oocRelatively new to forum RPing, and completely new to this site. Read through all the basic things, and it suggested doing a solo post to get yourself started, or at least that's how I read into it. Hopefully this is okay! So, here's Galene~
The sun was high in the air, not a cloud in sight and nothing but the comfortable island breezes to offer any aid from the heat. The heat was unbearable on this particular day, it was one of the few days where this particular Konti wanted nothing more but to find a comfy coral reef under the water to explore. Well, not one of few. This particular Konti preferred the water to the land, but she had to spend just as much time above as under to get much of anything accomplished. And there truly were very few methods of escape from the heat above. Sure, one could wander into the shadows for a moment's rest but that would simply delay them from their goal- and Galene could have none of that. She wasn't one to go into town too often, it wasn't her preference to show herself in public. It wasn't even that she disliked any of her sisters, nor the tourists. Galene simply preferred to keep to herself, and the waves, and the fish. Oh how the ocean was calling her! She wanted nothing more than to be among the water she called home, swimming among father's gifts to her family. But instead she was stuck on this path leading right into Mura. Her simple home wasn't too far out from the main city- and it fell upon a safe path at that. Perhaps ten minutes walk- five if one were to run. But this particular Konti had deemed it much to hot for running, as it would give her no relief but getting into the social center of the island sooner. And the more lives in an area, the hotter it must be. Oh, why did she have to need food to survive?! And why did she have to run out on the hottest day of the week?! Even in her soft, thin short white dress she couldn't seem to get her mind off of the heat surrounding her. Perhaps one or two minutes in the shade wouldn't kill her after all...? No, no. She must go on if she were to get to the market and home with time to adventure to the part of the Kelp Forest she had planned to explore today.

Galene generally only kept nuts and dried fruits in her house- but for whatever reason something had possessed her to buy fish the last time she was at the market. Perhaps a craving- or maybe the price of nuts and dried fruit had just gotten crazy out of control. Or even an annoying tourist boy had gotten a few inches to close and scared the solitary Konti away from the market. That had never happened before of course, or at least not as far as she could recall, but she knew if it did she would simply flee. She let out a loud sigh after passing a tree she considered a landmark. Barely half way there, so with that realization she gave in to her desires and moved to sit in the shade of the forest. Five minutes wouldn't kill her, but if she just kept going she'd be there in that same time! Sitting down quickly and sprawling out against the base of a tree excited to be out of the sun she pouted slightly realizing her weakness and considering getting right back up. Galene did this quite often- setting goals for herself and then coming up with little exceptions along the way. It was something she was only ever willing to do in matters where she was the only one involved however, she would never do so if she told someone else she would do something for them. In an attempt to kill the disappointment the young Konti pulled her backpack off of her back. It held an assortment of items, from soap to a dull knife for eating. But the one thing that it held that most would consider odd was the somewhat large watertight tube intended for holding scrolls. Galene was by no means a mage, and would never use such an item for it's intent so it being in her possession was always quite peculiar to anyone that wasn't aware of her habits. Because of the amount of time the girl spent adventuring and the way her adventures could quickly move from being on land to underwater she found the tube to be quite useful. It usually held a small supply of food for snacks if she were to grow hungry. Of course right now she had no such food supplies so opening the tube was almost a slap in the face kind of reminder as to why she couldn't be submerged just yet. However, that was not the only item the case held and it wasn't what the girl had been searching for either. The case held anything the girl had that would not fare well if put under the water- and her seer cards fell into this category. A stack of seventy eight seer cards held together with a loose piece of string tied around each of the four edges obviously obtained off of another object and not bought specifically for this task. Galene carefully untied the deck, freeing the cards and gracefully shuffling them in her hands. A soft smile crossed her lips as she was curious what the cards held for her today. She didn't read her own fortune often, only when she was incredibly bored or frustrated and needed a moment of relief. At this very moment she was an uncomfortable combination of both of those terrible traits- so she thought a fortune wouldn't hurt. "Mother Avalis, guide my hand." the girl whispered in her native tounge, as if a magical chant to go with a spell. Her eyes were closed as she shuffled them and when she finally stopped she quickly put a card sitting face up and set the deck down on the ground next to it. Hesitantly, as if looking at something incredibly frightening, she opened one eye first- peaking to be sure the cards held her in favor. The card before her held the image of someone riding a horse right side up. The fact it was right side up was a blessing in itself- for cards were only in your favor if they were facing the correct way. Otherwise it's almost a curse, though it's really just giving the seer insight on the events to unfold. It doesn't change the events at all- so it can't necessarily be a curse. The tragedy already existed, it was just brought to attention by the fortune. Therefore the fortune teller must never be held accountable for any bad luck- for they did not start anything, they simply informed the person of what awaited them. But regardless, the card held her in favor with it's position, and the horse rider represented a journey. It could mean a variety of things, anything from a safe journey to the market to her home, to being asked by a great explorer to travel the different regions with her. Though the first was much more likely then the last- common sense was often an essential in what a seer's abilities were like. There was an unbelievably slim chance that someone would ever ask her to travel with them away from her home island- and if it was there was an even slimmer chance it would be simply for an adventure. So the fortune probably was telling her she was going to get what she needed from the market without a problem, and if she did run into a problem it would quickly turn around in her favor.

With a newly discovered sense of determination Galene stood up just as quickly as she had sat down, squatting back down when realizing she had left her deck of cards sitting on the ground. Carefully tying them back up and pressing the top of the deck to her lips as she whispered a quick 'Thank you.' in her native language of Kontinese she then stuck the deck back into the watertight scroll case and shoved that into her backpack. Walking forwards as she hurriedly shoved the bag back onto her back she walked in the direction of Mura with a completely new demeanor. She wasn't even focused on the terrible heat anymore- although it was absolutely dreadful! Her goddess had lead her to the understanding that she was going to get what she needed to get done in a positive manner, and she would indeed have an adventure on this hot day. In the water or out, alone or even with a stranger- an adventure was an adventure and that was something this Konti girl was quite fond of. Nothing else mattered at that moment- she had almost forgotten about her goal of returning to her home with food! This was why her cabinets so often laid bare, when she would leave her home to go and fill them she would either get caught up in some crazy goal or adventure, or read a bad fortune and quickly return home to hide from the possible outcome of it in a usually futile attempt at escaping it. For instance, at one point she had drawn the card of health upside down- which meant she would be harmed. In running home to hide from anything that may have harmed her she managed to get her foot stuck in a root and roll down the hill just in sight of her home. Mother Avalis does not play games. the young Konti thought to herself, a soft smile and an embarrassed blush crossing her face at the memory. Her home town of Mura finally in sight the girl shrugged down a little bit. The streets were filled with various people, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and of course tourists. The busy street caused Galene to second guess her trip, almost wanting to turn around completely. She began to fiddle with the necklace she wore everywhere she went. The water inside the vial was considered sacred, the source of her gift and the biggest reason all of these tourists found the city so desirable she presumed. It had belonged to her grandmother, though Galene herself had never seen the vial before her death. She always assumed it was a very simple silver chain, and was quite surprised to find out it was much more than just that. Her mother tells her that it was collected by one of the earliest Konti and has been passed down from generation to generation- but only after the death of the owner. It was supposed to represent a new life, a new era. Usually from mother to daughter- Galene's own mother skipped herself to give it to her daughter. The necklace almost gave her more strength when she remembered it was there, it made her think of all of the tough situations people that had worn it before her had been through- how walking through a busy street to get food was not nor would it ever been the most difficult task Galene would ever have to complete. And the cards were in her favor anyways, so what was she so concerned about?

With one last deep breath Galene continued on a steady stride forwards, mixing in with the crowd with ease. It wasn't something that odd to do for her, she just chose not to do it very often. Galene had always been one that liked to have very few people near her, but she wanted to be very close to each of them. Her mother and grandmother were her best friends until they left, the three always took trips to the market together- from as far back as Galene could remember. But her grandmother was no longer among the living, and her mother was off exploring the rest of the world. She promised she would eventually return- but Galene had heavy doubts about it. Her mother was never in the best health, and after experiencing the death of her grandmother Galene always seemed to doubt the reliability of life. The streets of Mura were quite familiar to her- especially this small section. The streets were paved quite nicely for the islanders, not a single stone out of place aside from a few peeking weeds and trees finding their roots in the edges. No one seemed to mind them though, her kind generally all lived with the same 'live and let live' feel towards the world- and plant life was no exception to it. The unity between nature and Konti was one that was always to be treated with respect. It wasn't a law, just something anyone that spent an extended time on the island would discover to be true. The buildings were all quite similar yet all unique in their own little ways, whether it be with a simple sign projecting the name of the building or an extravagant reach into the natural world setting it apart from it's stone counterparts. The road Galene's path lead her to was one concealed relatively well from the main road, though one could see passed it it was done this way so that tourists would not wander to her thinking it to be a special kind of trail. Though that did not always stop them, and occasionally she would find a wandering child or even an adult at her door with curious eyes. She would never treat them in a rude manner, and would simply explain that this was nothing special and simply the place she called her home. Their reactions always seemed to vary- from a simple apology to a request to be guided somewhere that was more interesting. Of course, Galene would always comply with whatever requests they gave to her- within reason. The main road was a relatively large one- and the tourists needed to be mindful of how far they were to follow it. The city could expand to underwater at a certain point, and though this was a place few could reach it was just as busy as the rest of the city if not more so. Galene herself knew most of the shops- or at least the important ones. She did most of her shopping on the streets, little stands that lined the edge of town. Usually, Galene would go all the way to the east to shop from the fish stands. Only one at a time though, enough to give herself a treat for going to the market but not enough to go bad. Whatever it was that had possessed her to buy a weeks worth she was not sure, but she had only eaten about three and by the time she went to eat a fourth the stench was more than enough to portray just how terribly sick she would have gotten from consuming even a single bite. The stands lining the streets held varying items with just as varying kinds of people selling them. From the older Konti woman, a grandmother to many, trying to sell homemade fabrics to the young Konti girl trying to sell some shells she had found on the shores. A few seemed pity her, buying a shell or two from her to encourage her ability to 'take charge' at such a young age, but many like Galene simply walked by. It was hard to tell these days who was honest and who was just another cheap scam- and Galene's gift allowed her to tell that this child did not associate herself with an at all admirable group. She was always quite grateful for her ability- she could almost always tell when she was dealing with an undesirable simply by those she could feel they associated themselves with. A few would slip through her vision, of course, but not very many. It was quite the gift- though Galene often though that she was judging some a bit too hard, as not everyone acted exactly as those they kept in their company.

With a vibrant grin across her pale pink lips she came in sight of a small stand run by a younger Konti woman, not drastically younger than she herself was but young enough that she was not yet considered an adult. The stand held an assortment of containable food- from the dried fruits and nuts Galene herself sought out to the dried vegetables the Konti girl refused to ever digest. Cautiously, she approached the stand. It was small for the area, most people had almost six foot wide stands while this particular one was barely three. However, it was stocked plentifully and covered gently in a blue and green hand woven fabric. The pattern was fish like, the scales mimicking the translucent ones on the young girl's hands as she gestured towards her goods noticing Galene's approach. Each of the different goods were kept in baskets, keeping them separated while letting a potential buyer see exactly what this woman had for sale. Like most of the stands, there were no price tags. Of course, trying to negotiate to Galene's fellow Konti sister would be considered rude but was not out of the question. It simply was not something Galene chose to do very often. "Hello, all of my wares are here for you to look at, or you can let me know if you had anything specific in mind of course." the girl said in a sing song like tone in Kontinese. Galene was always quite happy to find someone that understood at first glance that she spoke their native tounge, and not common. For whatever odd reason people in the market would almost always try their hand at common when they saw someone come to the stand- even when the girl was obviously a Konti. Galene barely spoke common, so she almost always simply replied in her native tongue- praying that this particular Konti was not from outside this island and understood everything she was trying to say. Glancing around the wares of the shop, Galene pursed her lips together a bit. She could really go for some almonds- but they were quite pricey for the budget she was on. Usually at least, and she had a gut feeling this hadn't changed a bit. Hazelnuts would have to do- and she'd get one pound of dried apples as well. She could make a few meals out of that much, so it would have to do. "How much for one pound of your dried apples and an ounce of hazelnuts?" Galene asked softly, with a friendly smile across her face. "Total? Uhm... that's 5 gold mizas and three silver." The girl replied, Galene giggled slightly. "I'll take them then!" she announced, pulling her bag off her back and rummaging through to get the money. As she did so, the girl gathered up the materials and weighed them all in the small scale she had sitting near her. It wasn't the nicest of scales, a copper one at best if not some other strange material Galene herself wasn't aware of. But it served it's purpose and after some adjustment the scale read what it was supposed to. The girl smiled and offered the food at Galene as she herself put the Mizas in the girl's empty hand. "Thank you very much." the girl announced, a smile crossing her lips. "Thank you." Galene replied, stashing the food into her watertight scroll case and slipping back into the crowd.

That had been just as easy a trip as Galene had expected for it to be, and she didn't even need to tread underwater and get distracted there. Although it would have been much nicer, she didn't wish to get stuck shopping all day or swimming in the lake. Nono, today was an adventure for the Kelp Forest. Her return to the path she had come from went much quicker then the adventure off of it and before she knew it Galene was right back where she had started on her trail. The road had seemed emptier, and it was possibly because the afternoon was coming up fast so most whom had needed to go to market had already gone and come back. Nearly leaping over the leaves that lead to her dirt path home Galene's eyes caught a strange gray object a few feet from her. Taking a few cautious steps forwards and trying to get a better idea of what exactly it was she was looking at she noticed a red smudge on what she presumed to be the leg of the animal. At a first glance it was nothing, and Galene was by absolutely no means a healer. She could barely put a bandage over a small cut to stop the bleeding- there was no way she'd be of any use to this... Gopher? Galene laughed a little bit, taking a few more steps forwards. She was absolutely terrible at defining an animal that did not make it's home underwater. That much was for sure. At the sound of laughter the small gray-brown creature jumped, and ran off into the forest. Galene blinked a few times, completely caught off guard by the animal's sudden movement. Should she follow it? She had no training in healing, her mark was of Avalis- not Rak'keli. The best help she could be to the poor animal would be to take it to an actual medic- and that was assuming it would let her get within a foot of it! Shaking her head, she remembered her card from earlier. She was going to have an adventure alright- and it was going to be chasing this chipmunk gopher cat thing. Galene honestly had no idea what it was, but surely enough she found herself chasing after it.

The forest brush was something she had been exploring through for years, but nothing she had ever really gotten better at. Her footsteps always made alarming thumping sounds that would often scare off the different fauna even when she were to walk, so running it was no wonder the now distant gray-brown animal never seemed to slow. She wasn't very fast either, especially not when running but something Galene was slightly surprised to find was that this animal seemed to be frantically running towards a water source. Galene was quite surprised at this fact, as far as this Konti knew gophers couldn't swim, neither could chipmunks or most cats- at least not proficiently. So what was this creature she was chasing, and how did it get injured? The task of taking it to a healer was daunting really- she could probably shove it in her bag, but then she would be risking damaging the backpack she'd had for as far back as she could remember. There was also the possibility this animal could put a scratch in her scroll case- causing it to be not-so watertight anymore. That would be absolutely terrible for her- as that was an expense she hadn't exactly planned for and she didn't have very many funds. But the small animal could use the attention, so if it came down to it she would probably be forced to take the risk. The further she followed this animal, the more sure she was that it was leading her towards the ocean. And the more she watched it the more certain she was that it held something in it's mouth. At that point she was quite certain this creature was none of the animals she had inferred it to be at first- but what on earth could it be then?! What was gray-brown and would go towards the ocean for protection...? Was there anything? Perhaps it simply had incontinently made it's shelter near the shore- or even it could be leading her into a trap. Were there hostile fauna that ate poor unsuspecting Konti in the forest...? That was a tale that Galene could honestly say she did not recall being told as a young child, and most threats were made into myths. Her card has read good fortune as well, so this probably was a completely nonthreatening situation. Or at least so Galene hoped. Before she knew it she watched as the creature leaped into the water, and just as it had Galene quickly followed.

The cool waves welcomed her, consuming her body and tossing her further into their arms as the current took her. Many would have been quite terrified of the sensation- for if one were to be taken without gils they would surely drown. Luckily for Galene one of her favorite gifts from her father were the gils that made their home on her neck. She welcomed the sensation, and let the current carry her for a few moments before remembering her little sea-land friend. Vibrant blue-gray eyes scanned the surrounding water before finally finding the trail of almost an almost violet substance staining the water in a trail leading to a small gray-brown figure. Lucky for Galene she was a much more skilled swimmer than she was a runner, though by no means excellent. With a few kicks and pushes she was out of the current and heading in the direction of the animal. Strangely enough though, the further she swimed the less prominent the violet red substance was. And was blood supposed to be violet to begin with? Suddenly she watched as the animal swam downwards, towards the ocean floor as a school of fish crossed it's path. With a bright smile Galene chased it downwards, when suddenly she watched as it dropped the small thing it had been carrying in it's mouth. With a tilt of her head she swam up a bit more cautiously, until she realized the larger gray-brown creature had gotten away. However, the thing the fauna had dropped seemed nearly identical to it- only on a smaller scale and a lot less skittish. Perhaps a baby? As she carefully approached it, the creature had strangely vibrant green eyes- something Galene was not accustom to finding in animals even those in the ocean usually had large black pupils leaving little room for the iris to really shine through. The creature was very slim, and had the same color coat as what she assumed had been it's mother. It swam circles around her making strange noises that Galene couldn't make out. At a closer look Galene still couldn't quite place what the creature was- an otter of some kind? But otters were much better known in rivers. Was there perhaps a sea otter of some sort? And what kind of name would such a creature have? This otter seemed incredibly happy to see her- even though she'd never seen an otter up close before. It swam circles around her, obviously a much better swimmer than Galene was. Pulling on her hair, playing games around her limbs it was quite the site to be seen. The otter was quite young, but living one's entire life in the water would give someone an advantage in the area of weaving around in the cool liquid. Galene laughed softly and reached out to touch it, which the otter allowed with nothing more than what appeared to be a grin. It was then that she remembered the young fauna's mother- it had abandon it's child in an attempt to escape from Galene! Oh how terrible that realization made the young Konti feel, she had never intended to force this poor child otter into abandonment! She pouted slightly and shook her head looking at the small brown critter that seemed so very pleased to see Galene. "We need to find your mother..." She announced simply, not bothering to switch to common for she was sure the young otter would not understand her no matter what she were to speak to it. But still it swam more circles are her, as if it had understood every word and agreed. Or, perhaps as if it were a child otter and wanted to do nothing more than swim around and have a good time. Galene could relate to that desire, but she knew that finding mother otter was much more important than playing.

Swimming forwards a few feet, simply to ensure the little water fauna would follow she giggled softly when it wiggled it's body to swim right up to her own nose. It was quite possibly the most adorable thing Galene had ever seen, and like a small child almost she thought to herself if perhaps she could just keep the little thing. But no, no. That would be unfair to it- for Galene did not have enough hours in the day to take care of it the way it deserved to be raised. And she knew that she herself would not have been very happy if she had wandered off into the woods and been adopted by some kind of large cat thing that found her 'adorable'. No, that was no way to be raised. The right thing to do here was to search for the mother- and hope that she could find the thing. It had been hard to keep up with from the start- finding it was going to be a completely different story. Though she had come across it flawlessly the first time, so perhaps if she were to look for it she would have even more ease? And it had been wounded! Oh the poor creature, hurt and then chased! How guilty this discovery made Galene feel- she swore she had only had the best of intentions, but was it worth it all in the end? How did the poor mother otter get injured to begin with? Shaking off the questions Galene continued to swim forwards, never having to look back as the child otter was so much a better swimmer than she that it would swim about a foot in front of her look back and then repeat. She couldn't keep up with it either- so it was a blessing the young fauna enjoyed the company. The further she swam, the less faith she had in ever finding the mother. Oh, what was she to do? Sure, she had gils but she couldn't make permanent residence under the water. And she was in no way ready to become a mother to this child otter! She was barely an adult, sure she wanted children- but down the road, and preferably of Konti decent. She wanted to adventure and then settle down- not the other way around as her mother had been forced into. Her fortune had been a good one, oh please mother Avalis do not have let the cards have been read wrong. Perhaps the horseman was intended to be upside down, did Galene misread something when shuffling? Did she mess it all up? There was no way she would have followed the injured creature had she done something wrong, was she really ruining this child's life just because she read her card wrong? And then Galene remember- the mother otter had been bleeding. There should be a red substance following her, she shouldn't be hard to find at all. But shouldn't they have seen the trail, if it was blood indeed? Wouldn't she have come across the trail by now? It was then that something caught Galene's eye, a red circular object suspended in the water slowly but surely making it's way to the surface. A berry...? What was a berry, off of one of the plants from just outside Mura, doing down here? And then, just as suddenly as the first a small, more blurred red object caught her eye, and as she swam passed the first berry she found another. The child otter followed her every move, but as they passed the first berry it quickly swam up to it and swallowed it whole, leaving a red trim around it's whiskers. Much like the red mark on the mother otter's back leg! Was all of this just a huge misunderstanding...? Swimming faster now, Galene quickly found where all the berries were coming from as the same mother otter from before hurriedly attempted to shove them all under a relatively large shell. At the sight of the mother the child otter quickly swam from the young Konti's side and went to swim circles around it's mother. The older otter seemed quite confused at the situation- one moment she had been trying to hide her food from the surface, the next she had her child returned to her by the very thing she had been running from. She no longer ran, simply stared forwards at the girl in front of her for a moment or so.

"I'm not going to hurt either of you." Galene said in a soft tone, backing up a little bit almost trying to reassure the mother otter she really meant no harm. And then quite possibly the strangest thing Galene had ever experienced before happened, she swore that the single word "Know." came from this mother otter's lips in her native tongue of Kontinese. Was she one of the animals that could become humanoid? Or just a strange talking otter? Both seemed preposterous to Galene. Before she could come to a solid conclusion the otter before her had taken a small berry from her stash and cautiously approached Galene offering her the berry. Upon closer inspection Galene now vaguely recognized the object as something off of a bunchseed plant, but she wasn't completely sure about that. It could very easily have been a bilberry, or perhaps a jupin...? One of the three was more of a blue silvery color than the redish tone of this berry, but botany was in no way Galene's specialty. "Want?" it asked, the way it spoke made Galene question how much Kontinese the creature knew. It appeared to know basic words, but couldn't form sentences. And the child didn't appear to know any- or perhaps the child was nothing special from an otter? The mother otter pushed the berry forwards again, tilting it's head but not speaking another word. "Oh! Yes, thank you." she said, taking the berry from the otters hand. She gave a genuine smile to the mother, whom quickly swam back covering her stash with seaweed. The child otter never seemed to tire, it continued to swim around and around the stash and the mother never said another word. Galene found herself stay there with the two of them, just watching for a long period of time. There was nothing that Galene herself could place that made the two otters out of place at all- they just seemed like normal sea fauna to her. For awhile she forgot that they were even odd, and found herself swimming about with the child otter again. Playing games of catch with different shells under the water, racing to different edges of seaweed with mother otter watching carefully behind. It wasn't until she heard the stern but gentle tone from before speak again that she remembered just how odd these two really were. This time it seemed like it were her mother as well, it simply said the word "Leave" and at first Galene was quite insulted. She was playing with it's child, she had returned it's child to her, and she had done this otter no harm. Why was it ordering her off like it was. But when the young Konti turned to question the otter she saw the mother pointing to the sky above them, which was much darker than it had been when she came after the seemingly injured otter. She gave an understanding nod to the mother otter, and patted the child gently on the head. "Thank you." she said, presenting the berry from before and turning to leave. It was then when she heard a shrill voice happily screech the single word "Thank!" almost mimicking her, and as she turned she saw the child otter waving and giggling. So they could both speak, and they were probably that race she'd only heard of before in fairytales. Galene had met many different kinds of people from her time on the island- though these two in particular were quite odd to her. She hadn't seen them morph, and she had been under the understanding that those creatures were human first and could morph into animals. Though that very likely could have been false- as she had next to no knowledge of this race. It was something to research on another day, for now her main focus was finding her way home. The cards had held up their promise, and she had been given her treasure for the day. A berry from a talking otter- that would be quite the story to tell.
End Ledger-1gm -3sm
oocThe berry isn't going to be eaten- it's just kinda a collectable, I want to list these sorts of things in Galene's CS, they just kinda get stuck in the chest in her house and are basically never going to be of any real use. Read through the entire 'no digging through garbage to find things.' post, and just want to ensure anyone reading this this is in no way the case! Galene is a collector at heart, she likes to find strange things and hoard them. She will never eat this berry and quite frankly it's the equivalent of a child going outside picking up a rock and setting it in their room. They will never let you get rid of it, but it serves absolutely no purpose. Please let me know if this is still not okay, and I'll change this post accordingly as well as keep it in mind for any future posts!

Misc Notes:
A very good intro to this site. I remember when I introduced my character to this site...And I hope this post sticks in your memory as well.It would be hard for it not to! It had talking otters in it!

Just for reading ease in the future please divide your solos into 500-700 word posts; there isn't a rule on this it just is kinda for my own sake.

Anything seem out of place? Any questions please feel free to contact me ASAP.

Listen to the island
The waves and wind
That is the pulse
Note it, feel it
And become one with serenity
