Mayas Apartment: Late Afternoon, 57th of Summer516av
Petch.
Tail had almost forgotten about his lack of height as he was walking towards the door that led out to the streets of Alvadas. He knew Maya was gone, or somewhere else that Tail didn't know of right now. All Tail wanted... was to get out of the house for a few Bells at the earliest. Is that such a crime? To want to get out... this isn't any way to treat a Pycon nonetheless, Tail would've probably forgotten about other people if he were human or some other race. Right... everyone could be forgetful at times, correct?
Tail paced.
He was pacing the width of the door, back and forth trying to think of a way to get out. It's not necessarily breaking and entering if Tail was just trying to leave. If Tail were taller, he'd be doing a lot more things than just Auristics. Curse it. Tail paused, he was directly within the middle of the door as he stood behind it, staring at the wooden object.
"By Harameus..." he said slowly. "Is there some sort of mouse hole or something that I can crawl through? I'm only three inches." He stared bluntly looking around for a way to get out. Tail let his focus course throughout the room. He waited for the Djed to sink into him, like a river, flowing on a slow day. He felt the sensation course through him. The fox waited as he observed around him.
Then, he heard squeaking. Mice sized squeaks. "Ha!" He chimed aloud. The Pycon knee just where it might be, the mouse of course. "If there is a mouse... perhaps I can find my way out?" He thought to himself. After a few aura checks, Tail spotted one that moved with speed. "There!" A gray mass of fur scurried under the table. Tail jumped and plopped against the door. "Yikes!" He croaked.
"Mouse..." Well in this case... it was. Tail breathed a little and witnessed the mouses' nose twitch and sniff. The mouse came closer to Tail, inching closer and closer. Tail focused on the mouse, attempting to read it's aura, it's feelings. Could Auristics even operate that way? Maybe... he should give it a try.
The colour of the aura glowed a faint orange, or was it yellow? Perhaps a hint of green, the mouse inched closer and soon it'll be sniffing Tail. Tail would run, but he wasn't ready to leave... he couldn't escape a mouse. Even if he tried.
"Nice mouse..." Croaked Tail pleadingly. "Leave me be and I'll purchase you some cheese. Honest." It didn't work. The rodent came closer and Tail could smell it's breath of rotten eggs. "Ugh..." He exclaimed harshly. "Got any mints..." He chided. The mouse snarled and pursed it's lips. Then it pounced at Tail. Tail dodged. The mouse went head first into the door. Tail started to run, but the mouses' tail whipped Tail against the floor. Tail moaned.
The mouse got back up on his paws and cantered over to Tail as Tail was slowly getting up himself. Suddenly, the mouse charges, it's teeth opened wide. It soft jaws Tail by grabbing onto his waist. Tail used his hands and tried hitting the mouses' face. "Let me go you fireball!" Choked Tail displeased with the way the mouse was carrying him.
Ha! There's a hole! Of course. Behind some cabinets. The mouse shuffled through the hole, and not bothering to be careful with Tail. The Pycon had knicked his head against the wood, "damned rodent." He cursed. The mouse squeaked and continued to run outside, avoiding people and whatever else was in it's way. Tail was out cold.

Tail awoke within a musty corner. It was odd dark. "Ugh... Petching rodents. Your lucky my body regrows." He groaned a bit. The Pycon wiped saliva off of his waist. "I bet i tasted good, when I'm made out of clay." Tail scoffed to no one. "Now where am I?" He thought. Looking around. It wasn't dark. Not yet, but he couldn't be so sure about that since Alvadas can play tricks on him, well, Ionu. He can.
Then out popped a mouse from a mouse hole from behind him, knocking Tail over ad the rodent walked over him. "The petch." He cursed angrily. "Do you have no idea who I am?" He asks the rodent. It sat on it's hind paws. "No of course you don't..." Tail scoffed getting up. He didn't know where he was, and he didn't know what this rodent wanted. What was he to do?
Tail went back to looking around his surroundings. He was outside. For sure, buildings from all sides of Tail as he got up. "Where am I?" He thought again. It was always the same thought, he wondered what he was going to do. "Ha!" He chimed, the mouse jumped back and snarled. Tail flinched and settled back a bit. His own tail swayed warning the mouse. "Watch it." He warned the rodent. Though, Tail didn't really know what he can do to a mouse. Of course, he can't really hurt it with his light hands. If only he had a weapon, or something sharp that he would be able to carry, Tail would be fine. Hopefully...
The only thing that Tail could read was a few holes. Tail wondered what this could mean, how long had this mouse been surviving here in Alvadas. Tail figured that he could wait for the mouse to sleep.
"Don't worry... I won't go anywhere." He chimed, the Pycon smiled. He would wait for the mouse to fall in it's slumber, and once it does... Tail could make his escape. All he has to do, is wait.
