Cas! Your big brother's calling you a horrible writer! But don't worry, you two can settle your differences by each drawing a picture of Monty, best picture wins.

On a slightly more serious note, though still south of light-hearted, I've found that little things I write that I didn't put much thought into are being explained to me as I go along. Like Monty occasionally uses big words he has no place knowing, but it's because he hangs around his boss all the time, who schmoozes his clients in an effort to raise his profile, using big words.

I love it when that happens.

My thoughts exactly, Monty! Big bro, did you just call me a horrible writer?

Not that I'm saying I'm not, but as punishment (or rather, it's quite rewarding) go draw Monty and Nira. Go!

I love it how that happens as well. I don't even ask myself if something I'm writing makes sense, I just go with instinct. Fortunately it comes out fine in the end... even if this time, it ended up fine because Nira may possibly be a whack job.

Haha. Pash surprises me all the time.

Me: "WTF are you doing being nice, Pash?"
Pash: "I dunno. Worked for me at the time."

Me: "Konti, what?"
Pash: "Come on. They live forever an' they're hot."

Me: "What'cha bein' a softy around kids for?"
Pash: "They're weird, but kinda fun. You know this. Shut up."
Me: "Whatever."

Among other surprises. I came up with a general personality I thought I knew, and Pash has mostly walked all over it to do his own thing, which is fine. It's nice to see how his 100+ years have shaped him and I think the goodness that shines through is earlier, unfallen Pash struggling to peek through the dark clouds the years have weighed him down with.

I look forward to peeling back the layers of onion skin through interacting with other people, which is kind of how you're learning more about Nira'lia. We have these ideas, but then we run into other people and our characters say, "Well, actually, it's like this ..." And it's fun!

Pash - I love how you're arguing with Pash. It's adorable, and I can totally see it happening.

Also, a heads up to all those concerned.

Thesis decided to hate us so we're going to do a huge revamp of our work... which is kinda troubling since we only have around a month and a half until defense. You stupid thesis you, putting a year's work down the drain!

Basically... activity will be down by a lot. To those involved in the Zeltiva quest though, don't worry, I'll focus my little Miz time on it.

On the bright side, I just watched Snow White and the Huntsman, and I will simply daydream about Chris Hemsworth every time I feel like kicking someone this week.

Aw, I'm sure you'll be fine and I'm sure you'll be thinking about Hemsworth a lot considering the number of people you'll surely want to kick. Just remember not to over stress, you're brilliant Cas and can handle anything they throw at you.

So there were rice balls and I randomly decided to take a pic... moved the camera a bit and I saw this dog staring at my food. I didn't even notice him enter the room.

Seriously, the only time this dog acknowledges my presence is when I have food in my hand. Makes me feel so loved. :'(

That's just a hand.

I've been really down these last couple of days. I'm not going to bore anyone with my problems, so I'll just get right to the point.

I got something that put my spirits up.

I've been whining about getting hamsters these past few days. The pet store near my house doesn't have the breed that I want, so it was an added bummer to my recently very stressful days. Anyway, the bf came over with a suspicious looking box...

It was a pleasant surprise.
