Almost all costumes used by the theatre are used, and repaired/adapted for use. Costumes also tend to be bought for performances then sold on. The theatre, like all theatres, also accepts donations. The core costume in the costume cupboard is as follows

Before I can approve this plan, there are a few considerations to be addressed. You will need more than just the stage area for this location to work. You will need, at the very least, a simple common area to accommodate storage of beverage materials as well as the items/costumes used in performances. Also, this area would serve as a changing room for performers. Also, as the owner of the theatre, you get a 20% sales bonus equaling 2 gm / day. This brings you to a total of 14 gm / day after the sales and skill bonuses are included. Because of your skill level in acting combined with your other relevant creative skills, you would be able to operate this theatre on your own and do rather well which is why I am not going to implement a sales penalty. A penalty would be applicable if your skills were lower due to the lack of diversity in performances that a single person of lesser ability would be capable of. I can see an creativity bonus added later if you are able to, in-thread, convince other performers to use your theatre regularly. This would relieve the pressure on your character to do it all on her own. You could get a smaller bonus to start if you were to employ someone else to assist you not just with the performances but maybe to help provide drinks.
