And my question what exactly is a character concept. I'm thinking it's for where you write down your pc's personality and such. If I am correct? Skills and history I mean character history come on I just made her up not even gave her a interview of her past.

Yep! The concept is a brief (or maybe not so brief) over view of who your character is, what drives them, etc. Personality and such pretty much covers it.

And the history is pretty much just an explanation of how your character got to where he or she is now. You can explore why your character does this or feels that through their history. If you're not quite sure what to do with it, you can always look at the character sheets with the green checks to get an idea of what you might want to do for it.
