"I'm not always anxious." Retorted Infilia with a slight annoyance. There was this man that kept inspecting her, like she was some tool. Infilia didn't really like guys much, mostly because they usually try to pull something on her and deceive her into trying to bed with them. That's why she usually avoids men as much as she could whenever she could... that's why she's usually at the Snowsong Hold. Where she can be alone most of the time, by herself. Though, if she wanted to get out more, and start her path for becoming a notorious performer, than she'll have to start getting comfortable around people. Usually, there's not that much people at the Red Diamond Tavern, but decisions can change, people change their minds all of the time. It's practically normal for them to do so, but when Infilia makes up her mind, she sticks to it. No matter what the circumstance, unless it's something that could mean fatal, or seriously close to death. Then, will she change her mind.

Now, she has chosen to perform at the Red Diamond Tavern, a place she found comforting, it reminded her of the Snowsong Hold in a way, but yet it felt a little too different. It wasn't her particular taste in style as a building, bit if she'll get a chance to perform, she'll take it. The vantha carried her flute as she walked across the floor of the Red Diamond Tavern. She avoided waitresses and waiters who carried drinks and food with them. Men and women gathered by the fire, as others gathered around a small group of men who yet again, appeared to be talking about a piece of game they have caught. Infilia noted those group of men and decided to stray away from them as they're labeled precarious.

"Your playing tonight? Yes?" A man stopped her, as he inspected her up and down. Infilia felt small standing in front of this man. Her eyes shifted to a purple hue and she blushed a little. She nodded. "Yes, yes I am." She replied wanting to look away from the man as he made her feel a little uncomfortable at this point. "Alright, prepare your things, I think I might have another playing tonight as well. He'll probably play along." He paused. "No doubt. Now get ready."

Infilia started to prepare her flute as a small area was slowly starting to open up for the two performers.

Title and Date

Somewhat familiar with the snowsong snubbing through out the tavern Epifanio chose to sit by and relax on the upper balconies of the tavern. Not just cause he was being lazy, but because he wanted to keep an eye on a supposed Co-worker. Epifanio knew that the job was hard, and knew what was required of him as a bard. He did his job decently and the nights were often a different story from the day in the tavern.

Being the one of the only taverns like it in avanthal the place was usually busy, and even more so at night. That was when business really kicked off, but the occasional day times got busy as well. People wishing for a drink to warm their mouth was common place. Epifanio often partook in that socially with others as well. His favorite was to tell stories and challenge himself if someone could tell a better story he would buy them a drink.

If it wasn't for his remarkable stories be would probably never wet his tongue. At this moment he was just drinking water, and getting ready for what would come next. Infilia would most likely not notice him from the terrace up above, and to that he simply smiled and got his gamba ready. After all this was her show and her time to show to him what she was capable of, even if she didn't know it.

Infilia had a hunch that whoever was playing with her tonight was already here. She guessed it might've been another Snowsong, knowing their choice of interest are usually the Inns within Avanthal. Or was she just thinking of someone else who she figured that could be here. She hadn't known any other artists like herself who played. Infilia wanted to meet this partner of hers. As the crowd was slowly getting better at paying attention and being quiet. Infilia bowed slightly. She rested the mouthpiece before her mouth. Somehow, she figured that this experience was going to be some different.

She started to play.

The breathing was steady, she's played flute before, but she's just getting back into the gist of it. The introduction was soft, light sounding as she played. Her fingers were not close to trembling, but inside, she was nervous. Yes, she was performing, and it was nerve-racking. Infilia couldn't really understand why she was being nervous out if all things, so if one could look closely her eyes were still that same purple hue that changed as she walked into the Inn. Her music was soft for many notes to come, though the tune was rising in pitch. Infilia wasn't out of breath yet, but she'll manage until her introduction is finished, then it'll lead into the first part of her song.

As the pitch grew higher, it still sounded soft, but she was waiting for that hint to end her introduction and play the first verse.

Eventually, after a few ticks that light soft tone conceded and it was quiet. Even the audience. She took a few breaths before she began to play.
