45-WINTER-515AV
The Kelvic knew to be aware of his surroundings while out within the city of Riverfall. Adyel wouldn't usually travel out into the city alone. But, he decided it would be best for him to take another look around and hopefully not get grabbed by another random person who would be asking of about symbols and strange lettering. All of these "power" things or whichever you call it struck the Kelvic as strange and inhumanly unnatural. Was he the only one? Or was that tar dripping man the other? But, if there were two people who were... Possessed with such "powers" would there be more people just like him? And if things can't get even more weird. He's a Kelvic. And if the Akalaks found out about his uniqueness he would definitely be taken. Perhaps as a slave. And that was one of the boy's biggest fears. Becoming a slave. He never wanted to become one and his mother did all she could to prevent the young Kelvic of becoming a slave.
The boy was swathed with his usual attire for winter clothing. A coat, scarf , hat, long pants, shirt, and working boots. The wind merely had been exposed to the boy's skin. He shivered a bit, but wasn't to cold for the Kelvic to be freezing from the blithe of the weather. Adyel took a turn as he left the gates and into the city. He had breakfast earlier before. While he was at The Sanctuary. He explained to Kavala how he would be within the city for today. And he'd promise he will come home for lunch.
The boy passed the Gideon Arena. And it was a sight to see. Organized in a way. And built with architecture. Adyel gazed at it for about a few ticks in time before he managed to pass the arena. He passed another building that was announced empty. And soon crossed the bridge. For it being a bridge, it wasn't to decorative. Simple, but strong enough to hold a large enough capacity. The river flowed with great speed, beneath the crevices of the broken portions of the ice like pavement.
-----
It didn't take to long of a walk to cross the bridge. No. In fact, short enough than imagined. Adyel managed to cross it within chimes and passed other buildings after he crossed. So many buildings with so many names. Most of which seemed empty. But, others were still thriving with occupants and residents. The Kelvic happily trudged along through the streets minding his own business he wanted to have this day intended to browse more of The Warren. Finally, use his money that he had saved from his mother. Perhaps, buy something worthy.
The boy took another turn. And was instantly greeted by the noise of the Bazaar. People of all races, genders. Walking about, buying selling things of all sorts of objects. Others were chatting and conversing about multiple things. The weather. How much one missed the warmth. Spring, flowers. Money, jobs, taxes. And all other sorts of things. To much for the Kelvic to interpret. But, enough to understand what each and everyone was talking about.
Adyel passed by a few clothing kiosks that were selling some really interesting winter gear and clothing. Adyel managed to take his walk towards the one portable shop that stored the art supplies. He was one boy enjoyed the arts of any kind. Drawing, reading. writing. Anything. Even music. He accidentally bumped into a woman. Who turned and faced the boy with disgust. "Sorry ma'am. Just trying to reach the art place..." "Really sorry..."The boy stated with guilt. He looked at the woman's eyes as he spoke, but tried taking them off as he was merely timid of the woman, though she looked menacing enough to want to look away.
