Sunberth, Summer,8 504A.V

The heat of the sun beamed down on his back as he made his way toward the ruined walls of Sunberth. It felt good to get his feet back on the ground rather than the hard wood of the boat that brought him and a plethora of other travelers to the Sylira region. He was excited about exploring the city though he had heard the tales of the city being notorious for it's crime and poverty. Lo'campo adjusted the canvas wrapped great sword strapped to his back and tightened his coin sack. He may have been a great fighter, but it was better to be safe then sorry. He made his way up the dirt road through the space where a gate door would have been, slowly shoving his way through people. The city smelled better than it looked and it didn't smell too pretty to the blue warrior. There were people all over the streets begging for food and shelter if not trying to sell themselves or being sold themselves. He was at shock of all the people that he passed locked in cages as if they were animals and being sold to the highest bidder as if they were a form of property And for our next bid He heard the slaver's voice shout out over the crowd as another person was pulled out from the masses.

Spare a coin for a homeless man? Another voice caught his attention. It was an elderly man calling out from the shades of a shadow hiding his brittle skin from the scorching sun. Lo'campo felt for the man seeing how much pain and sorrow he must have felt having to succum to begging just to have something to get him through another day. NO! another all too familiar voice boomed throughout his head Let him suffer. Ha! the weak fool.. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up!. Lo'campo growled back under his breath until the voice went away. Snapping back into reality he loosened the tie on his coin bag and went to pull out a small amount of mizas to give the elderly man, but before he could go into the motion a swift hand came across him snatching the hefty bag and running down the street. Shyke he let his guard down realizing what had happen as he collected himself.

He gave chase he was only three blocks away from the thief which gave him a small gap to close. His heart thumped hard in his chest and his lungs burned as he ran after his belongings. He wasn't used to this. Spending all his life locked away never gave him the chance to work on his speed, but at the same time though all that he had to live off of was in that bag. Seeing that as more than enough motivation, he forced his legs to work harder giving more force as he ran closing the gap more between him and the scum of a man that robbed him. 10 gold miza to who ever can stop that man He heard the thief call out pointing his old wrinkled finger at the Akalak. Like a machine all kinds of people began to emerge from the shadows. Men, women, even children amongst them weapons in hand facing the oncoming blue giant. Lo'campo unsheathed Wind Ripper holding the great sword in his hand ready for anything. Catching a male out the corner of his eye, he pivoted pass the attacker striking him in the back with the hilt of his weapon. He was still locked on the thief as he pushed his body harder to keep up with the skilled runner. You are a coward! Lo'campo yelled to the thief as he parried an oncoming attack and disabled the attacker in one swift move.

He was closing in now almost in an arms reach of the old man. He was furious now, rage blinding his blue eyes. The thought had confounded his mind. How could he be pickpocketed...Fooled by someone of this nature. The thought made his blood boil and his mind fade. He clenched his teeth as the thought repeated itself through his mind. Eyes filled with rage Lo'campo swung Wind Ripper aiming for the man's abdomen hoping to hit him with the flat end of the sword thus doing damage but not injuring the thief to seriously. He closed his eyes and striked putting all of his muscle into the swing. He felt it connect and his target fall to the ground in a heap. Then there was a scream, but not one from a man. It was a woman and by the sounds of things, she was crying. Lo'campo opened his eyes to a gruesome site. He had swung the sword. He had connected to something, but that something was a little child that had been thrown in the way by the thief. Are you ok... A sharp pain filled his body and everything got warm. It felt as if it were raining fire on the lower half of his body. Lo'campo looked down to see a dagger coming from the childs sleeve and into his belly. He didn't understand he had caught the dagger with his reflexes, no more than the tip had entered. It was merely a flesh wound yet his body felt like thousands of arrows burrowed themselves into his body.

You feel that don't you. the old man's voice coming into earshot as he walked over to a disabled Lo'campo. That is a special poison I whipped up myself. It's not life threatening so you'll live, actually you can still move. It was meant for the nerves see you can move but when you do. The man kicked Lo'campo's arm causing pain to course through the limb. Lo'campo let out a cry of pain and everything started to go black. The sounds of the world began to drown out. He was gone to the world and the gates of his mind was no longer guarded. My turn

Unleashed Monster

Sunberth, Spring, 8, 504A.V

Oumoc slowly stood on his feet gaining his balance and taking ahold of the great sword. "Oh look it seems that he can stand." the old man chuckled. Placing his boots on Oumoc's back he lifted his leg and brought down his foot hard on the back of the Akalak. Oumoc hit the ground hard with the pain of the poison attacking his nerves. He spat on the ground having the taste of blood in his mouth from his now split lip. The old man laughed in as he stood over Oumoc with his newly hired goons. "Ha! your weak. It's trash like you that come here to Sunberth looking for a life...Well then? What do you think now? Welcome to Sunberth!" Oumoc began to laugh. It was weird for him because he never laughed before, but the old man and his thugs made him laugh...If he was doing it right. Oumoc began to stand again now having all of his strength though the poison restricted some of his major movements.

He continued with his laugh that now sounded more lethal than humorous. The group of bandits had their swords at the ready. The street was empty now thanks to the new slaves imported. "It's just you Akalak. Don't struggle, it will make your death easier." A smile crept upon his dark face. The poison began to wear off. It must have been meant to cripple the target allowing thief to get away. "You seem like a cocky one." the thief spoke out now circling Oumoc who had taken out his Lakan as well. "You all are going to die".

The words came of his mouth like a song. The faces of his soon to be victims amused him. He was anxious to get their blood on his blade, the simple thought of it got him excited. He slowly moved his arm again in a swinging motion. Fast enough to feel if the poison was still in his system, but slow enough to where it wasn't noticed. He could still feel the pain though it wasn't as potent as it was before. "Are you all ready?" Oumoc raised the greatsword at the ready sizing one of the men to his left pretending not to pay attention to the woman and child that poisoned him. "You can run now. I am going to kill you when I am done here." Oumoc told the old man then gave his attention back to the thugs. "Who is first? No one? Well then." Oumoc lunged forward toward the male in front of him kneeling under the man's swing and impaled his sword into the abdomen of the female behind him pulling it up at an angle for a clean exit for his cut. Concentrating on his body mass, the weight of the great sword spin him around so his Lakan could slide across the child's neck.

He was covered in blood, standing up he faced the men again."Now that the stronger people have been taken care of." Oumoc motioned for the men to attack him but to no avail. Now he was frustrated as he took a step forward to initiate the battle. The first man found courage and swung with his club. Oumoc sidestepped sending his Lakan armed arm into the back of the club swinger.Oumoc looked the last man in the eye. He took a step closer puffing his chest to seem bigger than he already was. "Do it." Oumoc said picking up a sharp piece of glass off the ground and tossing it to the man. "Or I will." Tears began to run down the man's face amusing Oumoc with his suffering. Oumoc watched as the man took hold of the piece of glass and slid it across his neck and fell to the ground in a heap. "Good job...but it's not enough blood for my taste." the humans eyes dilated as the cold steel of Oumoc's great sword moved inside of his chest past his ribs and leaving a gaping hole through his back. With a satisfied look upon his face Oumoc turned to the thief who finally decided to run.

Pulling the Lakan out of the back of the dead corpse it was left in, he took it by its handle and flung it down the empty street only to miss from an odd involuntary jerk of his arm. "Petch!" Oumoc yelled out. He knew that the goody goody two shoe would try to take over sooner or later. It only meant that he would have to make it quick. Sprinting after the old man greatsword still in hand Oumoc snatched the Lakan out of the wall. The chase was back on, and he liked it. Jumping over barrels and whatever else the thief through down Oumoc closed the space between them placing his hand on the man's shoulder and tackling him to the ground. "Someone hel..." The old man tried to call out before Oumoc's muscles wrapped around his neck and Lakan put in his mouth severing his tongue. "I..I..d.d.don't have t.t.t.t.time to torture r.r.r you like I want. I have a mess to clean up. But y.y.you can help me." Oumoc took his lakan in hand and pushed it through the bottom of the old man's mouth making sure it was hooked and not slipping out. Grabbing the greatsword Oumoc made his way back to the other dead bodies with the thief struggling and crying in pain. "Where can I put you?" Oumoc asked out loud searching for a decent spot to hide his mess. His eyes stopped on a sewer lid. Perfect. Lo'campo took a gasp of air as he came too in corner covered by a myriad of wooden planks as if someone was trying to hide him. Pushing the planks off of his stiff body he realized that he was covered in blood and everything up to where he passed out came rushing back. He looked up to see a message written on the wall in blood that read. "You owe me one....O." He knew that "HE" had something to do with it and he didn't want to know. Fixing his canvas sheath and re-tying his coin back Lo'campo continued his journey touring the city. It wasn't perfect, but it would keep his demon tampered without messing his life and that would solve one of his problems. Now his current problem was finding a home and getting non-bloodied clothes.

Comments :
This thread was characterized by a grievous sum of playing above your PC's level and blatant godmoding. Upon reading your CS it became perfectly clear that Lo'campo lacks any experience in wielding a Great Sword, Running, Acrobatics, Endurance, and Dual-Wielding. Furthermore, the act of defeating, disarming, and slaying opponents in a single sentence without respect to the lack of XP is blatant godmodding. As such, you will not receive the full points for this thread. In the future, please be aware of your character's skill level and play within those boundaries. If this persists, additional actions will be taken. If you have any questions or concerns about this grade, feel free to PM me.
