Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Aiza glanced over at him, washing the blood off her hands. She thought for a moment and frowned. "But a cat can't make that kind of scratch." She mewed. At this point she had forgotten beasts of that area grow to be large and monstrous. "My claws could barely scratch you as you are now, let a lone a giant... erm, stag."

The poor feline kelvic had trouble understanding this world beyond the walls of Avanthal. She thought of her own crossing with a monster and remembered that she wasn't left with any physical scars, still, that wasn't a story to share, not yet.

Aiza smiled, looking at Yuros as he had helped her. "Thank you, I don't normally ask guest to help with clean up, but with all the mess, it is a blessing." She turned and thought for a moment and turned back with a playful grin. "I've never seen a stag before... Can I see?" She looked up at the kelvic, with round, curious eyes.

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Setting down the last of the plates, Yuros scratched his bushy hair and looked over Aiza, "She was a beast of great size, standing almost to my own shoulders when on all fours. I am not opposed to admitting that it was but chance that I survived such an encounter."

The Kelvic blinked at Aiza's sudden question. No one had asked to see his animal for before, but then, he reasoned, only Alea had known of it in the first place. It was not as if Yuros was opposed to showing his true form. In all honesty the Kelvic missed his Stag form and the strenght and confidence it brought with it. With a nod he said, "If that is your wish then I shall show you." Then a thought occured to him, "But if I may see your own form as well?" Yuros was curious to see Aiza's cat form. He did not understand how she could not grasp the concept of another cat of the size of the one he described, but then Yuros had never seen a feline of normal size before either.

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Alea gave Banir a friendly smile, but if one looked on could notice a mischievous glint in her eye. "Make it up to me. Let me take you fishing." If she had him alone for a whole day, she was sure she could get something out of him. Besides, fishing always relaxed her, so maybe it would make him feel better too.

She took a second stuffed pepper and dug in, waiting for Banir's response.

He sat there for moments longer than it should take for him to make a decision. Fishing, he knew a few things about it though he was not particularly fond of it. Though humoring her in this gesture wouldn't be too bad. Fishing involved quite, slow times, also he could carve to get rid of his boredom. Or at the very least to lose himself in that trance like state he goes into.

"Very well, I'm not good at fishing though.." It was all he said as he continued to eat the meal. He had an eerie feeling that something wasn't quite right. The juicy and delicious stake soon washed away this feeling though as his stomach began to fill itself on the delicious meal.

Aiza grinned up at the male kelvic, she loved other kelvics, and well, any other animal. Amazing creatures, the nice ones anyways. Slipping her cloak off, along with the rest of the clothing underneath she folded them neatly and placed them on the counter. It was a habit she had, to keep her clothes neat and folded and within reach for when she shifts back into her human form.

She stepped back and closed her eyes, her own brilliant light swirled around her and within seconds she had shifted into a very small cat. Her fur was short and silver, spotted like a leopard. She was a full grown cat, of her own species, but only stood to be around a foot tall. Her round, curious eyes looked up at Yuros, and she gave a small, yet cheerful "Mew!"

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Postby Yuros on November 9th, 2011, 5:02 am

Kneeling down, Yuros examined Aiza curiously. He had never seen a feline so... small. Slowly he reached a hand and placed it gently on her head, feeling her soft fur with a bit of awe.

I had never thought one could be so... However he could not think of a word to describe Aiza, She is certainly different than the beasts of the Trees...

Nodding Yuros stood and removed his own boots and leggings, though unlike Aiza he did not fold his pants neatly. Then, waving for Aiza to follow, he set off through the kitchen and out the back door. The wind sent chills across the Kelvics exposed skin, and the snow numbed his bare feet. Yruos smiled to himself. He was glad to be free of the constricting clothes.

Stretching his arms high over head, Yuros was engulfed in swirling lights, flashing lights. When the flashes ceased in his place stood a stag of almost unbelievable size. He stood 7 feet tall at his shoulders, and his antlers arched another 7 feet from his noble head. Stamping one hoof, Yuros huffed and shook his antlered head, trotting in place for a moment as he enjoyed being in his animal form once more. Turning his gaze on Aiza, the Kelvic looked down from his full height, the bulge of his muscles and his ivory crown giving him an almost regal appearance.

Leaning down Yuros sniffed Aiza's silver fur, blinking his brown eyes as he looked her over. His expression almost seemed to say Well? What do you think?

OOCSorry I may have over done it a bit on his description, but come on its so awesome to get to describe yourself as a stag :D

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Postby Alea Davenport on November 10th, 2011, 3:01 am

Alea reassured Banir and finished her meal. She breathed a sigh of contentment and leaned back in her chair, feeling relaxed for the first time in days. Then is occurred to her to wonder where her two other friends were. Thinking they might be cleaning up, she picked up her empty plate and brought it back into the kitchen. She set the dish on a nearby counter and looked around, frowning at the empty room. Then she noticed the clothes Yuros had just bought lying haphazardly on the floor. She folded them neatly and set them in a pile on a crate, and tried to figure out where they could have gone. She hadn't seen them come back into the dining area, so they must have gone outside. All of a sudden, Alea became tense with worry once more. What were they thinking, going out into the cold with nothing to protect them from the cold?

After the hearty meal Banir had pushed his plate aside to rest his eyes for a moment. This however turned into a delightful slumber as his eyelids remained shut. He lay his head between his folded arms on the table and drifted off his mind black as no dreams came to him. Hooded and heavily clothed he slept there still looking like he had just walked in from the cold.

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

Postby Aiza on November 11th, 2011, 9:49 pm

Aiza let out a soft purr at his touch. Not many people went out to pet her, seeing how she took the form of a human most days, and they found it weird to pet a cat who can change back in forth. She enjoyed a good rub when she could.

The kelvic followed Yuros out into the back, the soft wind blowing around them, kicking up a puff of snow here and there. She sat down and wrapped her tail around herself. It was still cold to her, but her fur helped with it. Aiza waited and watched as Yuros transformed.

The mighty beast stood tall and mighty above her. A large foot stamped the ground and she could feel it under her own paws. Stepped back as he stepped forward she gazed wide eyed at the stag. He was indeed bigger. He was even bigger than the carabu that she had lived with on her parent's farm. As the stag leaned down to sniff her, she blinked.

Tilting her head for a moment she looked him up and down, admiring the creature's build. She had never met such a beast and it was an honor to see one now. With an approving meow, she nodded her head and batted his nose with a paw.

Dinner and new friends (Aiza, Yuros, Banir)

The Stag drew back his snout when he felt the tap of a soft paw, a bit put off. He had been swatted at before, but certainly not by a creature the size of Aiza. Most often it was by creatures of a much greater size (and Yuros felt this strange for Aiza as well, though she was much smaller than the cats he was used to).

Breathing deeply Yuros enjoyed the feeling of being in his fur once more. Stamping a foot the Kelvic shook his head and bayed loudly, shaking a few icicles loose. Then he reared up on his hind legs, tossing his antlers as he called once more for no real reason. The setting sun reflected off his ivory crown and with the sun appearing to set behind him, Yuros' antlers looked like great white trees over a furry horizon.

Coming back down onto all fours, the ground trembled slightly as the hole of his 2000 pounds impacted on the ground. Blowing a stream of air from his nostrils Yuros looked around him, his eyes turning on Aiza once more. With a now sweeping motion, the Kelvic bowed his great head, a sign of his respect and gratitude to Aiza for preparing his meal.
