Winter Archery Contest [Sign ups]

Greetings my Inartan friends!
As you might have already guessed from the title of the thread I plan to hold a archery contest of sorts, and where this will be a thread like the others it will also have a game aspect to it as well. The idea will be to use your writing skills and the skills of your Character in a fantastic game of trying to hit a target.

The Contest will be set up for the late winter, and everyone is invited to play though I won’t be posting the rules of the game in this thread I would like to get the sign ups started to have a idea of who will be playing.

So with that let me explain who will be playing against whom. Because of the difference in skill levels throughout the Reach to keep things fair you will face the other people within your skill level (novice, Competent, and so on…), even if you have no skill and just want to try your hand at it we will have a beginner ranking as well.

Scores will be posted every threeish days (subject to change), if you miss a turn you will have to wait till the next round, but you will lose the points you could have earned.

Wow this is a fantastic idea, Warhawk!! I'm definitely excited to see this in action.

desired reward: Hmmm... perhaps a nice Sontav? That's the only thing I can really think of.

EDIT: Ooh, I thought of a few more options for Ara xD - an egg of a bird (owl, raptor, crow *shrug*), talon sword (I think she would prefer a talon sword over a Sontav, now that I think about it. :3), or even a longbow (I think she's be interesting in learning another type of bow), ah, ooorrrr a pair of acher gloves (does Mizahar have those? o.o). Okay! I'm done. xD

So that we get the thread started in a timely manor I am going to close sign ups in about a three days (jan 27). I will add NPC archers to fill in some of the ranks so everyone gets a chance to play against.

Alrighty everyone the time has come, I will be posting the rules here in this thread, and then I will be posting up the game thread. If there are any last minute sign ups please post here before I post up the game thread.

Once the game thread is up, any chance of joining will be gone. For those signed up once I post the intro for the game you will be free to post your intro post (just letting me know you are ready for the game) then I will make the first rolls, and then let you respond. I will repeat this in the rules, but remember if miss a update (meaning you don't post a response to my score then you miss out on the next round I will only post scores for those who respond to keep the game moving.

I will also announce each prize for each skills set of players. Looking forward to this, and I hope it is fun for all
