Jameson watched, his brow scrunched in an expression of curiosity. He watched as the ginger lifted the light feather to her nose and inhaled. Snowy white powder dusted her little nose. Carefully, he took the feather from his companion, hoping not to disturb the powder from its place. He eyed it before exhaling and lifting it to his nose. He paused, looking back up to Aidara, and inhaled as he swiped the feather across his nostrils. Immediately, his nose began to tingle. He set the feather back down and wiped the dust from his face with the back of his sleeve. Green eyes watered relentlessly at first, and he wiped those too. Jameson tossed his head back in hopes of flushing the powder and tears to the back of his head.
”Wow,” He chuckled. ”I didn’t expect that. But then again, I don’t know that I expected anything in particular.” Within moments of speaking, he felt his head begin to swim pleasantly. His limbs relaxed, and his chest swelled with a deep breath. ”My head feels really light. Actually, my whole body just feels relaxed.”
He sat quietly for a moment, waiting to see what other effects would begin to take place. ”Where did you hear about this? I’ve never heard of anything like it where I’m from. But then again, this is the first city I’ve actually stopped and stayed in, and actually met someone.” He laughed. ”An interesting change of pace.”
