Not found on any map, Endrykas is a large migrating tent city wherein the horseclans of Cyphrus gather to trade and exchange information. [Lore]

Nicola tilted her head, patting Driskol easily, running her palm briskly over his tanned fur. Everything between her and Driskol was easy, and always had been. She leaned down to bury her face in the mane of her strider before she raised again. "Then lets just walk." Her knees shift and immediately her strider lurched forward, her body easily swaying with it. The easy motion, up and down side to side, was soothing for Nicola, and for once she wasn't babbling rapidly.
"Your the strangest Drykas I have ever seen. But the striders don't choose people who don't love their culture, and their people so I suppose you do at that. Even if your a little funny." Being a stranger in Endrykas is not something new especially since being a Drykas was more cultural then blood. However usually it takes years for someone not raised in Endrykas to bond with a strider because the way of the people of the grasses was not the way of outsiders. Not often do the outsider influence hold sway so hard over the person still when they are bonded.
"Tell me what you did before you came back..I assume you left because you are so old to have been bonded a strider." Nicola assumed that he was an outsider adopted into the clans, though she thinks he might have said he was on a long trip or something that took him out of Endrykas.

Darius followed her lead and moved his knees in much the same way that she had, gently, doing his best to avoid relying so much on the knee signaling. Alaxel walked alongside the other Strider, a few inches shorter, forcing Darius to look up a bit at the Drykas he was talking to. The motion of Alaxel under him jolted him back and forth, a movement that was familiar but not yet comfortable.
The woman asked him about his past a little bit and he spent a moment considering. She seemed a little bit confused about him and what he did and didn't know. Darius tried to explain it to her. "I was raised here in Endrykas, but when I turned about ten we left to join my father's people, the Svefra. I had been trained to ride here, but I spent a long time aboard our ships and is port towns, so I didn't really need to ride. My...ah..." he tried to translate the word "pod" from common to Pavi but wasn't really sure how to do it. Instead, he chose a word with the same connotations. "...well, my 'pavilion' amongst the Svefra was killed at sea with my parents last year, so I returned here. Actually, it's odd how similar the two peoples are..." He trailed off, thinking about the two peoples he had been raised by and their similarities.

Due to unavoidable time constraints, I have found I can't spend the time it takes to write this character, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience it causes. This character is inactive.

Nicola nods her head, and turns her horse back towards the camp, her brow raising just a little. "Ten years old is still quite old, it is just odd for me that is all. At ten years old most of our children are already apprenticed into their jobs, and are proficient at riding." Her body moved easily with the strider, smiling a little and taking a break in pavi to reach down and pat Driskol. "Especially since out here in the grasses the horses and striders are what keep us alive..we don't keep them alive they keep us alive."
She sat atop her horse easily and proudly, looking out over the grasslands with a clear eye. Pride radiated from her face at the way her people carved out a living in this harsh environments away from silly things that outsiders called walls and structure. She steered Driskol around a small hole in the ground, "Careful. You and your Strider are a team, you see what your strider can't, he sees what you can't..you work together to avoid injuries." The tent city was never out of view, but the tents were growing bigger as they came closer and closer.
"I hope that you reconnect with your Drykas path Darius Twoseas. To rebuild your pavilion, to make the name Twoseas strong again. Don't forget to brush him down!" With that Nicola and Driskol burst forward with a great speed only a Strider can get, her blond hair streaming behind her.
