their expectations." The smile on her face remained in place, though it didn't quite reach her eyes now, and she spun again, tucking her arm back into Gereth's firmly as they continued toward the inn. "But enough of places so distant. You're from Syliras, you said? I've not been here so very long, perhaps you could tell me more about it?" |

She smiled playfully, there were many patrons with a bit of a voyeuristic side to them that liked to get to know their Companions in the semi-privacy of the lower alcoves. The myriad couches and hearths, not to mention the complimentary wine, kept many of the inns guests entertained for the hours they visited, though of course just as many, if not more, opted for the privacy that rooms entailed. Either way, Jischa smiled encouragingly at the handsome stranger eager to both get her cloak back, and to get to know him better.
