If only Bob was an illusion then...wait what sort of thinking is that? That would mean that the man was non-existent and all his magnificent exploits are nothing but falsehoods which is actually the case if anyone bothered to ask him. No one asked him to say "do your lo-" so he only said it a little bit right until he crashed into the man. He did his best to avoid him just as he saw the man try to avoid Jinsen, tilting his body away to the side as he took another step but...the pirate suit was so restricting and he did not expect the woman to make a grab for the leash as well. That little pull though it did not effect the dog was combined with the leaning motion which soon lost control and threw Bob off balance while he went crashing into the ground crying out "noooooo...." letting go off the leash to see the back of the dog getting smaller and smaller as it left him.
Ignoring the nonsense that he might have been an illusion, Bob quickly broke off from the dhani and exclaimed "look what you have done? What happens if Jinsen got lost?" while he got himself up. Whether or not he knew that it was all based on the whim of Alvadas, the city was still new to him. A few streets down perhaps, Jinsen would be gone until it decided to come back or by some stroke of luck Bob ran into it again. There was no time to lose and Bob pushed himself forward to go after "Jinsen, Jinsen come back!" but his yells were nothing compared to the...what exactly was Jinsen rolling around in just a little bit ahead? Bob did not have to fun far, actually so near that he would still see the little disturbance he caused if he bothered to look back and apologize but his attention was more on his dog and that "ugh..."
It was as if the pool just magically appeared there since looking around the street Bob could find nothing to be its source. Going closer he could see the liquid was clear, initially but it also had some sort of coloured powder in it. Not interested in anything strange that he did not have to handle, Bob Barton put his captaincy authority to the test. While he stood at the edge of the pool he started poking his cane into Jinsen's side calling it to "get out of that right now" but whatever that is, it must be really be nice...for a dog. "Don't make me do something extreme Jinsen!" Bob called harshly again while he prodded the dog in its stomach before it rolled away from him and it was really frustrating. If that was how it wanted to play this game then it was fine. Carefully making sure that he would not fall into the pool, Bob tippy toed while he continued prodding Jinsen until he herded it over to the other edge and then he quickly went over there to carry the dog out.
But instead Bob saw the curious woman who ran after across the pool. He never bothered to get a good look at the isur, dhani or ethaefal that he passed through earlier so he just assumed that "this pool is yours?" It was something strange which just happened to be on the street so that was the best thing to think of it for a person who was still unable to believe in a city that would try to trick its inhabitants. "Sorry for...Jinsen..." which was trying to roll back to the middle of the pool again until Bob struck his cane in its path to block it off. "I'll get him out so you can collect this back?" he asked though he did not see any sort of container around. Not really his problem unless she demanded compensation or had some thugs to force him if they were around as well although it seemed like a very good motivation for his dog much like meat for rats. "What do you call this?" besides stupidity in action. Yes, that was the best description of Bob who was pulling Jinsen out.
