2nd, Summer 513AV
Mid day
The Soothing Waters Bath and Massage leered at Wanda from down the road. It was a familiar sight to the young blonde, and she'd walked this path many, many times before. In fact, having grown up in the city, Wanda knew the bathhouse almost as well as she knew her own house.
A light smile played on her lips as she drew near to the double doors, expertly weaving and dodging through the traffic. It was the middle of the day and, because this portion of the city was left unsheltered by the citadel's ceiling, the summer heat of Syna bore down upon the bustling cityfolk.
The heat made some citizens irritable, and Wanda ignored the couple of curses flung her way as she cut through a particularly riled pair of travelers. Though the roads were busy at this time of day, most people preferred to bathe either in the morning before they start their day, or in the evening when their day is over. Thus, it was the perfect time for Wanda to talk with whosoever she needed.
Wanda finally made her way through the crowd, and now stood before the doors. She paused only a moment before stepping into the threshold. It was just like any other day, except for the fact that she'd spent the better part of the morning at the Employment Office. It'd seemed like it took bells before she was finally called up to speak with the woman Trega, but it was worth the wait, however long or short.
The secretary had given Wanda a small roll of paper. A note of some sort, she was sure, though she hadn't read the message.
