He is required due to the nature of magic in the city to keep his activities secretive, otherwise there will be penalties- this relates to Alvadas.

History, Concept, and Appearance:

History:

Tail was born within the walls of Lhavit. A thriving city, where people gain the best of knowledge and yearn for religion. But it is also a city of moderate protection. Tails parents were never able to keep Tail under control with his eagerness. Ever since his parents had taught him to read, he had been striving to learn all of the knowledge he could possibly get his little clay hands on. A few seasons after his birth, he had picked up the skill of magic. Not just any magic, but Auristics. One magic of simple use. To be able to discover of things by reading the objects/persons aura. Tails was always a Pycon who wanted to learn. But reading and learning wasn't always his way of calming his eagerness attitude. During the day he would leave the walls of Lhavit to go out and discover who he really was. And that was how the little Pycon had come up with his name Tail. Because he grew fond to a fox and be thought that the tail of a fox was interesting in a way.

Soon he had had also developed a few other animal physicalities. His parents had recently realized that Tails wasn't going to be able to be at a state where he could stay calmed. So they figured that Tails would be able to be out on his own. Though, Tails hadn't actually left his homeland as of yet, due to the training he still wants to go through. Once he feels like he had learned enough of the magic, that would be when he would departure out of the city. But for now, he lives in solitude in his own apartment room at the Solar Wind Apartments. There, he would still be close to his family. While he was learning magic he also took some of his time to learn a bit of Shiber, which is the language of the Benshirians, and Fratava, the language of the of the Svefra people. Tails figured that it would be best to know the langauge of some of the professors that tend to the college at Lhavit to teach. Fratava was just an interesting language for Tails to learn.

Concept:

Tail, is like any other Pycon. One who would strive for the knowledge. He is also a religious type as well. Praising more so Harameus as the creator and not Rupert Pycon.
The Pycon is a kind and generous being. Adventurous, just like any other Pycon. One who is friendly and enjoys being around the good people of Mizahar. He could never keep still. He would always be as hyped as a young kid who had eaten too much sweats. But there are a few ways that he could keep his eagerness contained. He would calm his eagerness down by reading or practicing magic. If he could. Otherwise, he would be out venturing Mizahar while he could.

He named himself Tail because of his fox tail that he had grown fond of while being out in the wilderness outskirts of Lhavit. He hadn't actually left his home as of yet. But will be planning to departure soon. When he feels that he has completed enough training of the Auristics magic.

Appearance:


Tail and the appearance of his body is half fox and half human. He is really small in height. And isn't as heavy either. He has a foxes tail. And he took the time into carving the little fur pieces of the animal. He tends to walk on all fours like a dog or any other animal. But, if needed be, he would walk on his back two feet. To make it a bit more confusing, he has his back two legs carved with each a human foot at the bottom, on each legs. The front two are paws of a fox, along with opposable thumbs since he figured that those are useful while needing to hold and do things with your hands. He bears a smile on his face most of the day. He also carved curly hair on the top of his head, since he grew fond of the human curls he figured that he should have some to.
