Hello everyone! Top of the mornin' to you all. I am posting on this kinda of late I suppose. I mean, I'm still new, technically, but not...Technically. I've been on here on Mizahar for a while now but I haven't been on on, like active, on Mizahar as long. Ya see? Anyway, I might have my character done, but I'm still very lost on many subjects. But I shall get those topics under my control in the least annoying manner possible. On with the list! 1. Name - or what you'd like to be called! Well, I mainly go by my Character name so that would be Gale for now. 2. What sort of RP experience do you have if any? I have been into role play as far back as I remember. My older brothers got me into L.A.R.Ping (Live action role play) so I started doing that since I was about 7ish and have been doing it since. Just not with the costumes normally. Mainly just with props like wooden swords and puzzles and such. But since one of my brothers got in MMORPG's and script rp's (which is what I call role plays like this) I have been doing more of this now. I've been rping through script and texting for about 2-3 years now? Although I would definitely not call myself an expert in any way shape or form, which some say I am. Just a heads up. I am terribly confusing for some since I tend to type out m character's thoughts differently? If it is different to you at all. So just to get it through your skull, I am not all that good unless I am in the mood to be which it still is pretty bad. 3. How did you find us? I actually found you lovely people through just researching different role play sites. I wanted to spend more time with one of my bros and we both role play so we wanted to find a site that we could role play one since he didn't role play on the same sites as I do so we searched and boom! Here you lovely people are! 4. What sort of RP style is your favorite? I'm not sure what you mean by this exactly? Are you talking about 1st, 2nd, or 3rd person? If so, then I like 3rd person unless for some reason I want to start out in first person to keep my character's identity a secrete, which I won't be doing here. If your talking about text, script, or L.A.R.P then I would have to say it would be a tie between L.A.R.P and script. I script rp much more often, because I can do it mainly at any time, but I L.A.R.P when I am able to since I don't have many people who like to L.A.R.P. 5. What do you like to write about - not write about? Mainly anything. I can write pretty much anything. Romance, action, adventure, sci-fi, magic based, ect. There isn't much I don't like so I suppose it's a reward earning thing if you find something I don't like writing about. 6. Whats your favorite thing about Mizahar so far? My favorite thing about Mizahar so far is mainly how customizable you can make your CS. Even though it's extremely difficult and tricky, I love how it all turned out and how you can do it with every post as well. It makes me happy! Also how you keep the CS clean and post free! I absolutely hate it when people post on my CS about random crap and such. It's so irritating. 7. What, if anything, has frustrated you about Mizahar so far? One, how hard the stupid HTML and coding are, but that's basically a dislike to all sites and places I go. I also kind of don't like how it's extremely difficult to bring in something new? Like, a new species so to speak? I haven't really tried but I have heard rumors that it's extremely difficult, and that Mizahar isn't really accepting any. 8. What would you like out of the mizahar experience? I would love to just have fun. Be able to play characters that most places won't, even though one didn't go through. -Hangs head but looks up quickly with a smile- But that's okay! I have many more ideas. I would actually love to be able to get some new people to talk to as well since I have no life, really I don't, so I don't have many people to talk to so I'm rather a lonely bird. 9. Is there anything you'd like to see expanded? I am a completely clueless person so I often get confused about things that seem to be thought out. So maybe have the starter instructions be..I don't know. Simpler for the simpletons like me? Also, having an instruction on how to use the search boxes?! The search boxes bug me so much because I have no idea what they are searching when I type in it. But that's just something from me, I don't think many people have the same problem. I'll probably get used to it eventually. 10. Anything else you want to talk about? That I haven't talked about? I don't know, maybe that I often misspell the (teh), and (adn), them/then (tehn/tehm) and such so if it's possible to be patient with me since I a trying really hard to break this habit. Also that I am terrible with pronunciation. If your name is not a ordinary name like Tony, or Samantha, or Bob or something, just so you know, I might read it differently then what you want. Also, I type my character's thoughts out mainly into questions and just extra sentences in the paragraph. I don't "do this when it's a thought" most of the time. For example: As she walked down the street, she couldn't help but look at the people around. A man walked up to her and asked,"Want a drink? I'm buying." Buying? Didn't sound so bad. But she didn't even know him. He probably wants to do more then just give her a drink. She politely said,"No thank you, I can afford to buy my own essentials." I also ask a lot of questions. Even if they aren't necessary. I just am used to being in really tight and restricted sites, or sites that literally let you do whatever you want so I'm not used to the middle yet so if it's possible to be patient on that as well. I'll hopefully run out of questions sooner or later. Also, if you love to read, and you love long posts, you need to give me either, time to think of how to get a post that long, or give me something big enough to work with. I don't really do one liners, I just haven't been able to type 300 worded posts or anything on my sites since they don't like long posts, and I am needing to get used to writing a lot again. I know this is a lot but hang in there. Next I would like to say that I honestly don't care who your character is or what his job is or anything. If you want to role play with me, it's going to be a yes. It might be a delayed yes because I'm grounded, or I'm on a trip, or out for the day or something, but it will always be a yes. Unless for some reason you personally got on my real bad side or something. And if you did I don't know why you'd want to rp with me anyway. Speaking of grounding, I have braces you see, so my parents are extremely picky about my flossing and brushing. My parents have set a policy stating that if the dentist doesn't think I have been improving, or keeping it up, I will be grounded till my next appointment, which are about a month or so apart. I will most likely be able to post when I have an appointment in the absence boards, warning everyone I might be grounded, but in case I can't, you know where I have gone if I disappear for a month. I might be grounded from other things but it would probably be a week or so which I will definitely not be able to post when I'm grounded from those. So, that is a biggy. I am very lenient with what happens, but it's mainly what I do that I'm concerned about. If I do anything that isn't appropriate, or not allowed, or I did something wrong, or misunderstand something, just say so and I will fix it ASAP. Anything else? Um...-taps chin- I can't seem to think of anything else right now. Why does everyone encourages Wind Reach or River Fall? I think that's kind of interesting how most of the recommendations are for WR or RF...
