His father Sorenson Askara while not horribly attached to the inner workings of the family is Askara nonetheless and as such gives Gile a connection to a chance at fame glory and all the money and slaves he could ever desire. So when it became time for Gile to work he took up a job in the Massage industry, not necessarily the most ideal but it gave him a job that gave him access to a rather massive amount of defenseless clients tat he could bring pleasure too, and with that pleasure he could slowly get to know the hearts of any kenashian that wandered into his establishment, and if he could know their hearts, then he could control them
