Winter 36, 512 AV This morning one of our Waveguard by the name of Kip Drawlins was found brutally murdered, and hanged near East Street with the word "weak" carved into his torso. We all boggle at this cruel and senseless murder, and all citizens are advised to remain inside after dark, and as always avoid walking East Street. There will be a public memorial service at the Maria Satterwite Memorial Cemetery at noon on the 40th, where condolences can be given to both his wife and three year old son. May we all pull together in prayer and vigilance in this time of tragedy. Any and all with information on this murder should report to any Waveguard.
