Lonely in Zeltiva

So there's a few people in Zeltiva, but they all seem to be wrapped up in threads and stuff. I was wondering if anyone was in Zeltiva that wanted to do a thread together? Pm me or post here if you are interested. I'm open to nearly everything except the death of my character. I just started after all. XD

First off welcome to the forum and Zeltiva!

Now that's out of the way, what are you looking for? Do you seek anything specific for your character or are you just visiting the city?

Ricky is part of the Wave Guard that watches the city, so you can more than likely run into him almost anywhere during the late bells of the day. I'll just drop his CS here for you to see.

Thanks Ricky, I'm really glad to be here!

I'm not really looking for anything specific, more like just a few threads that I can test my abilities. Stretch my wings so to speak. I do want to make a few new friends, which is on my list and further down the road even maybe a bondmate, but I'll be pretty choosy about that one. For now, I'm just open to anything really!

I read your character sheet on the first few days that I was researching everything around here, so it was kind of a pleasant surprise when it popped up again. I'd love to bump into Ricky anytime you aren't busy, and I'm planning an extended stay in Zeltiva. At least the next two or so seasons.

Sounds wonderful. Zeltiva is full of exciting plans so you're bound to have fun in your time here.

It's actually thrilling to know you've done a bit of poking around, even at some CS's to see who the people are. You're bound to make friends in no time when you interact with others, and bondmates of course are something serious to consider. I've a Kelvic myself and I'm rather picky about who he gets to bond too.

I've a season schedule in Ricky's plotnotes (which all needs a serious update) so any open day is a free day for a thread.

I'm pretty sure just about the end of summer is free with the exception of a thread or two. It'll all be fixed later today I'm sure. Anyway there are about four different scenarios you can choose to play out with Ricky, each will affect the thread differently too.

Scenario 1: Ricky alone:
You get to personally meet Ricky by himself as suggested. This is normally and easiest done in the later day between bells 12-18 because he's on patrol, but can also run an errand in the morning bells if necessary. In this scenario you'll see Ricky in his friendly and usual manner he has to others.

Scenario 2: Ricky and Telion:
This is usually in the morning or evening hours when the two will go places in their free time, which can vary depending on what locations. This scenario introduces you to a more positive and romantic part of Ricky's life as Telion is his fiance, and you'll get to interact with the two while seeing Ricky's bright and hopeful side.

Scenario 3: Ricky and Hannah:
This scenario is during any time of the day, whether Ricky is on patrol or not. Hannah is more so a look into the comical side of Ricky's life as she enjoys picking on him, she is rather straightforward and open so if you choose this bear in mind she may pick on your pc too.

Scenario 4: Ricky and Fenvur:
Done in the daylight hours, Fenvur will be found in Ricky's pocket which in turn leads to interaction with Ricky and Fenvur. The kitten shows Ricky's more caring and nurturing side in this scenario, as everyone knows he's a big softie deep down.

Your choice in what scenario to write with, and from there we'll be able to get a thread going.

I'm currently working on my Journal, which depicts two years of my character's past. As soon as that's done, I'll be really open to threading for sure. I'd really like to do the first one with you Ricky, but whichever is the easiest for you is fine with me. I'm really flexible when it comes to this kind of thing.

Kashrim I'd be more than happy to let you join something me an Ricky do, or we could do something separate. If you had any ideas, feel free to share and we can come up with something to do!

Lots of new people it seems in Zeltiva. I'm looking to be a merchant/sailor in this city and my character always likes to meet new people.

I'm up for any situation or circumstance, just give me the time and place and ill be happy to join up with anyone!

Thanks, Savannah! Since my character doesn't have much of a background (or, it's a very simple one to say the most), she could somehow run into your PC -- since they seem very different, yours looking for adventure while mine likes to stay at home, once they meet it would unravel into some very interesting predicament.

Whether or not I join you and Ricky is completely up to you two, I'm flexible with anything. Yeven, Kashrim has merchant experience, but she's novice at it.

I'd be happy to do a thread with the two of you, or seperate ones as well should you pick seperate scenarios. My only favor in part of this is that I have to ask for you to set up the threads, as I've a rather big task ahead of me in finishing up the summer with required threads. If you can set up the thread then I am.most happy to oblige in writing.

and Yeven Ricky is the son of a sailor if that counts, he hasn't much experience with sailing though. Still I'm happy to write with you as well if you wish.

To anyone who wants to join in, I recently threw in a thread about my character going shopping. It's open and anyone can hop in an see where it goes! Hopefully something is made out of it, or it's just a sad and lonely open thread.

Also, Yeven, I'm really considering a path down sailing/trading for my character. It could be really cool to meet your character and spark her interest, so to speak.
