[Character Sheets] Character Sheet Review 3.0

I would love it if anyone would take the time to look at my character sheet. My character history is not completed yet, and I know this. I was thinking it would be a great time to put it in a flashback. If all else fails I could just fill it in later. Other than that, I am sure everything else should be correct?

EDIT: made some very minor additions to my character sheet (link a link to another questionnaire and fixing some math on my skills) but nothing has been changed to something else.
