This shining population center is considered the jewel of The Sylira Region. Home of the vast majority of Mizahar's population, Syliras is nestled in a quiet, sprawling valley on the shores of the Suvan Sea. [Lore]

Hadrian felt something battering against him, or against his defenses. It was terrifying at first, feeling something else enter him, but soon his defenses snapped to attention and expelled the ghost entirely. He would have assumed a ghost as old as Cale would be more powerful, but it appeared he was not used to actually interacting with people, else he would have spoken the contemporary Common, and would have been able to overpower Hadrian. After a while, the attempt began to feel as light as butterfly wings against the skin.
Once Cale disengaged, he heaved a sigh of relief. It had been an effort, but he had managed it. He grinned.
"You almost had me, but I pushed you out. One of the perks of studying spiritsm, it seems, is being able to prevent unwanted possession. Unless you were terribly powerful, I suppose, as I'm new to this."
He didn't mean to gloat, though, and he looked at the spot where Illiam Cale was, even if he wasn't materialized. Now that he had a fix on him, Hadrian just knew where he was.
"Are you all right? Do you need more soulmist?" |

"Well, need... is strong word."
Shrugging despite the fact that Hadrian couldn't actually see him, Cale fought to keep himself 'rooted' The desperate sensation to let go, and go back to his travels was maddening. Probably a product of his lack of soulmist. He reconsidered with a polite cough.
"Yes."
Not much else to be said, the ghost moved about, studying various objects in the room, trying to maintain a 'presence' in the area at least. He expected Hadrian would make the soulmist much like he had before, and so he appeared once more, although this time, it was hard to differentiate the face from the grey smog.
"Then 'ahll leave you. Things to do. You mentioned Zeltiva?" |

Hadrian nodded. "Zeltiva is more my home than Syliras, though I grew up here..."
He took the remains of the cheese and the other foods into his mouth, then bit down on his pricked finger to reopen the wound, sucking a bit of blood into the mixer that his mouth had become. It was interesting how the most primal magics were so ... messy. He liked magecraft because it was so elegant and pristine, or could be, but he did not disdain the other disciplines. They all had their places and their uses.
Much the same as before, he spat out a glowing substance that was most decidedly not what had gone in. He wasn't sure but the glow seemed brighter slightly, or a shade different. Perhaps he was getting better already, flexing his magical muscles as it were.
The glowing gel in his hands was held out toward the indistinct figure.
"Here you go. I don't think this requires materialization on your part, but..." |

Sure enough, it did not. Cale focused on the glowing .. gel. Then, without any effort on his behalf, the ethereal substance was apart of him. The feeling of 'wholeness' lasted a little long this time, enough to let the ghost materialize shortly.
"Ai' meet you in Zeltiva."
With the last spoken, the ghost faded one last time. It wasn't long before the tell-tail signs of his presence started to dissapear from the room. A meandering mix of regret, sorrow, and pain all seemed to lift from Hadrian at once as the ghost made his exit.
Then, it was as if the man had never been. The room was much as it was before, save for whatever memories Hadrian might have.
Illiam Cale was gone. |

Bad News Everybody. School is picking up, Exams are beginning to happen, homework is growing time consuming, I may soon be evicted from my apartment, I'm dealing with severe and physical fights among several of my best friends, and I can't seem to find a time to get much needed sleep. I'm terribly sorry, but don't expect to see much of me for a long while. |
