Summer Scenarios

Choose Your Own Adventure

Hullo my lovely people of Ahnatep, it is I, your absentee Badger. Now that Summer is here, it's high time we celebrate. I have an idea that could be splendid or collapse like a souffle in a cupboard.

I want to create little scenarios for players where I set you up with a place, NPCs and particular dangers/ missions then turn you loose to write it out with one another. I will appear sporadically, but it is mostly a peer to peer thread given greater freedom by yours truly. I am not the most active of mods, but I don't want that to ruin the possibility for threads above a PC paygrade.
The stories are designed to be short, unless the players demand more.

Completion of these threads will result in the heavens opening and showering you with ponies and mizas... or something like that.

Your writing partner will be secret until the thread begins and will be based on mutual interest in a scenario. If you are interested in a particular scenario, please PM me.

Here are the scenarios (for now, I will add to these as they come to me):

~~1. The Great Vestarra~~ Full

"There was music from my neighbor’s house through the summer nights. In his blue gardens men and girls came and went like moths among the whisperings and the champagne and the stars. "

Careful what you wish for in the heart of one of the most exclusive fetes of the season hosted by the young, hedonistic East Winder Vestarra. Her party has two lists, those who will entertain and those who will be entertained. Which one has your name? She has set her table and locked the doors.

~~2. Paint Your Wagon...In Blood~~ Full

"It was very simple, and at the end of that moving appeal to every altruistic sentiment it blazed at you, luminous and terrifying like a flash of lightning in a serene sky: 'Exterminate all the brutes!'"

The Hai wagon has arrived to claim its human cargo, but someone has been "lost" in transit. Some suspect purposefully, but why would a Jackal let such a terror loose?

~~3. Gilded Chains~~ Full

"Just living is not enough... One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower."

It's the Festival of Syna in the garden of concubines, and a dark love story worthy of bright Syna and wild Leth is moving towards tragic ends.

Ooh, sounds both mysterious and fascinating...

Count me in! I'd bring a dictionary, but I have a tendency to use a thesaurus more often... Bringing that!
