In the light of having more and more players, a larger volume of Help Desk Tickets and less and less folks to answer them, the Regional Storytellers have been given additional duties. Now, instead of just the Founders roaming about in the Help Desk answering tickets and granting special permissions, the Regional Storytellers will now be helping out in that capacity. So please get to know Verilian, Phoenix and Traverse. They will be popping in and out of Help Desk tickets, answering questions, commenting on staff applications, and granting NPCs. They are even here to help solve problems and resolve disputes of all sorts that crop up in the Help Desk.
This is not the only change forthcoming. There will be two new programs announced this season for players to participate in. These programs will help deal with the lack of staff in the light of the huge playerbase we have these days. So keep an eye on this forum for two new additional programs and how to participate in them. I think players will find some of these changes positive moves on the part of the game as a whole to keep things running smoothly.
