Looking for a place with low population to start...

I also need whichever city I choose to have horses available for purchase, along with a three-person cart. Those are my only parameters. xD

I'm new and I also play Aeli. She's currently in Alvadas, so I don't need two characters there.

My profile says he lands in Syliras, but I know Mizahar is growing exponentially, so I'd like to help get a less-frequented city off the ground. =]

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'm going to head over to Riverfall, The Sanctuary looks lovely and Ixal needs a new horse. ^_^ He's a traveler, though, so I'll be sure to frequent the other cities at some point as well. =]

I am an Eyphirian, currently living in Zeltiva, but constantly traveling the world, as she has been doing for 7 years, and lived in Ahnatep for 16 years before that. She is looking for worldly connections both legitimate and otherwise. She can flashback in most coastal cities, loves combat, and has a set of morals that doesn't necessarily match up with laws.
