Basics: - Syliras - 55th Summer (afternoon) - Syliras Theatre (outdoors) There will be two threads: Ceremony (Sayana, Aren, S'Essy) with guest appearances/speakers - Nivel (Flower girl) - Devi (Maid of Honor) - Ball (Best Man) - Garland (Additional speaker that Sayana wanted to include) Reception - any and all guests can make one post to summarize their participation. It will be assumed that guests attended the ceremony part as well as the reception part even though they won't post in the ceremony. Musicians: - Gwin - Autumn Wilde - Kayuqtuq Snowsong - PM me to perform Guests (those mentioned above are assumed to be included): - Asen - Zydrunas - Katelyn - Byron - Rhov - Tanna - Anyone else who has met and befriended Sayana before the 55th (PM me to join) Please do not bring gifts. The only gifts to be exchanged are between Sayana and Aren. There will be a bit of rain during the reception but not heavy rain. Itinerary/Program for Ceremony: - Sayana (introduction and Sayana 'backstage') - S'Essy (introduction (somewhat religious blessing the gods) and inviting the groom to appear followed by the flowergirl and the bride) - Aren (introduction and appearance) - Nivel (walk down aisle) - Sayana (walk down aisle) - S'Essy (religious talking about the gods: Cheva, Syna, Rak'keli, maybe Wysar and maybe Makutsi) - Devi (speech/poem/good words) - Ball (speech/poem/good words) - Garland (speech/poem/good words) - S'Essy (Prompt them to speak vows before the gods) - Aren (Vows) - Sayana (Vows) - S'Essy (Bind their hands with ribbon. "You may kiss.") - Aren (Kiss) - Sayana (Kiss) Itinerary/Program for Reception: - Sayana (introduction) - Gwin (perform song for first dance) - Sayana (exchange gift and dance) - Aren (exchange gift and dance) - Kayuqtuq Snowsong, Autumn Wilde (performing music) Feel free to coordinate - All other guests (one post each) Please feel free to comment or suggest alternative ideas for the post order/itinerary. If I've missed anyone on the guestlist then definitely PM me. If you'd like to perform, Sayana will pay 10 gm for novices and 25 gm for competent performers. Expert and higher we can negotiate. Edit to the reception thread: I've switched the order of Kayuqtuq and Autumn performing so that Kayuqtuq can post first. The reason being is that I haven't heard from Autumn and she's had plenty of time to post. I'll give her another week(ish) after Kay posts and then I might have to skip Autumn.
