Now I know people have tried before to organize criminals and start up groups but they've all lost interested or encountered other problems but if this doesn't work I'll just start recruiting NPCs. This isn't a (is anyone interested) kind of thread where I try to persuade and negotiate things with you.
This is recruitment thread for a criminal group. The Requirements to join are simple. You must be a Criminal! Whether you be simply stealing food to survive or killing to please your god or whatever it may be.

I'll have a person to head every region in other words someone will be head of Eyktol so they can recruit in that region. So do you want to join?or maybe you wanna fight the law enforcement one man army but I guess that's cool too.

I'm always interested, but I'm still afraid it won't work. But hey, this one might be the one!

Sasin is a thief, mercenary, and occasionally an assassin. He's really doesn't care what he needs to do, as long as you pay him.

Make sure the founders accept your group before you get too much hope for it. These tend to get shot down if they aren't well thought out or planned.
Bad News Everybody. School is picking up, Exams are beginning to happen, homework is growing time consuming, I may soon be evicted from my apartment, I'm dealing with severe and physical fights among several of my best friends, and I can't seem to find a time to get much needed sleep. I'm terribly sorry, but don't expect to see much of me for a long while.

A Criminal Group sounds great! If I may suggest, you should start small though. I can see that you already have the idea down-pat, and - as one of the people who wants to see the Consortia used more - I don't want to water down the passion. If I may, here's my unsolicited advice:

I suggest you organize a small group (three is a crowd) and wreak havoc on one place. The deserts of Eyktol sounds like a mighty place to start something dastardly, so you may want Benshirans or Eypharians on the list. Not all regions and cities would be kind to a Criminal Group - The Syliran Knights would lay a smack down on your troop; Sunberth won't really care. So make sure you also research well :)

I also want to add that you can't recruit too many NPCs :( I'll point you to this wiki entry (if you haven't seen it yet) What's not written there is that if you choose companion NPCs, you'll have to deduct their seasonal expenses on your pocket - which means the more NPCs you have (assuming they get approved), the more tails you'll have to pull.
