So yeah, I suppose I'll introduce myself here now. I'm Livy, and my PC Inshin will be joining you guys in Wind Reach soon! This is my first char on Mizahar, so I'm really psyched, and I'd really enjoy RPing with you all.

Inshin is... Well, he's a bit special. He's extremely ugly, extremely lonely, and he has made up imaginary friends, foes, and also, he has a tendency to alter his perception of reality. This is all based of severe maltreatment, but he's a nice guy, deep down, who just wants some affection.

If you feel like doing a thread with me, or for that matter, making me an avatar(lawl, I want to get one. NAO!), please do PM me. =)

(And like I said, I'd really appreciate if someone felt like helping me with making avatars and such, as I suck at drawing. I suck a lot.)

Hey there Livy! So glad you'll be joining us. Wind Reach could always use more deformed PC's. I actually have a use for Inshin already, if you'll believe it or not. But I'm afraid it will have to wait for the coming season. The details will be made clear once we head into Winter, which isn't long from now.

As for having an avatar made for you, you are more than welcome to find whatever picture you can find on the interwebs to suffice as one, even if it's an abstract. However, if you are looking for something truly unique, and have a bit of patience to wait, you can head over to this forum and find a thread of one of our talented artists. Do not be shy.

I also realize that you are a new character, and the vast majority of the world is waiting to be explored. So in order to make your journey more comfortable, I'll be sending you a PM with a simple question that will hopefully help us, the staff, help you have a more enjoyable experience while in Wind Reach.

Hello everyone!

I have a question about the geography of Wind Reach. There are some parts of the Link Map, such as the Prominent Features and the Unforgiving, that seem like they are outside the actual city. Can you access these places by foot or are you stuck flying to them? Can you access them in the Winter when the City is "closed" or only when the city is not snowed in?

I am thinking of using the locations in a post but I don't know if I can get there. Please help me calrify if you can. Thanks!

Hey, Cin-Cin and Brodt! Welcome to Wind Reach. It's good to see new faces in the city! If you have any questions or need some help or friendly conversation, don't be afraid to approach either myself, Invictus, or Phoenix for some assistance.

Kanri, the Unforgiving is definitely outside of Wind Reach. In fact, it has its own forum and pretty much encompasses every bit of space that isn't a city within Kalea. It's not a very nice place to be, alone and undefended, and it's where much of the hunting is done. Thunder Bay is also outside Wind Reach, in the Unforgiving, but at the same time is a part of it, like a little settlement and fishing community.

We are definitely locked in Wind Reach or Thunder Bay during the Winter. The snow gets so deep and the region so cold that its just plain unsafe. It's why the city focuses so much on storing food for the cold times, because only Wind Eagles and their mounts can go about and hunt.

So, while Fall is still here, get to exploring!

Okay, thanks for the clarification Sphynx. What about places like the Underground forest? Is that considered outside the city or is there a tunnel in the city that leads down to it?
