Caoin, you had better not steal Auldwin from Sama'el!

And Deir, welcome to Endrykas! Sama'el... might be back by Summer. *eyes Lariat*

Welcome to Endrykas, Deir. I'd offer to thread with you, but I'm currently swamped with threads that I need to reply to. XD

Sam: I'm not stealing him, I'm borrowing him.

Also, I totally just made this from the wrong account.

Hello, and welcome our glorious city of hippies! I'm in the same boat as Sam, so Ronan may be back by the Spring, depending on Lariat's plans.

[OOC] A Break In The Mist

Rather than flooding mod inbox's all around Miza, I figured this would be a good spot to post a question. Or rather a request for expansion.

I read about the basic burial rite of the Drykas. They half bury the death, then build a cairn of stones over the top of them that they then secure to the web to ensure the souls of their fallen brethren will find their way to the web.

I was wondering if anybody could expand on that. Specifically what is said during these moots, how is the cairn constructed, are there any herbs or oils involved in the process, is the body prepared before hand in any way? etc.

And, if nobody knows, or nobody cares, would I miff anybody off if I expanded upon these rituals in threads I run. This is assuming I keep to the essence of Endrykas culture and don't go all crazy.

Welcome to Mizahar, Solicah! You should talk to Gossamer, I think, because she wrote the Drykas and that's more of a Drykas question than an Endrykas question, though Lariat, our trusty DS, might have some input too.

I don't think she minds answering questions if you have read the relevant articles and still have questions. She minds when people ask questions without doing their homework.

Hello my fellow people of Endrykas. I shall be developing the clan leaders that run the affairs of Endrykas, along with the other families that have long been gathering dust soon. What I would like to hear from you is if your new, what is your pavilions name so it can be added to the list, and also what you might like to see in Endrykas that's not already there in the link map. I apologize for my severe lateness of late, and thank you for your patience. I'm very glad to have you all in Endrykas and hope to see much more happen in the near future. Thank you as always for your time.

Sincerely,
Lariat.

I don't have a pavillion...yet, BUT! I do have an idea. The Diamond clan seems to come up short when it comes to shops and places for their specific needs. Maybe an arena, (more like dirt surrounded by a large fence) where Seasonal Tournaments are held for Drykas to challange the strength and skill of other Drykas? Well of course this wouldn't be for just the Diamond Clan, but it should be counted as one of their facilities.
