![]() It was a normal morning, or as normal a morning as one in Sunberth could be. The icy haired Konti was up to no good, as per usual, after making a silent escape from a bar brawl that was spilling out onto the street even as she walked off, pulling up the hood of her coat. Maybe she wouldn't have had to make an escape if she hadn't started the damn thing, but what was life without a little excitement? Besides, pissing people off beyond belief was incredibly entertaining. A grin pinned the corners of her mouth to her cheeks as she strolled down the street, a slight arrogance to her walk, hips swaying with her steps. It was an arrogance born from seasons of proving that size and strength weren't the only tools one needed to survive. Of course, enlightening people to her skills with her weapons of choice, not to mention her wit, had gone straight to her head. Obviously. It was a joke of hers that she would have been better off being born male, it seemed to suit her more. The cocky attitude, the temper, the pride. Every inch of her personality screamed "I'm an arrogant bastard. Yes that's right, I am in fact a guy." Her lack of table manners didn't help. It also meant she avoided flirting with anyone at any and all costs, although she got a bit more sociable when ale was involved, but even then she had a way of chasing off suitors. There was something rather intimidating about a girl who didn't appear to be out of her teens, but who could hack you limb from limb in a matter of moments. That, coupled with her constant swearing, spitfire temper and voice like a barking dog didn't really make for an overly attractive young Konti. In short, she was more appealing when seen, not heard. The thoughts were rather depressing ones and she pushed them to the back of her mind. It wasn't a good way to bide one's time. So instead, she let her mind wander to more pleasant things. Like the weather. Her boots crunched against the slush underfoot. Winter was surrendering to spring without a fight, but it would be a while before all the snow disappeared. Blayze pulled up the edge of her scarf to block a cold breeze from her face. Her voice was still a canine growl and she didn't need the temperature making it any worse. A sigh escaped her. It looked like it was going to be a boring day. She hated boring days. ![]() |
