Hey guys-

I'm really excited to see so many people taking the initiative to go ahead and post threads for themselves, interact with each other without a mod, and keep the gears going in our lovely city. You guys are the coolest... seriously. And again, I'm sorry I've been an absentee mod this week. It doesn't look like its getting any better either. I'm working long hours and am fairly booked back to back this week which is rather odd since normally I live a very tame mundane life.

Hey folks...

How about we wrap up the Fire Festival? Stitch and a few others who've already left would like to get their XP collected and there's not a whole lot else going on... so can we do some quick exit stage right wrap ups? It's always nice to have some quick posts rather than just let a thread die.

Plus I think I found a volunteer to actually read that huge thread (the fire festival) that didn't have a PC involved and award some XP/lore/music/magic/etc... So lets get it done before he sees how many posts are in it and actually changes his mind.

I have it on good authority Goss will post another group thread any day now (for auditions for the Valterrian Holiday) so we have that to look forward too... so there'll be more group fun coming!

Despite sounding like a real b*#!@H here - I'm going to be laying some smack down. I've had enough already - and I do mean enough. So please read the following and remember it.

1. Do not post one-liners in my city. They will be deleted. Don't even try and post two liners. The threads and/or posts will be deleted.

2. Do not post so blatantly lazy that you can't even be bothered to capitalize or punctuate your sentences. Again, those threads and/or posts will be deleted.

3. Do it multiple times after being warned and you will be uninvited from the game.

4. Take some pride in your work. Review your spelling, grammar, and at least TRY and make an effort. There's a vast difference from being lazy to just missing a word or misspelling here and there.

5. If someone takes over your thread or is acting in this manner, please report it to me. I admit I do not read all Syliras' threads all the time, especially when I have a busy work schedule. This is quality control. I expect quality in Syliras. I mean it.

6. Do not run NPCs that you do not have permission to run. That means, no Knights abusing you, no guards prodding you, no barkeeps (other than passing out a beer or two), no bandits, no robbers, no thieves or cutthroats, no brawls unless I know who you are and your perfectly NPC Trustworthy. If your in doubt if you are NPC trustworthy contact me and I will tell you if you are. Hint: 95% of you are NPC trustworthy. Its the 5% I don't want using them.

And to all those who consistently produce high quality posts. Thank you. Sincerely. I do appreciate it. You probably have me totally spoiled as a Storyteller for being so pleasant and thoughtful as well as insightful in your posts.
