Bolivar had been paying attention to what Shiress had to say from K's point of view, but then again a lot of guys did that, just like earlier. Those boys pretended to like that girl's singing because of the fact she was a girl, even though she was a little attractive she wasn't that attractive. Making and deeming those boys pathetic in K's eyes. Seemed as if Shiress walked steppes away confident, just like a woman should by leaving her mark behind, her mark stood before him. Bolivar, a nice kid...Caught in the fly trap. He had the intentions of a man, which was undoubtedly awesome in K's eyes, for even though he wasn't the strongest, anyone who stood up to him was worthy. This is what kept his interest in Shiress, although the situation with her was twisted and complex, thus making it wise to just forget it.

The important part was what happened after, that wretched sad knight, trying to kill him by drowning. Drowning..And honorable warrior such as him deserved no such thing. Sure Shin gave off a bad impression, and possibly even hurt her to where she will never forgive him, but it was none of that knights business. K just wanted a simple form of payback, probably kicking his ass and embarrassing him somehow...But Shin started off with humility, pain and then eventually...Death. But K would try to get his hands on him first to avoid such a thing, for he would certainly have trouble living here if such a thing happened. Rogue knight or not...He was still human. And unless guided to he had no right to kill, even if there was a sadistic persona sharing his body.

Giving Shiress a sincere smile Bolivar snapped his attention back to Kisetukai. "But in Sultros you learn to prove yourself so I'll take you up on that offer. I can always ask Shiress the details an evening she is free yes?" Looking for confirmation Bolivar cleared the way for his roommate to lead the air out. "Oh before I forget. Watch your tone. I'm probably twice as many years as you Kisetukai and I can still knock you flat on the ground." Hearing Bolivar's voice directed at him, slightly more louder, force him out of his thoughts. "Yes...You can ask Shiress the details..Although you won't get the full story." He stood up and slid his chair in with the back of his foot as he gave Bolivar the first contempt look on his face. "You know...You just might be older than me. After all I'm only seventeen..." As Bolivar had made way, K walked out of the tavern in a nonchalant fashion, surely to take his time.

He was quite sure Bolivar had followed and when they finally made it out they moved a bit ways away from the entrance, about twenty feet. Barely enough to where it was still visible, well the sign at least, but they were out of peoples way. As he looked at Bolivar, he knew how a man in his position would feel, especially about a woman. Sometimes it gets to you, he understood that, he really did. "Bolivar...First off. Sorry about referring to you as boy...I see now that your clearly a man." K said pretty impressed, anyone with enough moxie to follow him outside for a potential fight was good, because he was big. Simple as that.

"Also, I understand how you feel, but as someone in your situation who may be hasty to make choices...and mistakes I feel you should know the whole story. Not just the dark, untruthful, and exaggerated side. "So Bolly...With that being said. I won't throw one punch...We are about four feet now from each other, if you choose to come up and throw a punch that will be your choice. But as for me..." K let out a chuckle as he gave him a clever wink. "I will tell you...Not just my side. But the real story. What actually happened that knight. And why I want to talk to Shiress, I promise you by the end you will be thinking differently." K tightened up his gloves a bit as his cloak blew in the gentle winds. "Are you ready for the truth?..."

Leaning her hip against a neighboring table, Shiress was growing more annoyed by the chime. The arrogance that Kise was showing was astounding. The fact that he could chuckle at and play off what he had done to her just a hand full of days earlier proved to the barmaid that any apology from Kise would be feigned at best.

"11 going on 12" Shiress answered scornfully. Glancing to Boliver, the barmaid gave the squire a smirk at the explanation of his answer given, followed by a nod to his request.

After arching an eye brow at Bolivar's warning her eyes moved to Kise for his response. The girl's apprehension of Bolivar was definitely beginning to soften a bit as she listened to their exchange of words.

Her head tilted as a look of disgust settled on her face. "Won't get the full story?" She asked standing up straight, her eyes creasing into a stare of disbelief as Kise stood from his chair and stepped away with Bolivar following.

The girl stood in place contemplating on whether or not she would follow the two outside. She could give a shyke less about Kise or his arrogant, blameless recollection of their first meeting would entail, but Bolivar didn't deserve to be pulled into this.

Shiress bolted for Bolivar. Catching his arm, she pulled him from the doorway as she turned him to face her. "Bolivar." She began. "I do respect the fact that you wish to get Kise's side of this story. Im not really sure why you have come to be in the middle of this, but you needn't forget his actions that night were enough to summon the rumored rogue knight from the shadows and regardless of his explanation of those action's, they are still his action's." She shifted her weight and took a step back. "I feared for my life under that man's..boy's blade, Bolivar, so ponder that fact as you conclude what to believe." A grin curled her lips as she leaned slightly forward. "At the very least, give him a hard blow below his belt for me."

Looked like I said something that warranted a small smile. Bolivar quietly celebrated with a slight pump in an aside before turning back to the pair's interaction. Neither side seemed to be letting up anytime soon. Of course Bolivar understood why Shiress acted like this but Kisetukai's attitude on the matter was a mystery and Bolivar did not like leaving stuff like that lone. Finding the probable cause to stem his behavior to Shiress and any other women he might meet was one a new concern Bolivar saw.

"No I AM older then you. So I would like a bit more reverence from you in the future. I find it necessary for me to stand a person's quirks." Stepping outside Bolivar nodded at the slight admittance Kisetukai gave him. It was a start. "That's fine. No harm done."

Feeling a light pull Bolivar turned to see Shiress giving a slightly embarrassed and awkward smile. "It's what kind people do." Answering cryptically to the compliment Bolivar gave a uncommitted grin to back it up. "Everyone has the option to do wrong but the opposite is also there. I just met the guy. Let me let him explain himself." Raising his hand up Bolivar went to give an endearing hand on Shiress's face before stopping short. "Thank you for that. I understand. I just hope you do too."

Smiling widely at the unexpected request Bolivar gave a loud guffaw before stifling his urge to chuckle. It was unexpected but Bolivar truly found it amusing. "I'll keep it in mind." Standing outside Bolivar faced Kisetukai slightly wondering if both Shiress and Kisetukai were genuine with their words. So much to take in and so little time to make use of it. "I've no problem making mistakes Kisetukai. What I do after is what truly matters. The same applies to you."

Slightly admiring the notion Kisetukai offered Bolivar saw the merit in his actions. However Kisetukai shouldn't be trying to convince him his roommate should be trying to persuade Shiress. Kisetukai was feeling sorry for what happened and felt he needed to be punished somehow. Though others can see the notion as arrogant Bolivar found it self destructive and ineffective. Kisetukai had to face his demons. Still was he sincere with this notion?

Moving up to him Bolivar gave no answer to Kise's description of the truth. Without warning the mixed blood head butted Kise from point blank range. It was innate to not think of one's head as a weapon. Something to be protected. "There is only one truth Kisetukai and you'll find it in my might." Shaking his head slightly Bolivar walked back feeling mildly happier. "That was for the threatening Shiress. Now then where were we?"

A slight throbbing in his head was nothing to solve this dilemma. "Oh... That's right. You had to answer for your time with Shiress. I can see your regretting the whole ordeal and I respect that. This trial you are putting yourself through. It's completely foolish you'll never convince me or her with that. So I'll offer you this. You take this your pain from me and maybe settle this or..."

Looking sheepishly in an aside at Shiress. "You let her do the same thing you did to her. Threatening her life... Your aspiring to be a knight. You must want to do right so think of this as your first trial. Either that or I'll kick you in the junk really hard. And THEN probably do some reinmancy to try and reenact this whole helpless feeling you put on my maiden."

K had been waiting for a while now, waiting for Bolivar to give him some response, but he didn't... Instead he had a look on his face as he walked up to him, every footstep sounding more and more louder, this guy had a plan. And K saw it coming, he could tell what that face was, because it was his face. The face was the face of a man making up his mind, he knew that he was going to hit K, and K really respected it. The whole thought of it, the thought of someone actually resembling a lot of traits he found in himself, it was just too much. He couldn't take the slight grin off his face, settling for a blank look. As Bolivar finally made it within a foot range, K felt the need to say something clever, but he didn't get the chance. Bolivar came hammering with a vicious headbutt, not completely unexpected... But that was completely unexpected. The attack was swift but blunt, as most of the contact had been in the bridge of his nose, he could immediately feel the pain. As Bolivar walked away, held a straight face, of course after his head recoiled back to it's regular state. He watched as the man had walked off, point taken.

"There is only one truth Kisetukai and you'll find it in my might." Shaking his head slightly Bolivar walked back.

Either that or I'll kick you in the junk really hard. And THEN probably do some reinmancy to try and reenact this whole helpless feeling you put on my maiden."

K looked at him with a smug dull look of disapproval, sighing as he could feel a thick stream of blood of blood leak out both nostrils, staining his freshly trimmed facial hair. He began to feel a bit dizzy, not from pain, distress, or loss of blood, but him. "No...Not again..." He mumbled out as he could feel the pain in stomach, the heat radiating from the presence of his evil brother. Hearing the sound of a young child's merry laughter, he began to feel numb, his hole body barely standing. "Tsk Tsk... Is that fresh blood I smell?" Said Shin in his ever so carefree voice, joining in the eerie laughter filling his head. "Me and brother saw the whole thing.. No need to explain. I'll be taking over now." "No... I can handle this..." K said haltingly, trying to keep control. "You pervert, you just want her to hurt you... Having such a deep longing for pain is sick K... After all the fun part..." K found himself no long in control of the body, as Shin dabbed the small lines of blood with right index and middle finger, sampling it a bit on his tongue. "The fun part is inflicting the pain..."

The look of a crazed murderer filling his face, with an insane twisted smile, he stared at Bolivar. "Bolivar... That's your name right?" He yelled out, his crazed eyes sparkling with excitement. "That's enough of your shyke..." He said softly calming down a bit, letting the blood drip off of his face, till it was no more. "Now... I plan on no such thing happening... I don't plan on tell you anything, I don't plan on you landing another blow either... Actually if you get that close to me again... You'll regret it." Shin had no second thought about the situation, the main thing he was worried about was Shiress, not any of these foolish games K had been a part of. "If Shiress wants to talk about that damn knight... She's more than welcome. But if you two aren't going to keep a mature and business like attitude... Then good day." He began to walk off, for Shin had more things to think about, like controlling the damned body without putting to much stress on it. If anything the amount of pressure and force he put on the body would force it to bleed more, so possibly there was things he could do to ease the pain. Even that small feat in itself would prove to be more rewarding than the current situation.

As he walked away he didn't think twice, for he had his mind made up, no turning back. "If he wasn't stopped... He would definitely go back to the dorms and not even glance back in the direction of the tavern.

This was Shin... The spoiled kid who always got his way.

Kick to the junk it is then. Bolivar shrugged at the sudden change. The squire seriously thought that his roommate was being genuine. "I didn't expect you to be so faint of heart Kisetukai." Already Kise was spacing himself away. Why? Did he expect to be forgiven so easily? Bolivar did not understand people as much but when it came to things like duty and responsibility the mixed blood understood.

"Walking away? From a mere..." Bolivar eyes went back to Shiress, giving a simple apologetic face before continuing. "Hey! I''m not done with you. Get back here and settle this right. Here and now." Separating yourself from others makes one weak. Bolivar try to appeal to Kise in anyway he can. "Weakling! Your mother wears combat boots! I bet my dad can beat up your dad. You have no hair!" Provoking was probably not his best first choice.

"Who cares about the damn knight? He's not here. She's right here. All you have to do is get past me." A slight quiver in his voice realizing what he just said Bolivar swallowed slight regretting his second choice. "Shiress. I didn't mean it I... stubborn petcher. Hey!"

Quick tapping into the life force that surrounded him Bolivar's hands shimmered slightly as he seemed to emanate a translucent light. The gas hanging over him Bolivar started rotating his hands as he willed his res closer together. "You better learn how to read quick! That housewarming gift is the only thing that can defend you against this." A ball of djed started to form. A slight thirst on the tip of his tongue and a sudden wind started to form around Bolivar. His hair whipping every which way Bolivar hoped the act would be enough to warrent Kisetukai's undivided attention. "Turn!"

Shin had been walking away for a while now, it seemed that he would  never turn around, but then something caught his attention.

"You better learn how to read quick! That housewarming gift is the only thing that can defend you against this."

Shin began to think about it, totally confused, until K interrupted and informed him. "He's talking about that glyph shyke... He's planning on blasting you with some of that magic hocus pocus bro..." K said slyly, still annoyed he had lost control of the body. "Magic?... " Shin said, his voice growing more dark with every breath. "He wants magic?" Quickly he swung around, seeing the powerful Bolivar in the middle of using his magic. He was not impressed the slightest, but K was, although he would never show it. Seeing Bolivar's hair stir up in the random wind being created, seeing the energy fly around him, he knew he was serious. Shin let out a dastardly laugh as he quickly yanked out the glyph, giving Bolivar a deranged smile, he began to speak as he held it up with his right hand. "Is this what you want?!" Shin said as he jiggled the paper in the air. "Then that's what you'll get..."

Placing the paper in his right palm, he held it out facing Bolivar, placing his left palm being his right. "I bet this thing has one heck of a kick..." K said softly, hoping it wouldn't hurt his body from lack of experience. "I thought you liked pain K?" Shin said with a chuckle. He got no answer. "Alright... Bolivar!" Shin yelled out. "Show me that your strong! Show me you can protect what you want!" He set his feet and dug them into ground, having firm ground he was prepared.

Galren!

Immediately he began to feel the scroll working, seeing nothing but hearing the sound of wound up power being let loose. People around the area began to watch a bit, understandable, but Shin knew he would have to wrap this up unless he wanted a personal scolding from Ser Corben or one of the other higher ups. Then it hit, without warning, a stream of wind hit. Blowing out of the scroll like it was a portal, delivering a storm from some other planet. Blowing out so strong that Shin, although muscular and strong, was almost unable to hold it in place. Feeling the paper flap as wind ten times it's size flew out, it was crazy, and it had no mercy. Surging with a cutting noise, whipping at all that opposed it shot for Bolivar. The whole time Shin had been laughing maniacally. In total ecstasy from the reality of the situation. Seeing the look on the peoples faces, including the determined ones of Bolivar's, it was... Priceless. "Show me... Show me Bolivar!"

Show me your power!

That fool is actually going to fire it! “Get back!” Any magic was dangerous in the wrong hands. Though from a squire it was mildly surprising to say the least. The glyph Kise held was given in the hopes of a mild surprise or a possible party trick. Aiming the damn glyph at him was not what Bolivar had in mind. Already what Shiress had said earlier was ringing true. Why didn’t he heed her warning? Bolivar's roommate apparently had the capacity for violence unfit for a knight. The winds near his stirred as he directed his res to intercept the slight show of wind reinmancy. The scene had escalated farther then the squire had intended and Bolivar was found himself angrily cursing at the mistakes he had made.

“It is not the eve nor the cultivation....rather the culling and expiration...”
Whispering indistinguishable nothings Bolivar strengthened the wind attraction of his res before manipulating his res out. “Shiress!” Bolivar could already hear the threatening undertones Kisetukai was spouting. He was truly going to do this. From that distance Bolivar doubted he can fully dispel the spell he had stored in the glyph as showy as he made it. Still it would be better to try rather then let the spell run it's course.

“Galren!”

“Set!”
Maybe the glyph wasn't going to-no! Willing his djed farther in front of him he described a small wall with his gaseous djed trying to attract as much of the wind magic as possible. Did the attraction even work with transmuted res? Getting a slight pull on the glyphed spell a major chunk of the spell forced it way through the gaseous wall of djed surging at the squire's. Putting his hands up in a guard Bolivar he called out in surprise as he felt the bitting winds on his arm. The magic was felt as if he were getting hit by an all encompassing wave.

Half a tic into the attack Bolivar was even lifted off his feet before he fell back down hard on his back. His robe getting blown away by the impact left Bolivar with only his undergarments and raw anger at Kisetukai. “You petcher!” Grabbing a length of wood from the new debris he flung the wood through his res wall and at Kisetukai. “Fireball!” Granted the it wasn't an actual fireball but the length of wood did pick up some djed so it might tingle on Kisetukai's skin. In any case Bolivar simply was too emotional to think straight now.

How dare that petcher use that damn thing against him. Granted he might have incited him but Bolivar thought that since he was aspiring to be a knight he would have at least shown restrain longer. Looking to his side Bolivar's animated face was not too common a sight as he was torn between being angry, being concerned and being surprised. At least now Bolivar sorta knew how others felt when he used Reinmancy against them. “Are you alright?”

"That was totally wicked! Like seriously, whoa! That was badass!" K said with a load of excitement as he watched the spectacle Shin and Bolivar has performed. "Yes I must say indeed." He laughed as he finally began to calm down, for he was truly excited by the magic and energy released by such a small piece of paper. Possibly forming a new curiosity for magic? Only time would stand the test to tell, for now, he was contempt on watching it. "Shin... How did it feel? Like really don't hold back any details..." "How did it feel?" Shin said with a disappointed voice.

"It had one heck of a kick, but even a common fool could see that he clearly drained the attack. He gets respect for being able to block... No, drain the attack but besides that... This was barely worth my time. Kise... Take down the information for further use." Shin said bluntly as he lowered the paper. "This thing was a one time use is what he said correct?" Keeping a harsh tone as he ripped the paper into several pieces, tossing it in the gentle winds, dismissing the thought. "Fireball!" He turned his attention to see a... Hunk of wood. Flying near him, finally tapping his chest, and falling on the floor resting with potential energy. He could feel the Djed, or whatever the energy was called, release a warm feeling that lasted quite a while on his body. Not feeling the effect to serious, he decided to leave before the knights or anybody showed up, with so much of this gas lingering around it was only a matter of time before the inevitable would occur.

He had a smile on his face, just incase Bolivar could see him, although with so much of the gas he doubt he could. "You should really clean this up ya know..." Shin let out a mad chuckle before turning his back to his roommate. "Oh and just incase you didn't know... Magic is illegal in our town and will result in confinement... Or capital punishment. I'd suggest you get lost... And tell Shi that I said hi." He walked off laughing maniacally, sliding his way into the crowds that had formed, until he was deep enough to escape.  Taking a series of back alleys and short cuts, he found his way back to the dorms in no time. Walking normally as if nothing had happened, never turning back to look suspiciously. He popped open the door and closed it behind him, quickly shedding his clothes until he was nude, tossing them under his bed.

Placing on a new set consisting of only a black tee shirt and black pants, he plopped down onto the bed, seeming exhausted. "This body... It's to hard for me to use right now. I'm always exhausting it." He said with a chuckle as he placed a piece of honey candy in his mouth. "Maybe you should let the owner of the body use it?" K said with an annoyed voice. "Perhaps... But what fun would that be. After all didn't I say I was the new owner?" Shin said as he stretched out and fell asleep. He had apparently got all the info he needed. Feeling extremely tired, he just chose to sleep. If any knight would come in to ask about the scene, he would give the impression that he was sleeping the whole time, and had just woke up.

A true mastermind at his finest he was.

I bet my dad can beat up your dad. Wanna fight about it?

Postby Shiress on April 26th, 2013, 4:21 pm

Shiress followed behind Bolivar, stopping just outside the doorway with her arms crossed. She had no desire to be within reach of Kise or his daggers, but she did want to hear what he had to say, whether it be truth or arrogant lies, she was going to defend herself.

To hear Bolivar standing up for the barmaid gave her lips a proud smile, but as Bolivar's head met with Kise's face, the smile faded. Telling the squire to hit Kise where it would hurt him most was more of a verbal daydream of what she wished she could do, but for the man to actually become physical in her own defense surprised her.

Her eyes widened as she watched as Kise turn and walk away. His tone of voice as he spoke and the way his body moved was familiar, frighteningly familiar. He had changed, just as he had done the night of their first meeting in the Stallion. Shiress had walked away from an angry Kise sitting in his chair only to meet a more vicious and out of control Kise on the street a chime later.

Fully expecting for Bolivar to retreat back to the tavern, she too turned to make her way back through the doorway. She stopped and swung around as Bolivar began to yell for Kise to return. "Wait Bolivar. He's..." Her words wandered off at the site of obvious change in the squires demeanor. She stepped hesitantly forward as a small wind began to grow stronger and swirl around Bolivar.

But as Kise turned to react, she stopped to scared to move closer. "Bolivar, please don't. You don't know this man as I do." But her warning fell against deaf ears.

The skirt of her dress whipped around her legs and her hair drifted back from her shoulders as the wind around her grew. Her eyes jumped with confusion from one man to the other. What the shyke is going on? This sorcery, this magic was something the barmaid knew nothing about.

Taking heed of Bolivar's words, she took several fearful steps back. Then, a blast, or a something struck the squire. Her hands covered a gasp as Bolivar was sent backwards to the ground.

When Kise again turned away, Shiress rushed forward, pulling Bolivar's robe from the dirt, and went to her knee's beside the prone squire.

"Bolivar, I warned you about him. Oh gods..are you hurt?" Her voice was soft as she pulled the robe across the prone squire.

"Fine. I am alright. It is." Dazed from the attack Bolivar closed his eyes before trying to work past the jarring pain in his chest. "It's okay. I'm okay really. Just the wind. Knocked right into me. Then out of me. Then a bit was forced past me." Smiling slightly trying to cover up his pain Bolivar gave a slight chuckle before he winced involuntary. "Ah! It hurts to laugh."

Sighing slightly Bolivar wondered how he would deal with Kisetukai in the future. Granted the mage squire would not let this incident go unnoticed but it was partially his fault for giving the glyph to his roommate. "I cannot see why you dislike that guy so much. Such a charmer. Thank you." Sitting up and then finally getting to his feet Bolivar quickly donned his robes before making sure everything was accounted for.

"Perhaps a nick and bruise here and there but it will be fine."
Giving a reassuring nod at Shiress Bolivar frowned slightly realizing that he had deviated from his initial plans of sweeping the other off her feet. "Let's head inside order something to eat shall we? I owe you an apology and you a riveting tale about how you met."

Slowly sauntering his way inside Bolivar realized that he did not know what there was to eat or drink other then the occasional skin of water. "Order up something for the both of us Shiress. On the knight's tab." Better to make use of the perks of being a squire as much as he could. Finding a place to sit down Bolivar waited for Shiress's return before putting his foot up and nudging the chair opposite of him for her to sit down. A command more then a request.

"So... let's get to know one another you and I."
Mentally brooding Bolivar was still slightly ashamed that things did not go as he planned. "Granted I did not give the greatest of first impressions but I tried my best to impress." Shrugging slightly Bolivar continued on. He did not want to inconvenience Shiress too much by taking her time. It was still pretty early in the afternoon but soon enough the tavern would be too busy to keep her all to himself. "So... this and that. You tell me what you think I should know and ask me what you want to know. I shall do the same for you and ask what time you get off from work."

Pursing his lips slightly and bring them up to a slight smirk Bolivar tried to give Shiress a rendition of someone easier to talk to. The squire knew himself and that type of person did horibble in these types of 1 on 1's. "Perhaps Kise might be right. I might have been biased towards him but between you and me. I really don't care." Their food finally came with Bolivar quickly scarfing it all down. "Tell me about Kise and this rogue knight. Maybe a little about yourself thrown in to make it interesting. Tell me why am I so enamored she who calls herself Shiress."
