Citizens are free to visit three new locations: The Laviku Monument, The Cerulean Pier, and The Scholar's Forum. All Zeltivans are also advised of the new Common Room for chat and discussion. Those just arriving or starting out in Zeltiva are more than welcome to make their introductions there. It's a great place to find sanctuary from the bitter, winter winds.

Citizens should be aware of the University taking shape with The Infirmary, The West Wing, and The East Wing.

All Zeltivan citizens, from the Docks to the University, are cordially invited to the annual Winter Ball in the West Wing. It will be a night of fine drink, drama, and dance. Black-tie attire is required.

Marcel's Magical Supplies is open for magic students and Zeltivan citizens alike. Overgiving where magic is concerned however, can have some devastating consequences. The victims of this are incarcerated in the Scholar's Asylum. Witness their plight, and take heed.

Five new locations within the University are ready for citizens: the Library, Living Quarters, the Transmutation Ring, the Toadstool Cluster, and the Grey Gaols. They can all be accessed through the linkmap.

BREAKING NEWS Remy Lars, Professor of Auristics, has been found dead in the entrance of the Archives Building. Students are advised to stay in the West Wing Hall, or their dormitories if they were staying in for the evening. This is a developing situation - the Zeltivan Chronicle will bring you more information as it comes in.

NEWS UPDATE A fragment of an ancient artefact has been stolen from the Archives building in the University of Zeltiva. It is believed the murder of Remy Lars - Auristics professor - is connected. The artefact is believed to be of Laviku-crafted origin, and despite no official confirmation, it is rumoured to be extremely powerful - and dangerous.

Eighteen Konti have arrived at Zeltiva's Docks and demanded to speak to the Lord of Council. With them, they carry scrolls, and say they have urgent news for the city. Keep your ears to the ground citizens - there are dark things afoot.
