The baths are co-ed and communal. I will have to ask about how they are heated though (AKA, ask Gossamer).

The holds are like one big family so they don't have an issue seeing each other nude.

Okay, I'l going to post about this since we are getting a lot of people popping in halfway through the season and asking for jobs (which is not a bad thing, I just want to clarify things). Most of this stuff you guys know. I'm just outlining it so everyone who doesn't know, knows.

With jobs, they need to be gained through a modded thread which is run by either Mutt or myself (preferably Mutt since I am babysitting The Spires too). After acquiring said thread, you need to write posts where you do your work. I like to see about 2 to 3 a season (up to your discretion as to how many you want to do). Doing more is not going to get you more money I'm afraid but it will get you more XP and seasonal XP. Starting in the Winter I'm going to get a XP thread up so everyone can ask for their wages in a certain place and not get forgotten. When posting there, you will post your work threads for the season and your occupation. I'll post the money you get and your seasonal XP.

When coming into the city partially through a season you need to decide how many work threads you want to do and then break it up from there.

Three Work Thread Plan:
Break the season up into thirds. For every third you are in the city (30 days), you need to do a work thread.

Days in the city	Number of work threads
1-30	1
1-60	2
1-91	3

Two Work Thread Plan:
Much like the previous plan, but you break the time in half (45 days).

Days in the city	Number of work threads
1-45	1
1-91	2

Wages are decided based on how long you work and if you get your work threads done. If you only do one work thread, you don't get paid your full wage. Here is the equation for wages in general:

[(Days Worked)+(Wage)]-Living Expenses=Income

I think that is all I wanted to say on the matter. No one has done anything wrong. In fact, all of you who have jobs are doing everything right! I just wanted this out there so there are no questions.

Attention everyone! The Departure of Morwen Festival has begun! I know that tomorrow is winter so I am going to keep it open for a week since it was put up so late. Usually I am more on top of things but winter snuck up on me and Mutt and I were still trying to think of ideas. Anyways, it is up and open to everyone so I hope to see a good turn out this year! There are games, prizes, and of course, Morwen will show up!

Also, please visit this thread and let me know what you want to see in the festival. I am completely open to ideas, in fact I welcome them

Okay guys. The festival thread is still open for four more days (including today) so if you want to be in it, get in. Also, Alea asked me about side festival threads and I thought that was a wonderful idea since the main thread is really only going to take place on the first day. Just make sure that you title your threads "[Depature Festival] Title" if you are going to do it. Keep in mind, I am only modding the main thread, not the side threads. Also, if you are in the main thread, you cannot have a side thread on the first day.
